金融学院是浙江工商大学具有商科特色的骨干学院,是浙江省省属高校中金融学科平台最完备,唯一具有学士、硕士、博士三级学位制人才培养体系的单位,拥有金融学、保险学、投资学和金融工程四个本科专业,金融学、金融硕士(MF)和保险硕士(MI)三个硕士点,以及金融学博士点,拥有国际金融专业海外留学生(包括本科生和研究生)招生资格,设有金融学(CFA)项目、国际交换生项目、双学位项目等多种办学形式。学院拥有浙江省人文社科重点研究基地、浙江金融发展改革研究院、浙江省“十二五”规划优势专业—金融学专业。金融学院是浙江省乃至长三角地区银行家的摇篮、金融高管的沃土,是金融机构公认的培养金融精英人才的“黄埔军校”。

师资力量

学院师资力量雄厚。现有教职工58人(专任教师46人),其中教授13人,国家教育部新世纪优秀人才1人,浙江省新世纪“151人才工程”培养人选7人,浙江省高校中青年学科带头人3人,浙江省教学名师3人,浙江省教坛新秀1人,浙江省“之江”青年社科学者2人,具有博士学位教师占比达到75%以上。

学院科研

学院在科学研究、服务社会等方面取得了突出的成绩。最近10年学院科研成果显著,教师承担并完成国家自然科学基金和国家社会科学基金25项,国家教育部人文社科基金20多项,其他省部级课题50多项,出版学术专著30多部,获国家级、省部级以上奖励10多项,在《经济研究》、《管理世界》、《经济学季刊》、《金融研究》、《世界经济》等权威期刊上发表论文300多篇。学院坚持走服务社会之路,与中国人民银行杭州中心支行、杭州银行、永安期货等20多家机构建立长期战略合作伙伴关系,全面覆盖银行、证券、保险、期货等行业,并完成了一批银行、证券、保险等金融机构委托的横向课题。

学院特色

学院现有全日制在校生1300余人,其中本科生1100余人,硕士和博士研究生200余人,留学生30余人。学院秉承“因材施教,激发潜能,强化能力,个性发展”的教学理念,坚持以“学生受益”为根本,着重培养学生解决实际问题的能力,形成了独具特色、行之有效的人才培养模式。

主要表现在:

(1)分类人才培养。为满足学生对知识和技能的不同需求,按照拔尖创新人才、技术管理人才和金融服务人才的培养定位,形成差异化的培养方案;

(2)强化实验教学。已投入800余万元建成省内一流的现代金融实验中心,并自主开发由广到专、梯次推进的金融综合实验体系,20多门课程实现软件支持的工程化教学;

(3)拓展实践环节。通过金融高管进课堂、订单班合作、共建实践基地等途径,加强与业界广泛而深入地合作,积极探索“协同培养—实习(训)—创(就)业”的实践模式,体现“职业中人的全面发展”的育人理念。

(4)加强创新能力培养。通过参与教师课题、学科竞赛等多种渠道,创造本科生参与科研活动的机会,不断完善“以学生为中心、以教师为主导”的教学和科研互动机制,加强学生创新能力培养。

学院一贯把本科教学作为立院之本,努力培养学生的社会责任感、创新精神和实践能力。2007-2013年学院学生在国内外各项学科竞赛中屡获佳绩,共获得国际大学生数学建模竞赛、全国大学生“挑战杯”科技作品竞赛、全国大学生英语竞赛等省级以上科技竞赛奖700多项,其中国家级奖项130多项,国际级奖项20多项。每届本科毕业生考取国内外名牌大学研究生的比例保持在25%以上。根据《2013年度浙江省教育评估院毕业生职业发展状况及人才培养质量报告》,金融学院专业相关度、就业保障水平和锻炼平台满意度排名全校第1,就业竞争力、就业服务满意度等多项指标位列全校第2。

学院重视实施“请进来、走出去”的战略,致力于培育具有国际化视野的金融人才。

(1)近五年来,学院先后邀请美国芝加哥大学、中佛罗里达大学、伊利诺伊大学香槟分校、英国诺丁汉大学等境外高校知名教授来校学术交流或为本科生、研究生授课。

(2)通过国家留学基金委、学校“蓝天计划”、学院资助等多种渠道,学院加大教师出国研修支持力度,具有在美国、英国、新加坡等国访学或留学经历的教师占比达到50%以上。(3)学院与美国、英国、澳大利亚、比利时等国外高校签订学生交流协议,每年有多名学生出国交流学习。

The School of Finance is the backbone college with business characteristics of Zhejiang Industrial and Commercial University. It is the most complete platform of finance discipline in Zhejiang provincial universities.
