江西省电子信息技师学院简介

江西省电子信息技师学院创建于1978年，坐落在南昌市国家高新技术产业开发区，其前身为江西省无线电技工学校，是经人力资源和社会保障部批准的国家重点技工院校，是江西省规模大、办学历史悠久、办学特色鲜明、专业教学经验丰富，集高级技工、技师、职业培训、技能鉴定为一体，以培养电子信息技术、通信技术、机械制造、数控加工、汽车应用与维修、计算机应用等专业为主，在全省具有重要影响力的万人职业院校。

学院占地面积150余亩，总建筑面积达11万平方米，校园环境优美，设施完备，已建成电子电工及自动化控制实训基地、计算机图文信息处理中心、机械加工及汽车维修综合实训中心等“规范、实用、一流”的实训基地。

学院现有全日制在校学生14200余人;拥有一支能适应市场专业变化需要，专业素质过硬的教师队伍，学院现有教职工500余人。其中2名为“全国模范教师”，2名为“教育教学名师”。

学院教学以就业为导向，以能力为本位，依据市场需求，改革教学模式，形成特色的“内涵式”教学发展之路。学院根据教学过程，探索出项目(任务)教学、团队教学、专业方向化教学、分项教学、分层教学、走班教学、“大作业”引领教学等七种创新的教学方法及创造性地探索出“订单式培养”、“工学结合”、“人才就业培训基地”、“定向培养”等校企合作的办学新模式。

学院高度重视学生职业技能的培养，把学生能参加全省及全国技能大赛，并在技能大赛上取得好成绩作为彰显学院实力、推动教学质量的最佳办法。从2007年开始，学院连续多年代表江西参加全国技能大赛，每次比赛都取得好成绩并刷新历史记录，尤其在2010年11月举行的全国技工院校技能大赛中，我院选手在每个项目比赛有百余名参赛的选手中荣获第二名、第十一名、第十四名的好成绩，同时学院荣获“优秀教学组织奖(全国第四名)。

学院以“做人为本、技能立身”为校训，围绕“培养一个学生，成就一个人才，致富一个家庭”的办学理念，全体教职工发扬着“敢于挑战、善于工作、重视友情、珍惜荣誉”的电子信息技师学院人精神面貌，每位学生“独立、自信”，“孝敬、忠义”，“懂规矩、守法制”，“能吃苦、有耐心、不计较”。经过全体师生的努力，学院先后被授予“国家信息产业高技能人才培训基地”、“人力资源和社会保障部第一批国家高技能人才培养示范基地”、“江西省高技能人才培养样板基地”，共青团中央“全团基础组织建设和基层工作试点单位”、“江西省第十一届、十二届文明单位”，连续多年评为“技工院校先进单位”，院长杨乐文同志为“全国百名杰出职业院校校长”。

学院先后为社会培养培训了10万余名合格技术人才，并与深圳华为、鸿超准精密(深圳)、奥林巴斯(深圳)、爱普生技术(深圳)、上海沪工、三一索特、富士施乐、珠海光联等10余个国内优秀知名企业建立长期的人才培养基地。近年来，毕业生以“能吃苦、有耐心、不计较”，“技术扎实、专业过硬、品行良好”而倍受用人单位的欢迎，历年毕业生就业率在98%以上，居全省同类院校前列。

Jiangxi Electronic Information technician College, founded in 1978, is located in Nanchang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone. Its predecessor is Jiangxi Radio Technical School, which is a national key technical college approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. Jiangxi Province has a large scale, a long history of running a school, distinctive features and rich professional teaching experience, integrating senior technicians, technicians, vocational training and skills appraisal. It mainly focuses on cultivating majors such as electronic information technology, communication technology, mechanical manufacturing, numerical control machining, automobile application and maintenance, computer application, etc., which has an important influence in the vocational colleges of ten thousand people in the province.

The college covers an area of more than 150mu, with a total construction area of 110000 square meters, with beautiful campus environment and complete facilities. it has built “standardized, practical and first-class” training bases such as electronic, electrical and automatic control training base, computer graphics and text information processing center, mechanical processing and automobile maintenance comprehensive training center, etc.

The college has more than 14200 full-time students, a team of teachers with excellent professional quality to meet the needs of professional changes in the market, and more than 500 staff. Among them, 2 are “national model teachers” and 2 are “famous education and teaching teachers”.

College teaching is employment-oriented, ability-based, according to market demand, reform the teaching model, and form a characteristic “connotative” road of teaching development. According to the teaching process, the college explores seven innovative teaching methods, such as project (task) teaching, team teaching, professional orientation teaching, itemized teaching, hierarchical teaching, class-walking teaching, and “big homework” leading teaching, and creatively explores “order training”, “combination of work and learning”, “talent employment training base”, “directional training” and other new modes of school-enterprise cooperation.

The college attaches great importance to the cultivation of students’ professional skills, and regards the ability of students to participate in the provincial and national skills competitions and achieve good results in the skills competitions as the best way to demonstrate the strength of the college and promote the quality of teaching. Since 2007, the college has represented Jiangxi in the national skill competition for many years, and each competition has achieved good results and set a new historical record, especially in the national technical college skill competition held in November 2010. our contestants won the second, 11th and 14th places among more than 100 contestants in each event, and the college was awarded the Outstanding Teaching Organization Award (fourth in the country).
