学子网创建于2005年11月，由鲁东大学学子创业者协会创办，在全国拥有较强的竞争力和广泛的知名度。学子网以速度快、容量大、域名简单易记的优势，已经成为全国较有影响力的学生网络媒体。

学子网是一个专门面向学生的综合性门户网站。现在普通高等学校在校生达2000万人，约占上网人群的40%。网站最高同时在线人数高达4000人，世界排名统计升幅在200%左右。对于面向学生的商家而言，有着极为广阔的合作前景。
