贵州省建设学校是贵州省教育厅直属的国家级重点中等职业学校。现已为高等技术职业学院，院名：贵州省建设职业技术学院。1979年由原贵州省建材工业局创办，原设计规模450人。

办学层次

中专：学制三年。学生修完规定课程，取得相应学分，并参加专业技能鉴定，学生持“双证”毕业，即学历证和国家职业资格证书。

大专、本科：与重庆大学、武汉理工大学和西南科技大学联合举办各专业函授和网络远程大专、本科教育(学制2.5-5年)。

录取办法

1.直接持初中毕业证到校报到，由学校到省招考中心办理相关的录取手续。

2.参加中考后，由我校到各地州市招生办办理有关录取手续，持录取通知书到校报到。

3.参加中考未收到录取通知书的考生可持中考成绩通知单直接到校报到。
