厦门理工学院软件工程学院成立于2006年,是经福建省教育厅批准设立的,采取校企合作方式,办学体制和管理体制相对独立的厦门理工学院所属的二级学院。

学院办学定位于应用型本科教育,确立了“以软件工程专业为依托,融合其他学科和专业,构成复合应用型特色专业方向群”的专业方向发展定位。学院的办学宗旨是为海西乃至全国培养适应社会经济发展的复合应用型软件人才。

学院依托企业办学,具有良好的企业背景和校外实训环境。学院与企业共建本科专业,
成立了由众多知名软件企业参加的专业建设指导委员会,共同制定人才培养方案,共同构建“课程体系平台+课程群模块”的课程体系,共同参与人才培养过程。

学院围绕复合应用型软件人才培养目标要求,探索和构建了由理论教学培养体系、实践教学培养体系、素质拓展教育培养体系、创新创业教育培养体系和人才培养质量保障体系构成的复合应用型软件人才培养体系,通过知识的复合、能力的复合和素质的复合,培养学生的综合应用能力,提升学生的就业竞争力。

学院目前设有移动云办公、会计信息化、新媒体工程等四年制本科专业方向和两年制专升本软件工程本科专业。未来还将开设互联网金融、软件技术服务、文化创意与设计等方向,构成软件工程、信息管理和文化传媒协调发展的三个专业方向群。

学院拥有一支优秀的以教授、副教授以及讲师等职称为主的,职称、学历结构合理的双师型教师队伍,专任教师全部拥有博士或硕士研究生学历或学位。学院拥有良好的校内实训环境,建有先进的多媒体教室、网络综合实训室、软件工程实训室、数字媒体实训室、移动云办公实训室、会计实操实训室、ERP实训室等20余个专业实训室。学院采取“三融合”的实践教学模式,学生在完成校内外理论和实践教学的基础上,在软件企业完成实训、实习教学。学院引入企业在院内共同成立软件创新研发中心,学生参与企业实际项目的研发。

学院将创新创业教育纳入人才培养体系,通过搭建创新创业教育平台、社会实践平台和中外文化交流学习平台,构建创新创业教育培养体系和素质拓展教育培养体系,为学生提供有效的创业就业体验和素质拓展舞台,从而提升学生创新创业能力,综合素质的拓展,增强毕业生就业竞争力。

学院将始终坚持以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,不断探索、创新校企合作办学模式和人才培养模式。学院将始终致力于内涵和特色建设,不断提升复合应用型软件人才培养质量,把软件工程学院打造成办学优势明显、特色突出的海西复合应用型软件人才培养基地。

At present, the college has four-year undergraduate majors such as mobile cloud office, accounting informatization and new media engineering, and a two-year undergraduate major in software engineering. In the future, there will also be Internet finance, software technical services, cultural creativity and design, which constitute three professional direction groups for the coordinated development of software engineering, information management and cultural media.

The college has a team of double-qualified teachers with excellent professional titles, such as professors, associate professors and lecturers, with reasonable professional titles and academic qualifications.
