Responsibilities of Haizhu District Education Bureau
Implement the principles, policies, laws and regulations of the Party and the state concerning preschool education, basic education, vocational education and adult education; formulate various educational management systems and formulate development plans and annual plans for educational undertakings, put forward the objectives, priorities, structure and speed of educational development and organize their implementation. To be responsible for the management of preschool education, basic education, vocational education and adult education in the district; to guide schools (kindergartens) to carry out the reform of education and teaching and the reform of the school-running system and the internal management system of the school; to formulate enrollment plans for all kinds of schools at all levels in the district and guide their implementation; to manage and guide the general college entrance examination, high school entrance examination, adult enrollment examination and self-study examination in the district.
The organs of the Bureau of Comprehensive Coordination shall be responsible for the work of government affairs, affairs and systematic party affairs; responsible for the organization and arrangement of important meetings of the Bureau; responsible for secretarial, research, information, archives, confidentiality, letters and visits, and supervision; responsible for coordinating the external exchanges and cooperation of the system, examination and approval of community registration and law popularization; responsible for administrative reconsideration and administrative response of the education system To be responsible for the administration of the bureau and the collection and subscription of school teaching materials and auxiliary materials.
Planning Finance Infrastructure Section
To be responsible for the financial management of the district's educational funds and schools and kindergartens; to be responsible for the statistical management of the educational undertakings in the district; to be responsible for the management of educational fees in the whole district; to guide and manage the capital construction of the school. To be responsible for the examination and management of the disposal of state-owned assets of bureau-affiliated schools (kindergartens), the application for property rights registration of bureau-affiliated schools, the transfer of non-operating assets to operational assets, and the registration, alteration and cancellation of state-owned assets of school-run enterprises.
Secondary education department
Manage the business of basic education in middle schools and guide the work of special education and ethnic education in the stage of basic education in middle schools; guide and implement the annual enrollment and examination of public middle schools; guide the implementation of national curriculum, the construction of local curriculum and the establishment and development of school-based curriculum; guide the management of student status at the middle school stage; cooperate with the organization of educational exchanges and twinning assistance arranged by superiors.
Manage the business of basic education in primary schools, guide the work of special education in compulsory education, guide the work of ethnic education in primary schools, formulate an annual enrollment plan for public primary schools and guide its implementation, guide curriculum management in primary schools, guide the management of student status in primary schools, guide examinations and examinations in primary schools, and guide the construction of characteristic schools in primary schools. Cooperate to promote educational exchanges and paired support work arranged by superiors.
