西安工业大学就业信息网成立于1997年10月，隶属于西安工业大学学生处，是在学校党委和行政领导下，贯彻落实党和国家关于大学生就业工作方针政策，制定完善学校各项关于就业工作的规章制度，负责全校毕业生就业日常工作并为学生提供就业指导、服务、教育和管理的一个职能部门。

主要职能：

1.根据国家毕业生就业政策和就业形势，宣传党和国家相关毕业生就业政策，开展毕业生思想政治教育工作;

2.根据国家相关政策制订我校有关就业工作的规章制度和实施细则，负责各项规章制度的完善和落实工作;做好毕业生就业相关文件、资料的收集、整理和归档工作;

3.检查、评估、指导各学院毕业生就业工作，为各学院提供有关于毕业生就业工作的服务;会同相关部门做好选调生、西部计划、大学生村官等到基层就业毕业生的选拔和服务工作;

4.建立和开发毕业生就业市场，建立用人单位信息库，发布我校毕业生生源信息，为用人单位招聘我校毕业生提供服务与支持;

5.负责学校毕业生就业信息网络系统的开发、管理和维护工作，做好毕业生就业信息的收集、审核、整理、传递和发布等工作;负责建立完善的毕业生就业信息体系，为毕业生提供各类就业信息，开展毕业生就业咨询与服务工作，负责组织各类校园招聘会;负责毕业生质量跟踪调查和毕业生市场调研工作;

6.负责毕业生就业建议计划的编制、派遣资格审查、毕业生派遣、毕业生就业各类统计报表上报、毕业生档案转递以及毕业生就业中遗留问题的处理等工作;

7.负责全校毕业生的稳定安全教育工作、毕业生文明离校工作，组织开展各种就业与创业教育活动，负责就业指导课程和其他就业指导活动的组织实施，负责全校毕业生就业工作的计划、总结以及科学研究工作，负责落实就业工作的党风廉政建设，协助处内其他科室完成有关工作并完成领导交办的其他工作。
