外星探索是由中国民间UFO研究协会主办，成员既有业内资深研究地外文明，史前文明的学者，也有民间专业爱好者。协会致力于从科学的角度解释天文地理，奇闻异事，并定期印制内刊，进行学术交流。

UFO研究协会成立以来，研究成果显著。协会会员翻译了大批国外对前沿科学事物研究的文章，同时也原创大量论文发表在国内外。
