青岛科技大学法学院介绍

青岛科技大学法学院前身是2001年成立的政治与法律教学部，2006年更名为政法学院，2011年组建为法学院。学院设有法律、社会工作2个系;拥有1个校级法学研究所，1个独立法人机构“青岛汇全社会工作服务中心”
;设有法学、社会工作2个本科专业。学院现有教职工24人，专任教师21人，其中，教授3人，副教授6人，讲师11人，博士、硕士以上学历的教师19人，占总数的95.2%;具有港澳、海外教育背景的3人。学院还聘有兼任教师和兼职教授10余人。教师中有2人被聘为硕士生导师，多人分别兼任省法学教育研究会常务理事、青岛市法学研究会学术委员、市政府法律咨询委员会委员、市地方立法研究会理事等社会兼职。

培养目标：

本专业培养法学理论基础扎实、实践能力强，能够在审判机关、检察机关、行政机关、立法机关、仲裁机构、法律服务机构以及企事业单位和社会团体从事法律及相关工作的法律人才。

就业深造：

学生毕业后既可以直接参加工作，也可以选择进行研究生阶段学习深造，本专业毕业生历年来平均考研上线率超过40%。学生在大四上学期可以参加全国统一司法考试，考试合格可取得司法职业资格。毕业生择业面宽，可以就业的单位包括：各级法院、检察院、司法机关部门;各级人大、政协、政府、党团组织、军队政治法制部门;海关、审计、监察、工商管理、财政、税收、交通稽查、金融监管、保险监管、证券监管、内外贸易、新闻出版、行政执法部门;各类公司企业、事业单位;律师事务所、法律服务所、仲裁机构、公证处及政法院校和法学研究、咨询、服务机构等。

培养目标：

本专业培养具有基本的社会工作理论和知识、较熟练的社会调查研究技能和社会工作能力的人才，能在民政、劳动、社会保障部门和卫生部门、工会、共青团、妇女、残疾人等事业单位，社区与物业管理、以及其他社会福利、服务和公益团体等机构从事社会政策研究、社会行政管理、社区发展与管理、社会保障等工作的社会急需的实用型人才。

就业深造：

本专业与国内外著名高校社会工作专业建立了合作关系，学生本科毕业后可以选择在国内或者国外高校进一步深造。

本专业毕业生社会需求量大，就业领域广泛，主要包括各级党政部门、工、青、妇人民团体、各类社会公益事业单位、广大城乡社区建设、管理、服务机构和公益类民间组织等。

Introduction to the School of Law of Qingdao University of Science and Technology

The School of Law of Qingdao University of Science and Technology, formerly known as the Department of Politics and Law Teaching established in 2001, was renamed as the School of political Science and Law in 2006 and established as the School of Law in 2011. The college has two departments of law and social work, a school-level law research institute and an independent legal institution “Qingdao Huiquan Social work Service Center”.

There are 2 undergraduate majors of law and social work. The college now has 24 faculty members and 21 full-time teachers, including 3 professors, 6 associate professors, 11 lecturers, 19 teachers with doctor’s degree or master’s degree or above, accounting for 95.2% of the total, and 3 with Hong Kong, Macao and overseas education background. The college also employs more than 10 part-time teachers and part-time professors. Two of the teachers were employed as mentors of master’s degree students, and many of them served as executive directors of the provincial legal education research association, academic members of the Qingdao legal research society, members of the legal advisory committee of the municipal government, and directors of the municipal local legislation research association.

Training objectives:

This major trains legal talents with solid theoretical foundation and strong practical ability, who can engage in legal and related work in judicial organs, procuratorial organs, administrative organs, legislative organs, arbitration institutions, legal service institutions, enterprises, institutions and social organizations.

Employment and further study:

After graduation, students can not only work directly, but also choose to pursue further studies at the graduate level. Over the years, the average rate of postgraduate entrance examination for graduates of this major is more than 40%. Students can take part in the unified national judicial examination in the first semester of their senior year, and they can obtain judicial professional qualifications if they pass the examination. Graduates can choose a wide range of jobs, including: courts, procuratorates and judicial departments at all levels; people’s congresses, CPPCC committees, governments, party and caucus organizations at all levels, political and legal departments of the army; customs, audit, supervision, business administration, finance, taxation, traffic inspection, financial supervision, insurance supervision, securities supervision, domestic and foreign trade, press and publication, administrative law enforcement departments; all kinds of companies, enterprises and institutions Law firms, legal service offices, arbitration institutions, notarization offices, political and law colleges and universities, law research, consulting, service institutions, etc.

Training objectives:

This major trains talents with basic social work theory and knowledge, skilled social investigation and research skills and social work ability. can be in civil affairs, labor, social security and health departments, trade unions, Communist Youth League, women, disabled and other institutions Community and property management, as well as other social welfare, service and public welfare organizations and other institutions engaged in social policy research, social administration, community development and management, social security and other work of practical talents.

This major has established a cooperative relationship with social work majors in famous universities at home and abroad, and students can choose to pursue further studies in domestic or foreign universities after graduation.
