湖南工业大学商学院简介

湖南工业大学商学院创办于1982年，是湖南工业大学最早创办的院系之一。学院现有教师102人，专任教师96人，其中教授22人，副教授40人，具有副高职称以上人员占专任教师人数的84.64%,具有硕士以上学历的教师81人，其中博士14人，在读博士18人;学院现有全日制本科学生2917人。学院拥有较好的教学设施，设有电子商务及财会模拟实验室、管理及金融模拟实验室、人力资源册评实验室等3个专业经济管理模拟实验室，学院目前共拥有6个本科专业。

历史沿革

商学院的前身为株洲工学院管理工程科、经济贸易系和经济管理学院。早在1982年，学院招收第一届企业管理班学生，揭开学院发展的历史。1984年，是学院发展史上具有里程碑意义的一年，管理工程科正式挂牌成立。1990年，管理工程科改名为经济贸易系。2003年，是学院发展史上具有划时代意义的一年，经济贸易系由小到大，由弱到强，最终发展成为了经济管理学院。2008年，经济管理学院经历了学院搬迁、院系整合及高校改革等重大考验，正式更名为商学院，开启了学院发展的新篇章。

师资力量

学院有教师102人，专任教师96人。其中教授22人，副教授40人，具有副高职称以上人员占专任教师人数60.04%;具有硕士以上学历的教师81人，其中博士14人，在读博士18人，占专任教师人数的80.85%;35-45岁的教师占专任教师的68.08%;有硕士生导师17人，湖南省社会科学“百科工程人才”1人，校级教学团队1个，校级青年骨干教师2人。同时，学院还聘请了千金药业股份公司董事长朱飞锦、中国包装总公司总经理刘永旭、唐人神集团董事长陶一山等多名省内外知名企业领导担任兼职导师。

机构设置

学院组织机构体系完整，层次分明，现自上而下设院长、教学副院长、科研副院长、教学管理办、工商管理系、营销与策划系、公共管理系、包装经济研究所、产业经济研究所、人力资源管理研究所、物流管理研究所、商学院模拟实验室、图书资料室等13个行政机构;设有党总支书记、党总支副书记、学生工作办公室、教工党支部、学生党支部等5个党团机构。

专业设置

经过29年的建设，现已形成以工商管理学为核心，涵盖管理学和经济学两大学科门类，包括商务策划与管理、工商管理、市场营销、人力资源管理、投资学、公共事业管理等6个本科专业的协调发展格局。

学院以“厚基础、多方向、重素质、高能力”为指导思想，注重完善学生的知识结构和提高学生的基本技能和综合素质。

办学特色

学院始终把人才培养放在首位，坚持以”厚基础、多方向、重素质、高能力”为指导思想，十分重视学生素质的拓展和学生能力的培养。大力拓展素质教育，既注重学生专业基础、外语能力的训练和培养，又注重学生技能的训练。一方面，积极推行“专业+技能+外语”的培养模式，实施“四证”工程，鼓励学生在获得学历学位证书的同时，获取计算机等级证、经济管理类职业资格证、外语等级证。另一方面，积极实施“KAQ”规划，全面拓展大学生素质。早在2000年学院就推出了拓展大学生素质的“PMC磨力计划”，在取得了初步成效后，又于2003年实施“KAQ规划”，目的是通过一系列的素质拓展训练，使学生具备较宽的知识、较强的能力及较高的综合素质。PMC：Politics,

科研成果

学院坚持科研服务教学、科研促进教学的指导思想，大力推进科研制度创新，取得了较为丰富科研成果。学院教师在《中国管理科学》、《管理科学学报》、《系统工程学报》、《经济学报》、《包装世界》、《中国包装工业》等国家级、省级学术期刊发表论文300余篇;承担国家级、省部级课题63项，其中国家社科或自科基金3项，国家自然科学基金1项，省部级立项课题39项、横向课题15项;出版学术著作、教材23部，获各类奖励19项。同时，学院以湖南省包装经济研究基地和学院包装经济研究所等研究机构为平台，整合校内资源，在包装经济领域开拓创新，已产出一批质量较高、富有特色的科研成果。自2004年以来，出版包装经济方面的专著程4部，包括程为宝教授等撰写的专著《包装经济学》、张应高教授撰写的《市场经济与商品包装》、王润球教授撰写的《包装与包装企业发展战略研究》、刘建国教授撰写的《商品包装新论》等;发表包装经济类论文近百篇，主持包装经济类课题10项。

学院非常重视与国内外知名大学、科研院所开展学术交流，积极采取请进来、走出去的战略，已与中国社会科学院经济研究所、复旦大学、湖南大学等单位建立了稳定的学术联系，与美国、澳大利亚、日本、加拿大等国高校开展广泛的学术交流合作。并先后邀请著名经济学家于光远教授、中国社会科学院左大培研究员、北京师范大学刘学敏教授、湖南大学会计学院伍中信教授、中国社会科学院当代中国研究所副所长武力教授等来我院演讲;先后选派欧绍华、郑贵华教授出席全国工商管理学院院长联席会，徐登科教授参加商务智能国际学术会议，易棉阳博士到复旦大学做学术演讲。学院在社会上的影响力不断得到提升。

为了顺应社会需求和时代要求，学院发挥自身优势，积极服务于区域经济与社会发展。

学院先后组建了产业经济、区域经济、人力资源管理、旅游文化等研究机构，学院共完成横向课题20余项，为株洲老工业基地改造、湖南新型工业化、长株潭“两型”社会建设等献计献策;为株洲及省内外30多家企业提供了高水准的专业培训服务、专业咨询服务，其中郑贵华教授等主持制订了株洲市十一五公共服务规划、田定湘教授主持制定了株洲市商业网点布局规划。

学院面向全国28个省(市、自治区)招生，全日制本专科学生2917人，硕士研究生182人。

校园文化

学院大力营造校园文化氛围，学生社团活动丰富多彩。学院现有律动舞团、笔耕文学社、聚英缘协会、音乐顽同社等5个学生社团。其中，律动舞团是我校最大的学生社团，自2003年成立以来曾代表学校参加校内外大型文艺演出或社会公益活动达30余次，产生了良好的社会影响，促进了校园文化的发展。2003年，律动舞团参加了全国男子篮球甲B篮球宝贝舞蹈表演、湖南省CUBA篮球联赛选拔赛篮球宝贝舞蹈表演等。
