河北大学经济学院简介

河北大学经济学院成立于1992年11月，是河北省高校中的第一个二级学院。其前身为河北大学政治经济学专业(1960年3月成立)、河北大学财经系(1971年10月成立)、河北大学经济系(1979年3月成立)。经过1997年和2000年的两次院系调整，现在的经济学院下设四系四所，即：经济学系、统计学系、金融学系、国际经济与贸易学系，日本研究所、人口研究所、区域经济研究所、循环经济研究所。环首都社会经济发展研究院、河北农村发展研究院、中国循环经济研究院、中国外汇投资研究院，以及统计决策咨询中心等四院一中心挂靠在经济学院。

学院现有世界经济专业博士点;有理论经济学、应用经济学和统计学3个一级学科硕士点以及人口学二级学科硕士点，在政治经济学、世界经济、人口资源环境经济学、西方经济学、金融学、数量经济学、国际贸易学、国民经济学、区域经济学、劳动经济学以及统计学、人口学等12个二级学科硕士点招收研究生;有国际商务硕士、金融硕士、应用统计硕士、保险硕士4个专业硕士学位点;有经济学、金融学、统计学、国际经济与贸易、保险学5个本科专业。世界经济和统计学学科为河北省重点学科，人口学和金融学为河北大学重点学科。

师资力量

经济学院现有教职工118人，其中专任教师103人;有教授、研究员30人，副教授、副研究员40人;具有博士学位的专任教师有52人。在校本科学生1200余人，硕士研究生450余人，博士研究生30余人。

学院注重学生的经济理论和实践能力培养的结合。目前，学院与财达证券联合建设“国家级大学生校外实践教育基地”;经济学系是河北省唯一的“经济学人才培养模式创新实验区”。

办学理念

学院坚持开放办学，注重国际交流，目前已经接收日本、韩国留学生多名，与美国西肯塔基大学签订联合培养“2+2”本科双学历及“2+2+1”
硕士研究生项目，与印度尼西亚苏迪曼将军大学签订学生交换培养项目等。为了培养学院教师的对外交流能力，已经派出10名青年教师到国外攻读博士学位，多名教师赴国外参加短期培训。

近年来，经济学院的科研能力有了较大幅度的提升。2012-0214年，学院教师申报成功国家社会科学基金项目16项，其中3项重点项目;发表了大量学术论文，出版了一批学术专著和教材。经济学院已成为河北省重要的人才培养和科学研究基地。

2012年，河北大学成功入选教育部“中西部高校综合实力提升工程”高校，经济学院承担“首都经济圈与河北发展研究”核心项目，为学院的快速发展提升了契机。依托该工程，学院建设了河北大学经济学研究试验平台，下设人口资源环境与地理信息系统研究室(宏观经济仿真研究室)、经济与社会调查研究室、大数据挖掘研究室、博弈论与信息经济学研究室(微观经济仿真研究室)，改善了学院的科研条件。

目前学院正围绕“首都经济圈与河北发展研究”核心项目，努力打造学院的经济研究特色，为河北省在京津冀协同发展中提供智力支持，为保定市在京津冀一体化中的发展献计献策。相信在社会各界及学界同仁的大力支持下，我院将会迎来更加辉煌的明天。

A brief introduction to the School of Economics of Hebei University

The School of Economics of Hebei University, founded in November 1992, is the first secondary college among colleges and universities in Hebei Province. Its predecessor is the major of political economy of Hebei University (established in March 1960), the Department of Finance and Economics of Hebei University (established in October 1971), and the Department of Economics of Hebei University (established in March 1979). After two adjustments in 1997 and 2000, the current School of Economics has four departments and four departments, namely, the Department of Economics, the Department of Statistics, the Department of Finance, and the Department of International Economics and Trade. Japan Research Institute, population Research Institute, Regional Economics Research Institute, Circular economy Research Institute. Four institutes and one center, such as the Capital Institute of Social and Economic Development, Hebei Rural Development Research Institute, China Circular economy Research Institute, China Foreign Exchange Investment Research Institute, and Statistical decision-making Consulting Center, are attached to the School of Economics.

The College has a doctoral program in world economics. There are three master’s degrees in theoretical economics, applied economics and statistics, as well as demography. Graduate students are enrolled in 12 second-tier disciplines, including political economy, world economy, population, resources and environmental economics, western economics, finance, quantitative economics, international trade, national economics, regional economics, labor economics, statistics and demography. There are 4 master degrees in international business, finance, applied statistics and insurance, and 5 undergraduate majors in economics, finance, statistics, international economics and trade, and insurance. The disciplines of world economics and statistics are the key disciplines of Hebei Province, while demography and finance are the key disciplines of Hebei University.

Teachers’ strength

At present, the School of Economics has 118 staff, including 103 full-time teachers, 30 professors and researchers, 40 associate professors and associate researchers, and 52 full-time teachers with doctoral degrees. There are more than 1200 undergraduate students, more than 450 master’s degree students and more than 30 doctor’s degree students.

The college pays attention to the combination of students’ economic theory and practical ability. At present, the College and Caida Securities have jointly built a “national off-campus practical education base for college students”, and the Department of Economics is the only “innovative experimental area of economic talent training mode” in Hebei Province.

School-running idea

The college insists on opening up to run a school and pays attention to international exchanges. at present, it has accepted many students from Japan and South Korea, and has signed a joint training program with the University of Western Kentucky in the United States to train “2-2” undergraduate degrees and “2-2-1”.

Master’s degree program, student exchange program signed with General Sudirman University in Indonesia, etc. In order to cultivate the foreign communication ability of teachers in the college, 10 young teachers have been sent abroad to study for doctorates, and many teachers have gone abroad to participate in short-term training.

In recent years, the scientific research ability of the School of Economics has been greatly improved. From 2012 to 0214, college teachers successfully applied for 16 national social science fund projects, including 3 key projects, published a large number of academic papers and published a number of academic monographs and teaching materials. The School of Economics has become an important talent training and scientific research base in Hebei Province.

In 2012, Hebei University was successfully selected as a university under the “Comprehensive strength Promotion Project of Central and Western Universities” of the Ministry of Education, and the School of Economics undertakes the core project of “Capital Economic Circle and Hebei Development Research”, which promotes the rapid development of the college. Relying on this project, the college has built an economics research and experimental platform of Hebei University, which consists of population, resources, environment and geographic information system research laboratory (macroeconomic simulation laboratory), economic and social investigation laboratory, big data mining research laboratory, game theory and information economics research laboratory (microeconomic simulation laboratory). The scientific research conditions of the college have been improved.

At present, the college is focusing on the core project of “Capital Economic Circle and Hebei Development Research”, striving to create its economic research characteristics, providing intellectual support for Hebei Province in the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and providing suggestions for the development of Baoding in the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. I believe that with the strong support of colleagues from all walks of life and academic circles, our hospital will usher in a more brilliant tomorrow.
