　　安徽蚌埠第六中学始成立于1953年春，于2000年恢复办学。为适应义务教育均衡化发展的新形势，满足广大人民群众对于优质教育资源的新需求，2014年9月，经教育主管部门批准，牵头组建教育集团，从此踏上了集团化办学探索的新征程，集团现辖三个一体化管理校区、一个托管校区，共计教学班级90个，学生近5000人，教职工332人，其中高级职称53人。自2017年起，学校办学已由单纯初中向九年一贯制转变，集团整体办学影响力不断扩大，办学质量深受学生信赖、家长认可和社会肯定。

　　核心胜利校区位于胜利中路，毗邻市中心美丽的珠园，占地23亩,各项设施日臻完善，育人环境精致典雅。汤和校区位于龙子湖东岸向湖路上，占地90余亩，已于2017年秋季顺利投入使用，经过近两年的运转检验，各项管理规范有序，教育教学质量大幅提升，赢得了良好的社会反响。滨湖校区位于市民广场西侧龙腾路上，占地近130亩，现已全面开工建设目前主体工程已基本完工，预计2020年秋季正式投入使用。托管的龙湖中学在办学品位、内部管理、师资建设、校园文化等方面也取到长足的进步与发展。
