北京卫生职业学院

北京卫生职业学院是经北京市人民政府批准、国家教育部备案的一所全日制普通高等学校，隶属于北京市卫生和计划生育委员会。学院以科学发展观为统领，全面贯彻党的教育方针，坚持“以人为本、德育为先、质量为重”的办学宗旨，以强化内涵建设，提升师生综合素质为重点，以办成全国一流且具有国际水平的高等卫生职业院校为目标，以培养“专业型、实用型、国际型”高等医药卫生技术人才为方向，积极稳步探索具有高等职业教育特色、适合学院发展的改革之路。

学院现有全日制在校学生近8000人，非全日制成人教育学生5000余人;设有护理、药学、中药、医学检验技术、康复治疗技术、医学影像技术、医疗仪器维修技术、助产、中医护理、药剂、口腔修复工艺、卫生信息管理、中医康复保健等13个专业。现有教职工568人，专任教师283人，其中高级职称教师比例为31.1%，中级职称教师比例为43.8%，双师型教师比例为45%。有全国优秀教师1人，北京市优秀教师6人，北京市优秀教育工作者1人，北京市职业院校职教名师2人，北京市职业院校专业带头人2人，北京市职业院校专业创新团队2个，北京市职业院校优秀青年骨干教师39人，北京高等学校青年英才计划9人，名老中医继承人1人，北京卫生系统“十百千”优秀人才工程“百”层次卫生人才2人。

学院教学设施齐全，具有先进的教学设备、实验室、实训基地和供学生开展各种文体活动的场所和设施，现有护理、药学、医学检验技术、医学影像技术、医疗仪器维修技术、中药、康复治疗技术等专业实训基地，建筑面积近万余平方米，能够满足各专业学生的实训教学需求。其中护理实训基地获得教育部职业院校实训基地重点建设项目资助，药学专业实训基地是北京市职业院校实训基地重点建设项目。现有北京世纪坛医院、北京友谊医院、北京同仁医院、北京中医医院、北京安贞医院、北京积水潭医院、北京朝阳医院、北京儿童医院、北京妇产医院、北京胸科医院、北京老年医院、北京回龙观医院和首都儿科研究所等13所教学医院。同时还与北京各级各类医疗卫生机构、医药企业、研究机构开展校企合作，为学生的临床教学及实习提供了有利条件，从根本上保证了教育教学质量。

学院注重学生的专业能力和综合素质培养，在课程体系中融入了职业道德教育和职业精神培养，培养的毕业生岗位竞争力和适应力高，深受用人单位好评，很多毕业生成为首都医疗卫生行业的骨干。毕业生就业率每年高达98%以上，特别是护理、医学检验、医学影像技术等专业毕业生更是供不应求。多年来，学院为北京市医疗卫生行业培养了六万余名卫生专业人才，其中护理人才占北京地区该类技术人才培养量的60%以上，为北京市卫生事业发展作出了重要贡献。我院护理专业毕业生陈征、王克荣分别获得第40届和第44届南丁格尔奖章，为学院赢得了荣誉。

Beijing Health Vocational College is a full-time ordinary university approved by the Beijing Municipal people’s Government and filed by the Ministry of Education, which belongs to the Beijing Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission. Guided by the scientific concept of development, the college comprehensively implements the party’s educational policy, adheres to the purpose of “people-oriented, moral education first, quality first”, focuses on strengthening connotation construction and improving the comprehensive quality of teachers and students. The goal is to build a national first-class and international higher health vocational college, and to train “professional, practical and international” higher medical and health technical talents. Actively and steadily explore the reform road with the characteristics of higher vocational education and suitable for the development of the college.

At present, the college has nearly 8000 full-time students and more than 5000 part-time adult education students. there are 13 majors, such as nursing, pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine, medical laboratory technology, rehabilitation technology, medical imaging technology, medical instrument maintenance technology, midwifery, traditional Chinese medicine nursing, pharmacy, oral restoration technology, health information management, traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation care and so on. At present, there are 568 teaching staff and 283 full-time teachers, of which 31.1% are senior teachers, 43.8% are intermediate teachers, and 45% are double-qualified teachers. There are 1 national excellent teacher, 6 excellent teachers in Beijing, 1 excellent educator in Beijing, 2 famous vocational teachers in Beijing vocational colleges, 2 professional leaders in Beijing vocational colleges, 2 professional innovation teams in Beijing vocational colleges, 39 excellent young backbone teachers in Beijing vocational colleges, 9 young talents program in Beijing colleges and universities, and 1 heir to traditional Chinese medicine. The college has complete teaching facilities, with advanced teaching equipment, laboratories, training bases and places and facilities for students to carry out various sports and sports activities. the existing professional training bases for nursing, pharmacy, medical laboratory technology, medical imaging technology, medical equipment maintenance technology, traditional Chinese medicine, rehabilitation technology and other professional training bases, with a construction area of nearly 10,000 square meters, can meet the practical teaching needs of students of various majors. Among them, the nursing training base is supported by the key construction project of the vocational college training base of the Ministry of Education, and the pharmaceutical professional training base is the key construction project of the training base of Beijing vocational colleges. There are 13 teaching hospitals, including Beijing Shitan Hospital, Beijing Friendship Hospital, Beijing Tongren Hospital, Beijing traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Beijing Anzhen Hospital, Beijing Jishuitan Hospital, Beijing Chaoyang Hospital, Beijing Children’s Hospital, Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Beijing chest Hospital, Beijing Geriatric Hospital, Beijing Huilongguan Hospital and Capital Institute of Pediatrics. At the same time, it also carries out school-enterprise cooperation with medical and health institutions, pharmaceutical enterprises and research institutions at all levels in Beijing, which provides favorable conditions for students’ clinical teaching and practice and fundamentally ensures the quality of education and teaching.

The college pays attention to the cultivation of students’ professional ability and comprehensive quality, and integrates professional ethics education and professional spirit cultivation into the curriculum system. The graduates trained have high post competitiveness and adaptability, and are well received by employers. Many graduates have become the backbone of the medical and health industry in the capital. The employment rate of graduates is as high as 98% every year, especially graduates majoring in nursing, medical laboratory and medical imaging technology are in short supply. Over the years, the college has trained more than 60,000 health professionals for the medical and health industry in Beijing, of which nursing talents account for more than 60% of the training of such technical personnel in Beijing, making an important contribution to the development of health in Beijing. Chen Zheng and Wang Kerong, nursing graduates of our college, won the 40th and 44th Nightingale Medal respectively, winning honors for the college.
