山西师范大学文学院简介

文学院前身为晋南师专中文科，始建于1958年，是山西师范大学建校伊始就独立建制的系科之一。1964年晋南师专升格为山西师范学院，原中文科扩建为中文系，2002年3月在中文系基础上组建文学院。

文学院现设有中文系、新闻传播系，设有汉语言文学、编辑出版学、对外汉语3个本科专业;设有黄河民俗文化研究所、应用语言研究所、编辑出版学研究所3个研究所;拥有中国语言文学一级学科授权点;汉语言文学专业是国家级特色专业、山西省本科品牌专业;编辑出版学专业是山西省人才培养模式创新实验区;文艺学是省级重点建设学科，中国古代文学是省级精品课程;文学概论、写作学dfs、现代汉语是校级精品课程。

现有教职工84人，专任教师74人，其中教授11人，副教授22人，教师中具有博士学位和在读博士45人;省级教学名师3名，现有全日制在校本科学生1200余人、研究生320余人。

文学院资料室面积400余平方米，设有期刊室、典藏室，教师阅览室、电子阅览室、学生特色图书室;藏书6万余册，专业期刊140余种;典藏室藏有《四库全书》等大型古籍丛书，期刊室存有1950年代以来全国各大报刊，特色阅览室拥有学生专业必读书24000余册。有传媒实验室、微机室120平方米，电脑及各种仪器设备200余台件。

我院1978年创办了《语文教学通讯》，1981年创办了《语文报》(全国驰名商标)，现在它们分别是全国中学语文研究会的会刊、会报，已经成为了解全国语文教育现状，引导语文课程改革，进行教师教育研究，服务基础教育的平台。

各专业培养的学生均具有较为广阔的就业前景。毕业生深受用人单位的欢迎，其中涌现了一大批中学语文特级教师、中学校长、高等院校教授专家、省市县各级教育行政部门的负责人;也涌现了一大批活跃在中央、地方各级新闻媒体、文化出版部门的领导和业务骨干;在文学创作和评论领域，涌现了以著名作家、茅盾文学奖和“五个一工程”奖获得者张平为代表的作家、评论家群体。

文学院自1983年起承担山西省高等教育自学考试汉语言文学专业本、专科和秘书专业的主考任务，20多年来为各行各业培养了30000余名本专科毕业生，并通过函授、研究生课程班等形式，为社会培养了大量急需人才。

近年来，文学院教师主持、参与了国家、省部级科研项目90余项。在《文艺研究》、《文学遗产》、《文艺理论与批评》、《中国语文》、《方言》、《语文研究》、《民俗研究》、《中华戏曲》等核心学术期刊发表学术论文800余篇，出版学术专著70余部;出版了“文艺学研究”、“编辑出版研究”、“新世纪人文素质教育”、“古代文学研究”、等系列丛书，形成了一批标志性科研成果。具有代表性的获奖成果数十项，其中15项成果获省部级以上奖励。

2009年文学院获山西省教育系统先进集体荣誉。

山西晋南是传说中女娲、尧、舜、禹的故乡，是中华文明的发祥地，文学院将依托这得天独厚的地方文化资源，强化教师教育特色、地方文化特色和学科特色，不断推进各优势学科进入全国先进行列。

A brief introduction to the School of Arts of Shanxi normal University

The liberal arts college, formerly known as the liberal arts department of Jinnan Teachers College, was founded in 1958 and is one of the independent departments of Shanxi normal University at the beginning of its establishment. In 1964, Jinnan Teachers College was upgraded to Shanxi normal College, and the former Chinese Department was expanded to the Chinese Department. In March 2002, the College of Arts was established on the basis of the Chinese Department.

The Academy of Literature now has Chinese language Department, Journalism and Communication Department, three undergraduate majors of Chinese language and Literature, Editing and Publishing and Chinese as a Foreign language, and three research institutes of Yellow River Folk Culture Institute, Applied language Research Institute and Editing and Publishing Research Institute; it has the authorization point of the first-tier discipline of Chinese language and literature; the major of Chinese language and literature is a national characteristic major and an undergraduate brand major of Shanxi Province. The major of editing and publishing is the innovative experimental area of talent training mode in Shanxi Province; literature and art is a provincial key construction discipline, ancient Chinese literature is a provincial high-quality course; introduction to literature, dfs of writing, and modern Chinese are school-level high-quality courses.

At present, there are 84 faculty members and 74 full-time teachers, including 11 professors and 22 associate professors, 45 teachers with doctoral degrees and doctorates, and 3 provincial teachers, including more than 1200 full-time undergraduate students and more than 320 postgraduates.

The reference room of the college of liberal arts covers an area of more than 400 square meters, with periodical room, collection room, teacher reading room, electronic reading room and student characteristic library; it has a collection of more than 60, 000 books and more than 140 kinds of professional periodicals; the collection room has a collection of large ancient books such as Siku Quan Books, the periodical room contains all the major newspapers and periodicals in the country since the 1950s, and the characteristic reading room has more than 24000 books that students must read. There are media laboratory, computer room 120 square meters, computers and various instruments and equipment more than 200 pieces.

Our college founded the Chinese Teaching Newsletter in 1978 and the Chinese newspaper (National well-known Trademark) in 1981. now they are the journals and newspapers of the National Middle School Chinese Research Association respectively, and they have become a platform to understand the current situation of Chinese education in the country, guide the reform of Chinese curriculum, carry out teacher education research, and serve basic education.

The students trained by various majors have broad employment prospects. Graduates are welcomed by employers, including a large number of senior Chinese teachers in middle schools, middle school principals, experts from colleges and universities, and heads of educational administrative departments at all levels in provinces, cities and counties. it has also emerged a large number of leaders and professional backbones active in the central and local news media, cultural and publishing departments. In the field of literary creation and criticism, a group of writers and critics have emerged, represented by the famous writer, Mao Dun Literature Award and Zhang Ping, winner of the “five-one Project” Award.

Since 1983, the College of Liberal Arts has been responsible for the examination of Chinese language and literature majors, junior college students and secretarial majors in the self-study examination of higher education in Shanxi Province. over the past 20 years, it has trained more than 30000 college graduates for various industries. and through correspondence, graduate courses and other forms, trained a large number of urgently needed talents for the society.

In recent years, faculty of liberal arts has presided over and participated in more than 90 national, provincial and ministerial-level scientific research projects. More than 800 academic papers have been published in core academic journals such as “Literary Studies”, “Literary Heritage”, “Literary Theory and criticism”, “Chinese language”, “dialects”, “Chinese Studies”, “Folk Studies” and “Chinese Opera”. Published more than 70 academic monographs A series of books, such as the study of Literature and Art, the study of Editing and Publishing, the Humanistic quality Education in the New Century, and the study of Ancient Literature, have been published, forming a number of landmark scientific research achievements. There are dozens of representative award-winning achievements, of which 15 have won awards at or above the provincial and ministerial level.

In 2009, the College of Arts was awarded the Advanced Collective Honor of Shanxi Education system.
