山东师范大学音乐学院简介

山东师范大学音乐学院前身为1950年成立的山东师范学院艺术系，是山东省建立最早的艺术学科。1996年，获得山东省首个音乐学硕士学位授权点;2006年，获得山东省首个舞蹈学硕士学位授权点;2009年，获得山东省艺术硕士专业学位授权点;2011年，获得山东省首批音乐与舞蹈学硕士一级学科授权点。学院现在音乐学、音乐表演、舞蹈学、作曲与作曲技术理论、音乐表演(校企合作)、音乐表演(中美合作办学)等六个专业(方向)招收全日制本科生，在音乐理论、音乐技能、舞蹈等三个方向招收学术型研究生，并招收艺术硕士专业学位研究生。

学科专业优势突出

在
2011～2012年中国研究生教育排行榜上，我院舞蹈学研究生教育名列全国同专业第三位;在教育部组织的2012年一级学科评估中，我院音乐与舞蹈学一级学科在参评的全国38所高校中名列17位，位居山东省首位;音乐学专业先后被评为山东省特色专业(2009年)、国家级特色专业(2010年)。在教育部最新公布2012年全国高校本科专业排行榜上，我校音乐学专业在开设该专业的261所高校中名列第18位;舞蹈学本科专业为校级特色专业(2012年)，在全国同类专业中排名第五位(2005年)。

师资队伍精良

学院现有教职员工76人，其中50%具有高级职称，60%有博士(硕士)学位;1名教师被评为山东省有突出贡献的中青年专家，1名教师被评为山东省省级教学名师，1名教师入选国家艺术硕士专业学位教指委委员，2名教师入选首批“国培计划”专家库，半数以上教师曾在全国、省各类大赛中获奖或担任评委，具有丰富的教学与指导经验。

科研成果丰硕

2009年以来，该学科先后出版专著(教材)30余部，在CSSCI期刊发表学术论文近100篇，主持省(部)级及以上级别课题20余项，获得了包括山东省社科优秀成果一等奖、山东省高等教育省级教学成果一等奖、山东省文化创新奖、山东省委省政府“泰山文艺奖”一等奖在内的省(部)级奖励34项。

育人质量过硬

学院已培养毕业生三千余人，培养出一大批优秀教师、知名学者和艺术精英。2009
年以来，我院师生代表山东省在国内外音乐舞蹈赛事中获奖百余项，其中在“多明戈世界歌剧声乐大赛”、“全国青年歌手电视大奖赛”、“文华奖”、“桃李杯”、“金钟奖”、“荷花奖”等国内外最高级别的音乐与舞蹈大赛中获奖10余项，连续六届代表山东省参加教育部举办的“全国普通高等学校音乐学(师范类)专业本科学生基本功比赛”并获得优异成绩。

2009年以来，我院师生先后参加了中国第十一届运动会开闭幕式文艺表演、中国水上运动会开幕式大型文艺晚会、第八届全国残疾人运动会倒计时一周年爱心助残晚会、中宣部组织的全国“爱国歌曲大家唱”展演晚会、中宣部等单位主办的“五月的鲜花”全国大学生校园文艺会演、国家汉办组织的“孔子学院大春晚”巡演以及山东省历次重大演出，承担教育部、文化部、财政部“高雅艺术进校园”巡回演出活动，演出效果和艺术水准均得到社会各界一致好评。2011年，音乐学院被教育部评为全国艺术教育先进单位。

A brief introduction to the Conservatory of Music of Shandong normal University

The School of Music of Shandong normal University, formerly known as the Art Department of Shandong normal University, which was established in 1950, is the earliest art discipline in Shandong Province. In 1996, it was awarded the first Master of Music degree in Shandong Province; in 2006, it was awarded the first Master of Dance degree in Shandong Province; in 2009, it was awarded the Master of Arts degree in Shandong Province; in 2011, it was awarded the first batch of first-tier discipline authorization points of Music and Dance in Shandong Province. The college now enrolls full-time undergraduates in six majors (direction), such as musicology, music performance, dance, composition and composition technology theory, music performance (school-enterprise cooperation), and music performance (Sino-American cooperation in running schools). In music theory, music skills, dance and other three directions to recruit academic postgraduates, and recruit master of arts postgraduates.

Outstanding advantages of discipline and specialty

In the ranking list of postgraduate education in China from 2011 to 2012, the postgraduate education of dance in our college ranked third in the same major in the country; in the 2012 first-level discipline evaluation organized by the Ministry of Education, the first-tier discipline of music and dance in our college ranked 17th among the 38 universities in the country, ranking first in Shandong Province; musicology was successively rated as Shandong characteristic major (2009) and national characteristic major (2010). In the 2012 national ranking of undergraduate majors released by the Ministry of Education, the musicology major of our university ranks 18th among the 261 colleges and universities offering this major, while the undergraduate major of dance is a university-level characteristic major (2012). Ranked fifth among similar majors in the country (2005).

The teaching staff is excellent

There are 76 faculty members in the college, of which 50% have senior titles and 60% have doctorate (master’s) degrees. One teacher was rated as a young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contribution in Shandong Province, one teacher was selected as a provincial famous teacher in Shandong Province, one teacher was selected as a member of the National Master of Arts Professional degree Teaching Committee, and two teachers were selected into the first batch of experts of the “National training Program”. More than half of the teachers have won awards or served as judges in various national and provincial competitions with rich teaching and guidance experience.

Fruitful achievements in scientific research

Since 2009, the discipline has published more than 30 monographs (teaching materials), published nearly 100 academic papers in CSSCI journals, presided over more than 20 projects at the provincial (ministerial) level and above, and won 34 provincial (ministerial) awards, including the first prize of excellent achievements in social science of Shandong Province, the first prize of provincial teaching achievement of Shandong higher education, the first prize of Shandong Cultural Innovation Award, and the first prize of Taishan Literature and Art Award of Shandong Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government.

Excellent quality of education

The college has trained more than 3,000 graduates and trained a large number of excellent teachers, well-known scholars and artistic elites. 2009

Since 2000, teachers and students of our college have won more than 100 awards in domestic and foreign music and dance competitions on behalf of Shandong Province. among them, more than 10 awards have been won in the highest-level music and dance competitions at home and abroad, such as “Domingo World Opera and vocal Competition”, “National Young Singers TV Grand Prix”, “Mandarin Award”, “Tao Li Cup”, “Golden Bell Award”, “Lotus Award” and so on. For six consecutive years, he represented Shandong Province to participate in the “National basic skills Competition for Musicology (normal) undergraduate students in Colleges and Universities” organized by the Ministry of Education and achieved excellent results.

Since 2009 Teachers and students of our college successively participated in the performance of the opening and closing ceremony of the 11th China Games, the large-scale performance of the opening ceremony of the China Water Games, the one-year countdown to the eighth National Games for the disabled, the national “Patriotic songs singing” performance organized by the propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and the “May Flowers” National University Campus performance sponsored by the propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee. The “Confucius Institute Spring Festival Gala” tour organized by the National Hanban and previous major performances in Shandong Province To undertake the “elegant Art into the Campus” tour of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Finance, and the performance effect and artistic level have been well received by all sectors of the community. In 2011, the Conservatory of Music was rated as the national advanced unit of art education by the Ministry of Education.
