碑林教师进修学校是培训中、小学、职校、幼儿园教师和教育行政干部的中等师范性质的学校,是全区中小学、职校、幼儿园的教育科研核心,是推动全区教育教学质量的重要力量。

碑林教研网主要职责

(一)、负责小学教师岗位职务培训、新教师岗位培训、骨干教师培训、现代教育技术培训,以及各种短期培训,提高全区教师业务能力和整体素质。

(二)、负责对小学行政干部进行岗位培训、政策法规培训、业务技能培训等各种类型的培训。

(三)、负责中学教师继续教育的学籍管理工作,完成教育局安排的各种培训任务。

(四)、研究并实施对新大纲、新课程标准的培训工作。

(五)、负责全区中、小学、职校、幼儿园的教科研指导、研究工作。

(六)、以现代教育理论为指导,研究适应素质教育的教学方法和实施方案。

(七)、负责各基层学校教科研活动的检查督导和指导,沟通校际之间教学交流、收集、推广具有创新精神的教学经验和教科研成果。

(八)、负责全区中、小学教师的教材分析和教法辅导。

(九)、负责全区中、小学实验课题的制定、实施、总结,交流和推广工作。

(十)、建立“三级”教科研网络,发挥教研部的组织、研究和指导作用,发挥中心教研组的骨干作用和学校教研组的主体作用,扎实有效地开展教科研工作。

(十一)、负责全区性的教学专题报告和研讨工作。

(十二)、加强骨干教师队伍的培养,建立骨干教师档案,形成名师、骨干教师定期进行示范课、观摩课制度。

(十三)、开展德育研究指导工作,重视和加强中小学心理研究,建立心理咨询指导中心,开展心理咨询服务工作。

(十四)、负责了解各基层学校现代教育技术工作发展状况,并对各学校的现代教育技术工作进行指导。

(十五)、负责指导信息课教师的教科研工作,组织力量,为各学校现代教育技术的使用提供服务,推动教学软件的推广使用。

(十六)、提供、收集现代教育信息,推动我区现代教育技术工作的开展。17、建立“资料信息库”,为学校提供借阅、查询等服务。

(十七)、通过多媒体网络和教育网站,发送教育教学信息,并采取多种渠道,为基层学校提供服务。

(十八)、碑林教师进修学校将建成为碑林教育的“四个中心”——教师教育中心、教科研中心、现代教育技术中心、资料信息中心。进一步更新教育理念,优化全区师资队伍,推动我区教育的跨跃式发展。

A brief introduction to the Forest of Steles Teaching and Research Network

Beilin teacher training School is a secondary normal school for training middle, primary, vocational, kindergarten teachers and educational administrative cadres. it is the core of educational and scientific research in primary and secondary schools, vocational schools and kindergartens in the whole region. it is an important force to promote the quality of education and teaching in the whole region.

The main responsibilities of the Forest of Steles Teaching and Research Network

(1) to be responsible for on-the-job training of primary school teachers, on-the-job training of new teachers, training of backbone teachers, training of modern educational technology, and various short-term training to improve the professional ability and overall quality of teachers in the region.

(2) to be responsible for all kinds of training for primary school administrative cadres, such as on-the-job training, policies and regulations training, professional skills training and so on.

(3) to be responsible for the management of student status of continuing education for middle school teachers and to complete various training tasks arranged by the Bureau of Education.

(4) to study and implement the training of the new syllabus and new curriculum standards.

(5) to be responsible for the teaching and research guidance and research work of primary and secondary schools, vocational schools and kindergartens in the region.

(6) to study the teaching methods and implementation plans that adapt to quality education under the guidance of modern educational theory.

(7) to be responsible for the inspection, supervision and guidance of educational and scientific research activities in grass-roots schools, to communicate between schools, to collect and popularize innovative teaching experience and scientific research achievements.

(8) to be responsible for the analysis of teaching materials and teaching methods for primary and secondary school teachers in the region.

(9) to be responsible for the formulation, implementation, summary, exchange and promotion of experimental projects in primary and secondary schools in the region.

(10) to establish a "three-level" educational and scientific research network, give full play to the organizational, research and guiding role of the teaching and research department, give full play to the backbone role of the central teaching and research group and the main role of the school teaching and research group, and carry out educational and scientific research work solidly and effectively.

(11) to be responsible for region-wide teaching reports and seminars.

(12) strengthen the training of backbone teachers, establish files of backbone teachers, and form a system for famous teachers and backbone teachers to conduct demonstration and observation classes on a regular basis.

(13) carry out the research and guidance of moral education, attach importance to and strengthen psychological research in primary and secondary schools, establish psychological counseling and guidance centers, and carry out psychological counseling services.

(14) to be responsible for understanding the development of modern educational technology in grass-roots schools and guiding the work of modern educational technology in all schools.

(15) to be responsible for guiding the teaching and research work of information teachers, organizing forces, providing services for the use of modern educational technology in schools, and promoting the popularization and use of teaching software.

(16) to provide and collect modern educational information to promote the development of modern educational technology in our region. 17. Establish a "data and information database" to provide schools with borrowing, inquiry and other services.

(17). Send educational and teaching information through multimedia networks and educational websites, and adopt various channels to provide services to grass-roots schools.

(18) the Forest of Steles teacher Education School will be built into the "four centers" of the Forest of Steles education-- the teacher education center, the teaching and research center, the modern educational technology center, and the data and information center.
