焦作工贸职业学院简介

焦作工贸职业学院是经河南省人民政府批准成立、教育部备案的全日制普通高等院校，纳入全国普通高校统一招生计划，具有独立颁发国家电子注册学历文凭的资格。

学院坐落在古怀庆府所在地——沁阳香港街，此地物华天宝、人杰地灵，经改革开放的春风吹拂，已具有现代都市的雏形;香港街距长济高速3公里，距郑州机场1小时车程，交通便利。

学院规划用地1000亩，已有建筑面积99000多平方米，建设风格现代，硬件设施齐全;学院办学理念先进、育人特色鲜明、师资力量雄厚，现下设四系一部及继续教育学院、国际交流中心、职业技能鉴定所，开设有“建筑工程、电脑设计、航空服务、汽车检测与维修”等22个专业。

学院坚持“面向产业，面向就业，面向学生职业生涯”的办学方向，突出高职教育特色，着重培养具有知识应用能力和岗位适应能力的“一线高级技术应用型人才”。与此相适应，运动场、体育馆、图书馆等一应俱全，实验室、实训室、实操场有30多个，一支老中青结合、知识结构全面、亲切耐心的教职工队伍日益成熟。

学院与省内外多家知名企业合作，就业安置可靠;设有广州校区、上海交通大学
“2+1”双证班，学生拿到大专文凭的同时，可以拿到上海交通大学的技能证书;学生学到了过硬的本领，又受到了沿海发达城市的进一步熏陶，就业竞争力将大为提升。

经省教育厅批复，学院的汽车检测与维修、焊接技术与自动化、机电一体化等专业可以与华北水利水电学院、河南理工大学等大学实行对口专升本。同时，学院与美国明尼苏达大学、加拿大多伦多剑桥理工学院、澳大利亚南澳州专业技术学院等签署了合作协议，国际交流广泛，学生留学简易。

Brief introduction of Jiaozuo Vocational College of Industry and Trade

Jiaozuo Vocational College of Industry and Trade is a full-time ordinary university established with the approval of the people’s Government of Henan Province and filed by the Ministry of Education. It is included in the unified enrollment plan of ordinary colleges and universities across the country and has the qualification to independently issue national electronic registration diplomas.

The college is located in Qinyang Hong Kong Street, where Gu Huai Qingfu is located. It has the embryonic form of a modern city after the spring breeze of reform and opening up. Hong Kong Street is 3 kilometers away from Changji Expressway and an hour’s drive from Zhengzhou Airport. Convenient transportation.

The college has a planned land area of 1000 mu, with a construction area of more than 99000 square meters, modern construction style and complete hardware facilities; the school has advanced school-running ideas, distinctive educational features and strong teachers. Now there are four departments and a continuing education college, an international exchange center, a vocational skills appraisal institute, with 22 majors such as “architectural engineering, computer design, aviation services, automobile testing and maintenance”.

The college adheres to the school-running direction of “facing industry, employment and students’ career”, highlights the characteristics of higher vocational education, and focuses on training “front-line advanced technology applied talents” with knowledge application ability and post adaptability. To adapt to this, sports grounds, gymnasiums and libraries are readily available. There are more than 30 laboratories, training rooms and playgrounds. The college cooperates with many well-known enterprises inside and outside the province with reliable employment and placement, and has Guangzhou campus and Shanghai Jiaotong University.

In the “2o1” double certificate class, when students get a college diploma, they can also get a skills certificate from Shanghai Jiaotong University. Students have acquired excellent skills and have been further nurtured by developed coastal cities, and their employment competitiveness will be greatly enhanced.

With the approval of the Provincial Department of Education, the majors of automobile inspection and maintenance, welding technology and automation, mechatronics and other majors can be upgraded to universities such as North China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydropower, Henan University of Technology and so on. At the same time, the college has signed cooperation agreements with the University of Minnesota in the United States, Cambridge Institute of Technology in Toronto, Canada, and South Australia Professional and Technical College in Australia, making it easy for students to study abroad.

The young Institute of Industry and Trade is full of vitality. after years of development, it has been highly affirmed by the competent departments at all levels and unanimously recognized by parents and students. It was approved to enroll five-year junior college students in 2011 and separate students to participate in the Henan College entrance examination in 2013.
