近日搜狐创始人张朝阳又上了热搜,他在直播中表示称,睡觉多了对人是一种伤害,建议大家少睡,睡六个小时最好,如果能睡四个小时就很完美。 但是睡觉少真的好吗?每天睡四小时真的适合普通人吗? 据英国《泰晤士报》24日报道,一项发布在期刊《PLOS Biology》上的研究称,当人们睡眠不足、身体疲倦时,会变得更自私。

加州大学伯克利分校的研究人员做了两项实验以研究睡眠状况与助人意愿之间的关系。

在第一项实验中,他们对比了24名健康志愿者在睡足8小时和一夜未睡后的大脑成像,发现在缺乏睡眠时志愿者大脑中与同理心相关的区域不太活跃。

在另一项实验中,他们对100余名志愿者进行为期3-4天的跟踪,测量了他们的睡眠质量,并观察他们在生活中的助人意愿。

Researchers at the University of California, Berkeley conducted two experiments to study the relationship between sleep and willingness to help others.
