北京航空旅游专修学院简介

北京航空旅游专修学院贯彻北京市教育委员会“大力发展职业教育”、“培养高素质技能型人才”的教育方针,以培养适应航空服务、旅游管理等行业的高技能复合型、应用型管理与服务人才为目标,走专业教育和职业教育并举、自考助学和职业资格证书并重、全日制脱产教育和在职教育并存之路,坚持校企合作、工学结合的办学模式,建立行业、企业、学院共同参与的实习就业机制。学院坚持科学发展观,坚持依法治校、诚信办学,坚持“一切为了学生,为了学生的一切”的办学理念,不断提高学生素质,以适应首都经济建设和航空、旅游服务管理人才的需求,努力把学院建设成为一流的航空旅游品牌院校。

基础设施

学院办学的基础设施和条件良好。在此基础上,我院又先后投资进行内部装修、校园美化、设备添置,使新校区成了一座比较理想的办学场所。新校区占地面积120亩,校舍建筑面积25211平方米。

学院投资257万元装备了语音教室、计算机教室、形体教室。现有计算机300多台(生均0.22台),图书5万册。另外,还有足够数量的教室、图书馆、篮球馆、游泳馆、科技报告厅、体育场等,与租赁方共同享用。

学院拥有完善的教育教学配套设施。拥有教学楼1栋,实训楼3栋,学生公寓4栋,学生食堂2个,配备计算机教室4个,语音室5个,形体教室7个,化妆室2个,多媒体教室3个,航空乘务模拟训练舱1个,教学用运七型实体飞机1架。建有标准教学楼、图书馆、游泳馆、篮球馆、标准400米塑胶田径体育场、科技报告厅等,还专门设立了学生社团活动室、心理咨询室、医务室、公安警务站等完善的设施。

学院坚持以就业为导向。确立以素质为本、以发展为本、以能力为本的培养目标。把学生就业工作作为一切工作的重中之重。学院建立了完善的就业工作指导体系,不断开拓就业市场,实行定向培养,建立“订单式”就业机制,对毕业生实行全员推荐,全方位择业,倾注人力、物力、财力开展就业工作。“让学生满意,让家长放心”是学院一贯的办学宗旨,自2002年设置航空专业以来,现已成为各大航空公司、机场人才选拔的重要基地,输送毕业生8300多名。历年就业率保持95%以上,形成了学院的办学优势和特色,成为学院持续发展的动力和源泉。

办学特色

1、诚信办学,规范招生行为

严格按照学院招生录取工作的有关规定招生。学院通过各省、市、自治区的招生考试报、招生考试网及中国教育报和中央电视台等多家国家正规媒体做实事求是地招生宣传;学院派人参加各省、市、自治区高招办组织的招生咨询会,与当地的学生和家长进行面对面的交流;学院领导亲临现场对考生的体貌、体态以及英语和普通话水平进行测试。由于采取了以上措施办法,我院招生工作进行得有序、规范、正常。

2、坚持“三个教学体系”的有机结合,全面提高学生的综合素质

“三个教学体系”是指:理论教学体系、实践教学体系和素质教学体系。

在理论教学体系中,坚持基础理论以应用为目的,以“必须”、“够用”为度的原则,为实践教学体系提供理论支撑;在实践教学体系中,坚持从就业岗位的能力要求出发,分解为各项技能模块,融在有关理论之中,达到“成才”的培养目标;把职业素质教育贯穿在整个教育过程中,并在课程教学中融入德育,达到“成人”的培养目标。三个体系的有机结合,实现了以培养应用能力为主线,以培养职业能力为核心,全面提升学生综合素质的根本目的。

在坚持三个教学体系的有机结合的同时,学院还倡导毕业证书与职业资格证书相结合,实行与专业培养目标相匹配的职业技能考核制度,以实现技能训练与就业零距离,增强了学生的就业能力。

3、坚持“三个为本”造就创新型人才

“三个为本”是指在教育教学中坚持“以素质为本”、“以能力为本”和“以发展为本”。

以素质教育为本,就是坚持以职业素质为核心,多渠道、多层次、全方位提高学生的综合素质;以思想政治理论课教学改革为内容,加强人文素质教育和职业道德教育;以校园文化为载体提升学生的人文素养;以社会实践活动为途径增强学生的实践能力;以心理辅导为牵引提高学生的心理素质。为更好的实现素质教育,学院专门从实际业务部门聘请双师型教师(兼职)为学生讲课。

以能力培养为本,就是坚持以职业能力为核心,构建与理论教学体系相辅相成的实践教学体系,保证实践、实训教学,达到人才培养目标对实践能力的要求;把实践、实训教学从课堂延伸到课外、校外,综合培养学生的职业能力,例如:适时选派学生参加各种国家级的迎宾礼仪活动和航空公司举办的各种职业竞赛;2008北京奥组委在我院挑选并培训了40余名学生为奥运会颁奖礼仪人员,在为奥运会提供颁奖礼仪服务人员的六所院校中,我院为唯一一所民办院校;2010年我院学生担任上海世博会礼仪志愿者,2012年亚洲沙滩运动会我院20多民学生担任颁奖礼仪;另外,在北京市举办的国际体育大赛中也可以看到“北京旅游专修学院”学生优质服务的身影。

就业指导

建立健全就业指导体系,与30余家用人单位建立长期“订单式”培养机制

为促进学生就业,学院成立了“就业指导中心”,配备专职的就业指导教师。“就业指导中心”的主要工作就是为学生提供引导帮助,让同学们能够按照自己的意志,负责的选择或决定自己未来的人生蓝图。在对每一位学生的主客观条件进行测试、分析的基础上,确定最佳的职业奋斗目标。作为一名专业的职业指导师,其工作的价值核心是运用专业的职业评估和指导手段,解决学生在求职过程中遇到的各种问题。

学院领导非常重视与用人单位的紧密结合,通过与用人单位建立“定单式”人才培养机制,实现学生与就业单位的零距离接触,告诉他们外面的世界是怎样的,未来的岗位是做什么的,未来的薪资待遇大概是一个什么样的水平。这些都给学生一个清晰地描述,为他们选择合适的岗位,使其能顺利的就业,扬帆职场。

学院已与中国国际航空公司、南方航空公司、东方航空公司、海南航空公司、上海航空公司、及卡塔尔国际航空公司、韩亚国际航空公司、大韩航空公司、马来西亚航空公司、新加坡航空公司、文莱皇家航空公司、阿联酋航空公司等国际国内各大航空公司及香港、新加坡等国际国内各大游(邮)轮公司和澳门酒店、阿联酋酒店等建立了长期的合作关系。学院现已与国旅集团海外经济合作公司、徐州国际经济技术合作有限公司、南光(澳门)职业介绍所有限公司签订了定向委托培养合同书,成为众多用人单位选拔英语服务与管理人才的基地,受到用人单位及学生、家长的高度认可。从2002年至今,学院总计就业人数已达8300余人,其中航空服务人员占就业人数的60%(空乘占20%、机场地勤占40%),酒店服务与管理人员占就业人数的40%。

通过采取各种措施不断拓宽就业渠道,在就业工作中做到:组织领导到位,机构人员到位,经费保障到位,责任分工到位。完善就业指导机制,就业促销机制,就业服务机制,努力实现就业率和就业质量双丰收。

2004年,在中国首届空姐大赛中荣获“航空形象团体银奖”;2005年,在中国空姐“百丽丝”杯第二届空乘院校推介展示会上,荣获“航空形象团体金奖”;2005年1月5日,被教育部中央教科所评为2005年度“人民满意民办大学”;

The infrastructure and conditions for running the college are good. On this basis, our college has successively invested in interior decoration, campus beautification and equipment purchase, making the new campus an ideal place for running a school. The new campus covers an area of 120mu, with a building area of 25211 square meters.

The college invested 2.57 million yuan to equip the voice classroom, the computer classroom and the physique classroom.
