上海市民进自强进修学院

上海市民进自强进修学院创办于1986年，它是融入市场经济、学历与非学历相结合的一所综合性的进修学院。多年来，既遵循市场经济办学规律又瞄准和紧贴市场经济开设学科，同时坚决贯彻”注重质量、严格管理、热忱服务”的办学宗旨，不仅形成了自己多形式、多层次、多学科的办学特色，而且创出了自己的品牌学科。考试合格率、上线率、升学率大大高于全市的平均合格率。素以”管理严、师资优、质量高”著称沪上。

孙荣强院长作为民主党派人士、学院创办人，历来信奉”名师出高徒”，注重人力资源的”高成本”投入，以海纳百川的胸怀吸引社会”精英”源源流入，从而形成一支具有复旦、交大、华东理工、华师大、上外、东华、外贸、上大、上师大等著名高校的讲师、正副教授和重点中学、教育学院中具有 高级职称的骨干教师队伍。目前学院已累计培养学员30万人次，现在校学员近3000名，专兼职教师250名。

由于学院多年来不断改革创新，办学成绩卓著，在取得社会效益和经济效益较好的情况下，它不仅在上海西南地区闻名遐迩，而且在全市同类学校中独占鳌头，产生了很大的影响。因而受到全社会的热情的、密切的、全方位的关注。先进事迹先后在上海电视台、东方电视台、广播电台、文汇报、新民晚报等各种新闻媒体广为报道，成为上海市社会力量办学中的成功者、佼佼者。

我院开设的品牌学科有：全日制高复班、三校生高复班、全日制中复班以及各层次文化课、外语类、职技类、兴趣类以及大学自考、成人培训等。

Shanghai Minjin Institute of self-improvement and self-improvement was founded in 1986.
