肇庆市中小学教师继续教育网简介

肇庆市中小学教师继续教育网是经教育部师范教育司批准，由东北师范大学主办，牵头联合肇庆市十八个省级师范院校、省级教育学院共同成立的面向肇庆市中小学教师、校长开展继续教育的大型专业网站。

截止到 2009 年 5 月，承担国家级培训项目 7 个，承担省级培训项目 35 个，在肇庆市 31 个省建立了 18 个省级总站，区域教师学习与资源中心
600 多个，为地方提供特色网站 60 多个， 在县级教师培训机构的组织管理下，近 10 万所中小学校利用继教网平台开展了校本培训，累计 远程培训教师 200
万人。在 2006 年教育部办公厅下文组织的 “ 肇庆市教师教育优秀课程资源评审 ” 中，继教网被评为 “ 优秀中小学教师培训网站 ” ，排名第一。

继教网全力为各级教师培训机构打造一个网上工作平台。基于最新网络技术和数据库技术开发了适合学员学习、教师辅导与考核、培训机构组织和管理的远程培训系统，形成了肇庆市继教网公共服务平台、区域教师网联、县区学习与资源中心和校本培训四级管理的基本框架。平台可支持百万人同时在线学习，拥有强大的视频直播、点播、视频互动功能。同时，提供强大的在线考试功能，能同时让数万人在网上进行考试。网站设置了教学中心、信息中心、交流中心、资源共享、教研指导等

个重要的一级栏目及文章搜索、在线课堂等多个辅助栏目，为广大校长、教师提供丰富的教育信息、教学经验、教研指导知识，满足培训机构的多样化需求。为了充分利用互联网上可随时随地进行多种方式交互的特点，肇庆市继教网还提供了教育论坛、教师博客、校长博客、课件展示等多种交流平台。继教网多方位、多层次地满足了教师专业发展的需要，服务质量得到广大教师的认可。

开发课程

继教网除了承担教育部课程资源开发项目外，投入 2000
多万元，联合教育部基础教育课程发展中心、高教社、人教社、高等院校及各省教师培训机构，多渠道、多形式实施 “ 精品课程开发工程 ”
。同时注重自下而上充分利用区县学习中心及中小学校一线教师力量开发区县课程资源和校本资源，从而形成开放、高效、上下一体、滚动发展的资源建设体系。已开发整合完成
10 多类 1300 多门网络课程，同时根据各省不同情况，继教网与有关省进行合作，共同开发了具有地方特色课程资源 100
多门，基本涵盖了高中、初中、小学、学前教育的各个学科，适应了各类教师及校长培训动态的需求。

The continuing Education Network for Primary and Middle School Teachers in Zhaoqing City is approved by the Department of normal Education of the Ministry of Education and sponsored by Northeast normal University.
