安徽医科大学图书馆介绍

安徽医科大学图书馆的前身是东南医学院图书馆，1996年6月更名为安徽医科大学图书馆。是安徽省属重点大学图书馆之一，是教育部科技查新工作站(Y06)，安徽省高校数字图书馆医学分中心、安徽省图书馆学会副理事长单位和安徽省高校图书馆工作委员会常委馆。

资质及荣誉

安徽医科大学图书馆是安徽省属重点大学图书馆之一，是教育部科技查新工作站(Y06)，安徽省高校数字图书馆医学分中心、安徽省图书馆学会副理事长单位和安徽省高校图书馆工作委员会常委馆;2004年被安徽省图书馆学会评为全省图书馆系统先进单位，2014年被评为安徽省高校图书馆先进集体，1991年被国家卫生部确定为“全国生物医学文献资源共享网络安徽省级中心馆”。1997年率先在省属高校图书馆实行书刊资料自动化管理，也是省内信息化应用开展的比较好的图书馆之一。2003年图书馆在迎接教育部评估工作中被学校评为一等奖。历年来，全馆有数十人次分别被评为中国图书馆学会优秀会员、安徽省图书馆学会优秀会员、安徽省高校图书馆优秀馆长、安徽省高校图书馆先进工作者、安徽医科大学优秀教师、安徽医科大学优秀共产党员和安徽医科大学优秀教育工作者。

管理模式

实行图书馆局域网内整体管理，大大地提高了图书馆的管理质量和管理水平。

部门设置

图书馆现内设有办公室、文献资源建设部、读者服务部、文献阅览部、参考咨询部、技术服务部和医学文献检索教研室等7个科级建制部门。

人员配置

图书馆现有工作人员44人，其中博士1人，硕士13人;人员中具有正高职称的1人，副高职称的6人，中级职称的9人，所学专业涉及医学、图书馆学、情报学、医学信息、外语、计算机科学等专业，平均年龄40岁以下，形成了比较合理的年龄结构、知识结构和学科结构体系。

开放科室

图书馆现开设有中文社会科学图书阅览室、中文自然科学图书阅览室、中文社会科学报刊阅览室、中文自然科学期刊阅览室、外文期刊阅览室，中医古籍阅览室、多媒体电子阅览室、中外文社会科学图书借阅处、中外文自然科学图书借阅处、总还书处、图书情报专业学习室、专家学习室、学生自修室、文献检索教学多媒体教室、图书基本库和期刊基本库等服务窗口，文献检索教研室是学校重要的基础教研室，承担着全校本专科生和研究生的文献检索课的教学任务;参考咨询部利用现代网络技术和丰富的馆藏文献资源可为广大读者提供文献检索和课题查新服务，是全省医疗卫生系统科技查新的定点指定单位。图书馆年接待读者超百万人次。

Introduction to the Library of Anhui Medical University

The library of Anhui Medical University, formerly known as the Library of Southeast Medical College, was renamed the Library of Anhui Medical University in June 1996. It is one of the key university libraries in Anhui Province, the Science and Technology novelty search Workstation of the Ministry of Education (Y06), the Medical Sub-Center of Anhui University Digital Library, the Vice Chairman of Anhui Library Society and the standing Committee of Anhui University Library working Committee.

Qualifications and honors

The library of Anhui Medical University is one of the key university libraries in Anhui Province. it is the scientific and technological novelty search workstation of the Ministry of Education (Y06). The Medical Sub-Center of Anhui University Digital Library, the Vice Chairman of Anhui Library Society and the standing Committee of Anhui University Library working Committee It was appraised as the advanced unit of library system in Anhui Province by Anhui Library Society in 2004, the advanced collective of university libraries in Anhui Province in 2014, and the Anhui Provincial Central Library of the National Biomedical Literature Resources sharing Network by the Ministry of Health in 1991. In 1997, it was the first to implement automatic management of books and periodicals in provincial university libraries, and it is also one of the better libraries for information application in the province. In 2003, the library was awarded the first prize by the school in greeting the evaluation work of the Ministry of Education. Over the years, dozens of people in the library have been awarded as excellent members of the Library Society of China, excellent members of Anhui Library, excellent curators of Anhui University Library, advanced workers of Anhui University Library, excellent teachers of Anhui Medical University, excellent Communist Party members of Anhui Medical University and excellent educators of Anhui Medical University.

Management mode

The implementation of the overall management in the local area network of the library has greatly improved the management quality and level of the library.

Department setup

The library now has seven department-level organizational departments, such as office, document resources construction department, reader service department, literature reading department, reference and consultation department, technical service department and medical literature retrieval teaching and research department.

Personnel allocation

At present, there are 44 staff in the library, including 1 doctor and 13 master’s degree, 1 with high professional title, 6 with vice high professional title and 9 with intermediate professional title. The majors include medicine, library science, information science, medical information, foreign language, computer science and other majors, with an average age of less than 40 years old, forming a relatively reasonable age structure, knowledge structure and discipline structure system.

The library now has a Chinese social science book reading room, a Chinese natural science book reading room, a Chinese social science newspaper reading room, a Chinese natural science periodical reading room and a foreign language periodical reading room. Traditional Chinese Medicine Ancient Books Reading Room, Multimedia Electronic Reading Room, Chinese and Foreign language Social Science Book Lending Office, Chinese and Foreign Natural Science Book Lending Office, General return Office, Library and Information Professional study Room, expert study Room, students’ self-study Room, document Retrieval Teaching Multimedia classroom, Book basic Library and periodical basic Library and other service windows, document Retrieval Teaching and Research Department is an important basic teaching and research department in the school. It undertakes the teaching task of document retrieval course for undergraduate and graduate students in the university. Using modern network technology and rich literature resources, the reference and consultation department can provide literature retrieval and subject novelty search services for the broad masses of readers, and is the designated designated unit for scientific and technological novelty search in the medical and health system of the province. The library receives more than one million readers a year.
