青岛大学法学院简介

青岛大学法学院是一所历史悠久、实力雄厚、特色鲜明、在国际国内法学界享有较高声誉的法学院，是中国宪法学研究会的副会长级单位;山东省宪法学研究会的顾问级单位，山东省国际政治和国际共运学会副会长级单位;青岛市行为法学研究会、民商法学研究会和诉讼法学研究会的会长级单位。

学院现拥有法学、政治学、社会学、公安学四个一级学科，设置法学基础教研室、宪法与行政法教研室、刑事法教研室、民事法教研室、商法与经济法教研室、政治学与行政学教研室、国际关系教研室和社会学教研室等八个教研室，已经形成以法学学科为龙头、政治学学科和社会学学科为基础、多学科融合、优势共享的发展格局。

青岛大学法学专业始办于1983年，招收两届法学专业专科生。1987年起招收经济法专业专科生,1990年开始招收国际经济法专业本科生，1998年起统一招收法学本科生。2000年法学院成立。2004年始招诉讼法、法律史专业硕士研究生。2008年始招法律硕士专业学位(JM)硕士研究生，并参与法医学、公共管理硕士(MPA)的教学工作。2010年法学一级学科的硕士学位授权获得批准。目前，法学专业是山东省特色名校建设工程的重点建设专业。

学院是法学一级学科硕士授权单位、法律硕士专业学位(JM)研究生培养基地，拥有宪法学与行政法学(十二五)和中外政治制度(十一五)两个省级重点学科、“物证技术应用”省级重点实验室(国家级文科综合实验教学示范中心)、知识产权学院、法律服务中心、中韩法律中心。

学院多学科理论基础雄厚。1989年始招外事管理专业本科生，1999年政治学与行政学专业开始招生，2002年国际政治专业开始招生，2006年边防管理专业开始招生。伴随着本科专业目录调整，法学院现在招收法学、政治学与行政学、国际政治、社会工作、边防管理五个专业本科生。2000年始招国际关系专业硕士研究生，2007年始招中外政治制度专业硕士研究生，2014年社会工作硕士学位授权获得批准。

学院重视学科队伍建设。现有专任教师67人。其中，教授12人，副教授30人，具有博士学位者40人。校外兼职导师100余人。目前，学院融合多学科优势，形成了宪法与行政法、法律史、民商法、诉讼法和国际法五个学科团队，学科团队职称结构、学历结构、学缘结构和年龄结构比较合理，科研成果突出。共计出版学术专著30余部，在公开学术刊物、学术会议上发表论文共400余篇，获国家级、省部级、校级奖励70余项。目前，学院有教学名师2人，特聘教授5人。

学院重视人才培养质量，坚持“宽口径、厚基础，培养外向型、应用型、复合型人才”的办学方针，人才培养方案具有创新性、科学性和可操作性。重视理论基础和国际国内学术交流，设立法学名家论坛、青年法学家学术沙龙。学院重视实践教学，设有法律实务大讲堂，拥有模拟法庭、资料室和法学数据库、诊所教室、“物证技术应用”省级重点实验室(国家级文科综合实验教学示范中心)、社会工作实验室，与青岛市中院人民法院和崂山区人民法院建立法律硕士联合培养基地，与多家律师事务所和十多家大公司法务部门建立了学生实习实训基地和合作关系。人才培养质量逐年提升，本科生和研究生的考研率、考干率、司法资格考试通过率，在省内高校名列前茅。

学院重视对外学术交流，努力搭建国际国内合作平台。不断加强与国(境)内外著名高校和研究机构在人才培养和科学研究方面的深度合作。积极创造条件，鼓励教师出国(境)访学和参加国(境)内外重要学术会议、进行学术交流。同时，有计划地邀请国(境)内外知名学者和专家参加学术论坛。

A brief introduction to the Law School of Qingdao University

The Law School of Qingdao University is a law school with a long history, strong strength, distinctive characteristics and a high reputation in international and domestic law circles. It is the vice president unit of the China Constitutional Law Research Association, the consultant unit of the Shandong Constitutional Law Research Association, the vice president of the Shandong Society of International Politics and the International Communist Movement, and the directorate level unit of Qingdao Behavioral Law Research Association, Civil and Commercial Law Research Association and procedure Law Research Association.

The college now has four first-tier disciplines: law, political science, sociology and public security. There are eight teaching and research departments, including the basic teaching and research section of law, the teaching and research section of constitution and administrative law, the teaching and research section of criminal law, the teaching and research section of civil law, the teaching and research section of commercial and economic law, the teaching and research section of political and administrative science, the teaching and research department of international relations and the teaching and research office of sociology. It has formed a development pattern with law discipline as the leader, political science discipline and sociology discipline as the basis, multi-discipline integration and advantage sharing.

The law major of Qingdao University was founded in 1983 and enrolled two junior college students of law major. Junior college students majoring in economic law were enrolled in 1987, undergraduates majoring in international economic law were enrolled in 1990, and law undergraduates were enrolled uniformly since 1998. The Law School was established in 2000. In 2004, we began to recruit postgraduates majoring in procedural law and legal history. Began to recruit Master of Law (JM) postgraduates in 2008, and participated in the teaching of Forensic Medicine and Master of Public Administration (MPA). In 2010, the authorization of a master’s degree in the first-tier discipline of law was approved. At present, the major of law is the key construction major of the construction project of famous schools with characteristics in Shandong Province.

The college is a first-tier discipline master of law authorized unit, law master degree (JM) postgraduate training base, with constitutional law and administrative law (12th five-year plan) and Chinese and foreign political system (11th five-year plan) two provincial key disciplines, “material evidence technology application” provincial key laboratory (national liberal arts comprehensive experimental teaching demonstration center), intellectual property school, legal service center, China and South Korea law center.

The college has a solid multi-disciplinary theoretical foundation. Undergraduates majoring in foreign affairs management were recruited in 1989, political science and administration in 1999, international politics in 2002, and frontier management in 2006. With the adjustment of the catalogue of undergraduate majors, the Law School now recruits undergraduates majoring in law, political science and administration, international politics, social work, and border defense management. Master’s degree in international relations was recruited in 2000, master’s degree in Chinese and foreign political system was recruited in 2007, and the authorization of master’s degree in social work was approved in 2014.

The college attaches importance to the construction of discipline team. There are 67 full-time teachers. Among them, there are 12 professors, 30 associate professors and 40 doctorates. There are more than 100 part-time tutors outside the school. At present, with the integration of multi-disciplinary advantages, the college has formed five disciplinary teams: constitution and administrative law, legal history, civil and commercial law, procedural law and international law. The title structure, education structure, academic background structure and age structure of the discipline team are relatively reasonable. Outstanding scientific research achievements. A total of more than 30 academic monographs have been published, more than 400 papers have been published in public academic journals and conferences, and more than 70 awards have been awarded at the national, provincial and ministerial level and school level. At present, the college has 2 famous teachers and 5 specially appointed professors.

The college attaches importance to the quality of personnel training and adheres to the school-running policy of “wide caliber, thick foundation, and cultivating export-oriented, applied and compound talents”. The talent training program is innovative, scientific and operable. Attach importance to the theoretical basis and international and domestic academic exchanges, and set up a forum for legal celebrities and an academic salon for young jurists. The college attaches importance to practical teaching and has a lecture hall for legal practice. it has a mock court, a reference room and a law database, a clinic classroom, a provincial key laboratory for the application of material evidence technology (national liberal arts comprehensive experimental teaching demonstration center), and a social work laboratory. to establish a joint training base for master of law with the people’s Court of Qingdao Intermediate people’s Court and the people’s Court of Laoshan District. It has established student internship and training bases and cooperative relations with a number of law firms and the legal departments of more than a dozen large companies. The quality of personnel training has improved year by year, and undergraduate and graduate students are among the top universities in the province in terms of their postgraduate examination rate, examination pass rate and judicial qualification examination rate.

The college attaches importance to foreign academic exchanges and strives to build a platform for international and domestic cooperation. We will continue to strengthen in-depth cooperation with famous universities and research institutions at home and abroad in personnel training and scientific research. Actively create conditions to encourage teachers to visit abroad and participate in important academic conferences and academic exchanges inside and outside the country.
