浙江商业职业技术学院介绍

浙江商业职业技术学院是一所公办全日制普通高等职业院校 。学院有德胜校区和滨江高教园区校区，两个校区合计占地面积592亩，建筑面积10.73万平方米。滨江校区是学院新建的校区，位于杭州市滨江高教园区，工程规模按在校生5000人进行规划，总建筑面积8万平方米，总用地面积500余亩，总投资2亿元人民币。建有教学行政区、教学区、运动训练区、宾馆餐饮实验区及休闲区。在设计上，新校园追求庭院式的建筑风格，富有江南水乡特色。德胜校区，占地面积40亩，建筑面积2.7万平方米。

科研平台

学校设立了国家职业技能鉴定所，以及浙江省商业经济研究所、浙江省旅游研究所、浙江省应用工程技术研发中心等多个应用型研究机构。

现馆藏纸质图书85万余册;期刊报纸1500余种;过刊装订2万余册;光盘磁带9000余种;自建数据库4个;订购商业数据库10余个。

院系专业

学校为浙江省首批省级示范性高等职业院校，截至2014年有经济贸易学院、信息技术学院、财会金融学院、旅游烹饪学院、应用工程学院、艺术设计学院、人文学院、外国语学院等八个二级学院34个专业及方向，拥有烹饪工艺与营养、供热通风与空调工程技术等2个省级重点专业，酒店管理、环境艺术设计、国际贸易实务、电子商务、投资与理财、应用电子技术、物流管理、视觉传达艺术设计等8个专业为省级特色专业，环境艺术设计、酒店管理、会计、连锁经营管理等4个专业为省级示范院校重点建设专业。

教学成果

2008年，我校65名学生和4位教师荣幸地成为2008北京奥运会的奥运厨师，浙江省唯一选送2008年奥运会餐饮服务人员的高校;2010年我校118名学生在上海世博会指定的多家高星级酒店及世博场馆为中外来宾提供接待和餐饮服务，是我省为上海世博会派出服务人员最多的高校。近三年，学生在全国、全省各类比赛中获奖300余项，多次荣获国家和省级特等奖和一等奖。

师资力量

截至2014年有教职工580余人，其中专任教师430余人，专任教师中正高34人，副高职称130人，硕士及以上学位的教师280人，“双师素质”教师达80%以上。

教学建设

学校建有“一园六基地”的校内仿真性、生产性实训基地4万多平方米，拥有中央财政支持的实训基地3个，省级示范性实训基地3个，拥有校外稳定的实训基地119个，实现了校内基地生产化，校外基地教学化。校办企业——浙江商业机械厂已建设成为集“产、学、研、训”为一体的实训基地。

Introduction of Zhejiang Vocational and Technical College of Commerce

Zhejiang Vocational and Technical College of Commerce is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational college. The college has Desheng campus and Binjiang higher Education Park campus, the two campuses occupy a total area of 592mu, with a construction area of 107300 square meters. Binjiang campus is a newly-built campus of the college, which is located in Hangzhou Binjiang higher Education Park. The project scale is planned according to 5000 students, with a total construction area of 80, 000 square meters, a total land area of more than 500 mu, and a total investment of 200 million yuan. There are teaching administrative area, teaching area, sports training area, hotel catering experimental area and leisure area. In terms of design, the new campus pursues courtyard-style architecture, which is rich in the characteristics of Jiangnan water villages. Desheng campus covers an area of 40 mu and a construction area of 27000 square meters.

Scientific research platform

The school has set up the National Vocational skills Accreditation Institute, Zhejiang Commercial and Economic Research Institute, Zhejiang Tourism Research Institute, Zhejiang Applied Engineering Technology Research and Development Center and other applied research institutions.

Academic resources

At present, it has a collection of more than 850000 paper books, more than 1500 periodicals and newspapers, more than 20, 000 binding copies of back issues, more than 9000 kinds of CD-ROMs and tapes, 4 self-built databases and 10 commercial databases.

College and department major

The school is the first batch of provincial demonstration higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province. as of 2014, there are eight second-level colleges, including the School of Economics and Trade, the College of Information Technology, the College of Finance and Finance, the School of Tourism and Cuisine, the College of Applied Engineering, the School of Art and Design, the College of Humanities and Foreign languages, with 34 majors and directions. It has 2 provincial key majors, such as cooking technology and nutrition, heating, ventilation and air conditioning engineering technology. Eight majors, such as hotel management, environmental art design, international trade practice, e-commerce, investment and financial management, applied electronic technology, logistics management and visual communication art design, are provincial characteristic majors. Environmental art design, hotel management, accounting and chain management are the key construction majors of provincial model colleges.

Teaching achievement

In 2008, 65 students and 4 teachers of our school were honored to be the Olympic chefs of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Zhejiang Province is the only university in Zhejiang Province to send catering service staff for the 2008 Olympic Games. In 2010, our school’s 118 students provided reception and catering services to Chinese and foreign guests at a number of high-star hotels and venues designated by the Shanghai World Expo, which is the university with the largest number of service personnel in our province for the Shanghai World Expo. In the past three years, students have won more than 300 prizes in national and provincial competitions, and won national and provincial special prizes and first prizes many times.

Teachers’ strength

As of 2014, there were more than 580 teaching staff, including more than 430 full-time teachers, 34 full-time teachers, 130 deputy high school titles, 280 teachers with master’s degree or above, and more than 80% of teachers with “double-teacher quality”.

Teaching construction

The school has more than 40,000 square meters of simulated and productive training bases with “one park and six bases”, 3 training bases supported by the central government, 3 demonstration training bases at the provincial level, and 119 stable training bases outside the school. it has realized the production of the school base and the teaching of the off-campus base. Zhejiang Commercial Machinery Factory, a school-run enterprise, has been built into a training base integrating “production, learning, research and training”.
