Zhongshan Experimental Middle School is a national demonstration high school in Guangdong Province. its predecessor is Zhongshan normal School, which was founded in 1913 and transformed into an ordinary middle school in 2000. There are 5400 students, 90 ordinary high school teaching classes (including 3 Tibetan classes) and 14 junior middle school classes (including 3 Tibetan classes). The school is located in the urban area of Zhongshan, covering an area of more than 500mu, with a construction area of 130000 square meters and advanced educational and teaching equipment. Relying on the 100-year normal school history, inheriting the educational characteristics of "self-education, self-management and self-service" in the normal period, and according to the requirements of the new era and the reality of middle school development, the school insists on the guidance of the concept of "developing education".
