滨州职业学院是2001年7月经山东省人民政府批准成立的国有公办全日制普通高等学校，坐落于渤海之滨的黄河三角洲中心城市—滨州市。学院占地面积3549.71亩，建筑面积80.35万平方米，总资产17.8亿元，教职工1089人，全日制高职在校生17000余人。教学、仪器设备总值1.5亿元，图书馆藏书184万册。2005年3月被省教育厅确定为山东省骨干示范性职业院校，2005年5月被评为山东省最受企业欢迎的职业院校，2010年11月被确定为首批国家骨干高职院校建设单位，2013年10月以优秀等级通过教育部、财政部验收。获全国职业教育先进单位、全国教育系统先进集体、国家技能型人才培育突出贡献奖，被评为山东省职业教育先进集体、省级文明单位、全国绿化模范单位、全国高职院校魅力校园、山东省卫生先进单位、山东省依法治校示范校，首家山东省职业教育公共实训基地。

一、实施质量立校工程。高度重视教师队伍建设，现有教授35人，副教授222人，博士11人、硕士271人、国家和省有突出贡献的中青年专家各1人、国务院政府特殊津贴专家8人、山东省教学名师4人、滨州市有突出贡献的专业技术人员30人。设12个二级学院、2个教学部，招生专业41个，涵盖理工、农、医、财经、信息科学、建筑、艺术、航海等门类，涉及57个专业方向，形成了适应黄河三角洲地区经济社会发展的专业群。建设3门国家精品课程、3门国家精品资源共享课，教育部、财政部支持高等职业学校建设的重点专业2个，教育部立项建设专业7个、64门省级精品课程、8个省高校特色专业点、1个国家财政支持的实验实训基地、6个省级教学团队。获国家级教学成果奖二等奖3项，全国首届实践教学设计奖3项，获省高校教学成果奖一等奖4项，二等奖9项，三等奖4项，省高校实验教学与实验技术成果奖3项，省级以上技能大赛获奖155项。

二、实施特色育人工程。突出文化育人特色，以科学规划引领发展，对校园水系、绿化、景点布局进行大规模改造，积极打造校园一小时文化游览圈，形成“一轴二山三区四湖五园”的校园文化格局，学院新建黄河三角洲高技能人才实训广场功能完备，能承接近100个项目的实训，被确定为山东省首家职业教育公共实训基地。学院校园文化建设获得全国校园文化优秀成果奖，被评为全国绿化模范单位、全国高职院校魅力校园(30所)。致力于打造专升本、技能大赛、公务员考试三张名片，根据学生职业生涯规划设计，实行“小班制”，开展分层教学。按照“国赛有名次、省赛争第一、市赛夺全能、院赛常态化”的工作思路，坚持以赛促练、以赛促建、以赛促教、以赛促改，带动学生技能水平的全面提高。按照市场需求和学生专业特点，实行订单培养，学院设 “中国平安保险班”、“上海浦东发展银行班”、“尧王制药班”等多个冠名班。近几年，毕业生总体就业率98.32%，正式就业率80.37%，专业对口率95%，毕业生满意度达96%，用人单位满意度达100%。

三、实施校企合作工程。学院坚持走开门开放办学之路，通过校企合作、校校合作、政校合作等多种形式，开展联合办学，现已与黄河三角洲地区政府、大型企业、学校等形成稳定的合作关系。成立滨州市校企合作委员会，120多家企事业单位成为理事单位，区域支柱产业和特色产业的602家企业任成员单位。先后与700多家企事业单位建立了长期稳定的实习就业合作关系，上海浦东新区组织部(人事局)人才交流中心、中国平安保险(集团)有限责任公司上海总部、中国光华科技基金会护士基金、卫生部人才交流中心等用人单位在校内建立了人才培养基地，与济南海尔工贸有限公司、山东绿润食品集团有限公司、山东中海石油化工有限公司、山东富海集团等多家企业签定了“订单式”培养协议书;实现了校企“零距离”、理论与实践“零间隙”、毕业生上岗“零过渡”。

四、实施科研强校工程。参研国家863项目1项，主持国家自然科学基金项目1项，主持省科技厅、教育厅项目45项，争取外源经费近千万元;成功选育棉花新品种“滨职棉”1号，国审大豆“滨职豆”1号通过国家农作物新品种审定;获国家科技进步二等奖1项，省科技进步二等奖1项、三等奖2项，市科技进步奖128项;获得国家专利35项;发表学术论文1600余篇，中文核心期刊比例在30%以上，其中38篇论文被EI等国际四大检索收录。实施成果转化200余项，创经济社会效益近10亿元。

Binzhou Vocational College is a state-owned full-time ordinary university established with the approval of the people’s Government of Shandong Province in July 2001. it is located in Binzhou, the central city of the Yellow River Delta on the coast of the Bohai Sea. The college covers an area of 3549.71 mu, with a construction area of 803500 square meters, with total assets of 1.78 billion yuan, 1089 staff and more than 17000 full-time higher vocational students. The total value of teaching, instruments and equipment is 150 million yuan, and the library collects 1.84 million books. It was identified as the backbone demonstration vocational college in Shandong Province by the Provincial Department of Education in March 2005, the most popular vocational college in Shandong Province in May 2005, and the first batch of national backbone higher vocational college construction units in November 2010. it passed the acceptance of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance in October 2013. First, carry out the project of establishing a quality school.Attach great importance to the construction of the contingent of teachers. there are 35 professors and 222 associate professors. there are 11 doctors, 271 masters, 1 young and middle-aged experts each with outstanding contributions from the state and the province, 8 experts with special subsidies from the State Council, 4 famous teachers from Shandong Province, and 30 professional and technical personnel with outstanding contributions from Binzhou. There are 12 secondary colleges, 2 teaching departments and 41 enrollment majors, covering science and technology, agriculture, medicine, finance and economics, information science, architecture, art, navigation and other categories, involving 57 professional directions. a professional group adapted to the economic and social development of the Yellow River Delta has been formed. We will build 3 national high-quality courses and 3 national high-quality resource sharing courses, and 2 key majors supported by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance in the construction of higher vocational schools. the Ministry of Education has set up a project to build 7 specialties, 64 provincial high-quality courses, 8 provincial university specialty spots, 1 national financial support experimental training base, and 6 provincial teaching teams.
