安徽体育运动职业技术学院

安徽体育运动职业技术学院是安徽省唯一一所省属专科全日制高等体育院校，学院的前身为安徽省体育学校，于1954年在全国率先创办，后历经数次变迁，先后8次更名，于2001年合并安徽体育运动技术学校、安徽体育科学研究所，升格成立安徽体育运动职业技术学院。

60年来，学院办学内涵不断丰富，逐步明确了“传德技之道，育体育精英”的办学理念;确立了“立足行业，面向社会，突出技能，德训并重，将体院建设成为体育教育、运动训练、体育科研于一体的体育优秀人才培养基地”的办学定位;凝练了“求实、创新、夺标、育人”的校训;树立了“培育高水平体育后备人才、培养高精尖竞技体育人才、培训高质量社会体育人才”的人才培养目标，更肩负起了“服务为国为省争光、服务安徽崛起战略、服务人民健康需求”的重大历史责任。

学院拥有教职工数313人(其中正式在编265人，编外聘用48人)，离退休129人。专业技术人员中，正高1人，副高58人，中级职称62人，初级职称72人。学院现有9个教学训练系部，其中4个运动系为省级运动项目管理中心，5个系为教学系部。学院现设有12个专业(方向)，分别为：运动训练、体育教育、社会体育、社会体育(体育舞蹈与健美操)、体育服务与管理、武术、安全保卫、安全技术与文秘、康复治疗技术、表演学(体育表演)、休闲服务与管理(体育旅游)、健身运动与管理。专业设置形成了“以运动训练专业为龙头，以康复治疗技术专业为辅助，以服务体育行业为宗旨，以就业为导向，以质量为核心，以培养具有实践能力、就业能力和创业能力的高素质技能型人才为目标，以职业能力培养与训练为主线，具有高职教育与行业办学特色、布局合理”的专业结构。经过多年建设，现已有中央财政支持产业发展能力项目1个(运动训练专业)、2个省级特色专业(运动训练和康复治疗技术专业)、省级精品课程1门、省级教学团队1个、省级教研项目5个、省级教学成果奖2项、省级教坛新秀2人。此外，与北京体育大学、上海体育学院、安徽师范大学合作办学，开展本科学历教育和研究生课程进修班。拥有在籍学生3000余人，近年来就业率始终保持在88%以上。近年来，学院重视科研工作，不断推进教科训一体化建设步伐，共获批国家级课题3项，省级课题20多项，在各级各类刊物中发表论文200余篇，成绩斐然。

建校以来，学院为国家培养出了上万名各类体育人才，在各个历史阶段都涌现出了许多著名的教练员和运动员，他们一代又一代薪火相传，为安徽乃至中国圆了一个又一个灿烂辉煌的竞技体育梦。学院共有两名运动员获得3个奥运会冠军，在世锦赛、世界杯等大赛中，荣获20多个世界冠军，2人次打破世界纪录，21人次获得亚洲冠军，18人次打破亚洲纪录，近400人获得全国各级各类比赛冠军。50年代至六十年代中期全运会冠军杨杰、连效山、李君启、尹惠萍是我省体育运动突飞猛进中的标杆式领军人物，70年代—80年代有全国铅球届的明星运动员丁志年，结束我省男子百米赛跑无缘全国冠军的短跑运动员郁刚，特别是在1984年洛杉矶奥运会中夺得男子60发自选手枪慢射冠军，实现了中华民族奥运金牌榜上“零的突破”的许海峰。

90年代以来，学院涌现出了更多为世人所熟知的优秀运动员，全国劳模蔡维燕、太极皇后范雪平、亚洲拳王江涛、女子篮球彭萍、女子手球岳莲娥，他们在各自的领域里展现风华，用健美的身姿在世界的舞台上为国争光。进入新世纪，学院更多的体育健儿们如雨后春笋般在全国及国际舞台中崭露头角，学院在第十届全运会中共获金牌5枚、银牌4枚、铜牌3枚，在第十一届全运会中共获金牌7枚、银牌6枚、铜牌3枚，邓琳琳、张亮亮、胡青、石荣荣、张峰、王莹、胡军等一个个响亮的名字为我省竞技体育“十运回升，十一运突破”做出了突出的贡献。北京奥运会中，邓琳琳临危不惧，与队友出色合作，夺得女子体操团体金牌，圆了安徽24年奥运金牌梦想;许莉敢打敢拼，获得女子自由跤银牌，取得安徽摔跤项目历史性突破。

2012年伦敦奥运会，邓琳琳再次获得平衡木冠军，成为我国女子体操史上连续2届奥运夺冠的第一人，她特有的招牌“狠劲”也被誉为中国女子体操队弥足珍贵的精神财富。全国十二运会中，山地自行车老将姬建华以百折不挠的意志勇夺男子越野赛金牌，终结了安徽自行车项目十二年的漫长等待，书写了安徽自行车项目历史的新篇章。女子手球成功夺冠，实现了几代体育人的夙愿。他们不仅是学院辛勤培养的累累硕果，更是中国体育事业强势崛起的领军人物。不仅如此，同时，学院以培育多方面人才为己任，培养了一大批国家及省体育行业的领导，军界、商界精英，知名演员，优秀教练，中小学体育教师等，数以万计的各类人才及体育工作者，彰显了学院“三培”的人才培养目标，为安徽体育教育事业建立了卓越功勋。

学院自1997年至今，先后四次被授予“国家高水平体育后备人才基地”称号;自2007年至今，连续两次被认定为 “国家手球奥林匹克后备人才训练基地”;自2009年至今，连续两次被评为“国家田径奥林匹克后备人才训练基地”。省体校(中专部)、运动训练系两个训练系经过不断调整，现拥有足球、篮球、排球、网球、乒乓球、羽毛球、橄榄球、手球、拳击、柔道、散打、跆拳道、古典跤、中国跤、自由跤、举重、击剑、短跑、中长跑、重投、轻投、撑杆跳、跨栏等项目，在全国青少年比赛中创造无数傲人佳绩，也向全省乃至全国各优秀运动队输送了大批优秀体育后备人才，彰显学院高水平体育后备人才培养目标的同时，也让学院成为名副其实的冠军摇篮。学院还相继被国家体育总局、劳动保障部和省教育厅、省体育局等确定为“国家级体育行业特有工种职业技能鉴定培训基地”、“安徽省教练员培训基地”、“安徽省体育传统项目学校体育教师培训基地”、“安徽省社会体育指导员培训基地”等，积极承担各类教育培训任务，为社会培训各类高质量社会体育人才。

Anhui Sports Vocational and Technical College is the only full-time sports college in Anhui Province. the college, formerly known as Anhui Sports School, was first founded in the country in 1954, and then changed its name eight times successively. In 2001, it merged Anhui Sports Technology School and Anhui Sports Science Research Institute, and upgraded to Anhui Sports Vocational and Technical College.

Over the past 60 years, the connotation of running the college has been continuously enriched, and the school-running concept of “spreading moral skills and educating sports elites” has been gradually clarified, and the school-running orientation of “based on industry, facing the society, highlighting skills and attaching equal importance to moral training” has been established. The school-running orientation of building the Institute of physical Education into a sports talent training base for sports education, sports training and sports scientific research has condensed the school motto of “seeking truth, innovation, winning awards and educating people”. It has set up the talent training goal of “cultivating high-level sports reserve talents, training high-level competitive sports talents, and training high-quality social sports talents”. It has also shouldered the great historical responsibility of “serving the country and winning glory for the province, serving the rising strategy of Anhui, and serving the health needs of the people”.

The college has 313 faculty (including 265 officially employed and 48 supernumerary) and 129 retirees. Among the professional and technical personnel, there are 1 Zhenggao, 58 vice high, 62 intermediate titles and 72 junior titles. The college now has 9 teaching and training departments, of which 4 sports departments are provincial sports management centers and 5 departments are teaching departments. The college now has 12 majors (directions). They are: sports training, physical education, social sports, social sports (sports dance and aerobics), sports service and management, martial arts, security, security technology and secretarial, rehabilitation technology, performance (sports performance), leisure service and management (sports tourism), fitness sports and management. The specialty setting has formed the professional structure of “taking the sports training major as the leader, the rehabilitation technology major as the auxiliary, serving the sports industry as the purpose, employment as the orientation, and quality as the core.” take the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents with practical ability, employability and entrepreneurial ability as the goal, vocational ability training and training as the main line, higher vocational education and industry school-running characteristics, reasonable layout “. After years of construction, there are 1 central financial support industry development capacity project (sports training major), 2 provincial characteristic majors (sports training and rehabilitation technology major), 1 provincial high-quality course, 1 provincial teaching team, 5 provincial teaching and research projects, 2 provincial teaching achievement awards and 2 provincial teaching talents. In addition, it cooperates with Beijing Sports University, Shanghai Institute of physical Education and Anhui normal University to carry out undergraduate education and postgraduate courses. There are more than 3000 registered students, and the employment rate has remained above 88% in recent years. In recent years, the college has attached great importance to scientific research and continuously promoted the construction of the integration of education and education. It has been approved 3 national-level projects and more than 20 provincial-level projects. It has published more than 200 papers in various journals at all levels and achieved remarkable results.

Since the establishment of the school, the college has trained tens of thousands of sports talents of all kinds for the country, and many famous coaches and athletes have emerged in various historical stages, and they have been handed down from generation to generation, realizing one brilliant competitive sports dream after another for Anhui and even China. A total of two athletes won three Olympic championships. In the World Championships and the World Cup, they won more than 20 world championships, 2 times broke the world record, 21 times won the Asian championship, 18 times broke the Asian record, and nearly 400 people won national championships at all levels. From 1950s to mid-1960s, National Games champions Yang Jie, Lian Xiaoshan, Li Junqi and Yin Huiping were benchmarking leaders in the rapid development of sports in our province. In the 1970s and 1980s, there was a national shot put star athlete Ding Zhinian. Yu Gang, a sprinter who finished the men’s 100-meter race in our province and missed the national championship, especially won the men’s 60-shot pistol slow shooting champion at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games. Xu Haifeng, who achieved a “zero breakthrough” in the Chinese nation’s Olympic gold medal table.

Since the 1990s, the college has emerged more outstanding athletes well known to the world, including national labor model Cai Weiyan, Taiji Queen Fan Xueping, Asian Boxing Wang Jiangtao, women’s basketball Peng Ping, and women’s handball Yue Lian’e. They show their splendor in their respective fields and win glory for their country on the world stage with their bodybuilding posture. In the new century, more and more athletes of the college have sprung up on the national and international stage. The college won 5 gold medals, 4 silver medals and 3 bronze medals in the 10th National Games, and 7 gold, 6 silver and 3 bronze medals in the 11th National Games. Deng Linlin, Zhang Liangliang, Hu Qing, Shi Rongrong, Zhang Feng, Wang Ying, Hu Jun and other resounding names have made outstanding contributions to the “recovery of the 10th National Games and breakthroughs of the 11th National Games” in our province. In the Beijing Olympic Games, Deng Linlin braved the danger and cooperated well with her teammates to win the gold medal in the women’s gymnastics team, fulfilling Anhui’s 24-year Olympic gold medal dream. Xu Li dared to fight, won the silver medal in women’s free wrestling, and made a historic breakthrough in Anhui wrestling.

At the 2012 London Olympic Games, Deng Linlin won the balance beam championship again, becoming the first person to win the title in two consecutive Olympic Games in the history of Chinese women’s gymnastics. Her unique sign “ruthlessness” is also known as the precious spiritual wealth of the Chinese women’s gymnastics team. In the 12th National Games, Ji Jianhua, a veteran mountain cyclist, won the gold medal in the men’s cross-country race with indomitable will, ending the 12-year wait for Anhui cycling and writing a new chapter in the history of Anhui cycling. Women’s handball successfully won the championship, realizing the long-cherished wish of several generations of sportsmen. They are not only the fruitful results of the hard training of the college, but also the leaders of the strong rise of Chinese sports. Not only that, at the same time, with the responsibility of cultivating talents in various fields, the college has trained a large number of national and provincial sports industry leaders, military and business elites, well-known actors, excellent coaches, PE teachers in primary and secondary schools, and so on. Tens of thousands of talents and sports workers of all kinds have demonstrated the talent training goal of the college’s “three training” and established outstanding achievements for the cause of physical education in Anhui.

Since 1997, the college has been awarded the title of “National High-level Sports Reserve Talent Base” four times; since 2007, it has been recognized as “National handball Olympic Reserve Talent training Base” twice; since 2009, it has been awarded as “National track and Field Olympic Reserve Talent training Base” twice. After continuous adjustment, the two training departments of the provincial sports school (secondary school) and the sports training department now have football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, table tennis, badminton, rugby, handball, boxing, judo, Sanda, taekwondo, classical wrestling, Chinese wrestling, free wrestling, weightlifting, fencing, sprint, middle and long distance running, heavy throw, light throw, pole vaulting, hurdles and other events, creating countless outstanding achievements in the national youth competition. It has also sent a large number of excellent sports reserve talents to the excellent sports teams of the whole province and even the whole country, which not only demonstrates the training goal of the college’s high-level sports reserve talents, but also makes the college a veritable champion cradle. The college has also been identified as “national sports industry-specific professional skills appraisal and training base”, “Anhui coaches training base”, “Anhui traditional sports school physical education teacher training base”, “Anhui social sports instructor training base” and so on by the State General Administration of Sports, the Ministry of Labor Security, the Provincial Department of Education and the Provincial Sports Bureau.
