柏乡县教育局简介

柏乡县是一个典型的农业县，共辖3镇3乡，121个行政村，总面积268平方公里，人口18.3万，其中农业人口
17.4万。2010年，全县共有学校61所。其中普通高中、职教中心、教师进修学校各1所;义务教育共有学校57所，其中初中5所，小学27所(含民办小学6所)，教学点25个;特教学校1所;幼儿园52所。全县中小学教职工共1573人，其中专任教师1211人。中小学在校生共计24653人，幼儿园幼儿4717人。2010年，全县教育工作认真贯彻国家和省市教育改革发展各项政策，紧紧围绕省政府教育督导评估的目标和要求，坚持以科学发展为主调，以义务教育为核心，以结构优化为主线，以落实投入和改善办学条件为保障，以“两支队伍”建设为根本，以加强管理、提高质量、均衡发展为着力点，有力推进了县域各类教育的健康、协调、可持续发展。教学工作顺利通过省义务教育阶段教学评估验收，教育整体工作顺利通过省政府第二轮教育督导评估验收，并被省政府授予“2010年度教育工作先进县”。

二、侯运良(党委书记、副局长)：负责教育系统党建工作，分管学前教育、义务教育、特殊教育、普通
高中教育、学校德育、教育教学与教育科研、教育装备、电教(教育信息化)、体育卫生艺术教育、民办 教育工作。

三、郭连英(副局长)：分管教育系统干部、教师队伍人事 管理、职业教育、成人教育、电大工作。

四、李志强(副局长)：分管教育系统法制安全、心理健康教育、普通高考、中考、学业水平测试、自学考试工作。

五、郭贵锋(副局长)：分管教育规划、教育统计、项目建设、教育系统纪检监察、审计、行风建设工作

六、赵勤俭(副主任科员)：协助刘社川局长负责教育督导工作，协助侯运良书记分管党建工作，分管机关党务、政务日常事物、工青妇、计划生育、教师培训、关心下一代工作，行使县语委办职能。
