青岛黄海学院

青岛黄海学院是经国家教育部批准成立的一所全日制普通本科高校，创建于1996年。学校占地1300余亩,校舍建筑面积35万余平方米，全日制在校生16500余名，开设19个统招本科专业，31个专科招生专业。学院办学格局以本科教育为主体，以高职教育和继续教育为两翼，重点发展经济社会急需专业和新兴应用型工科专业，涵盖船舶、港口、机械、电子、汽车、建筑、财经、物流、管理、外语等10个专业大类。目前已发展成为一所办学特色鲜明、多学科协调发展的综合性大学。

学校极为重视对学生实践能力、应用技能和创新素质的培养。购置了技术含量高、性能先进的仪器设备，充实和加强了机械工程、船舶工程、电工电子、建筑工程、信息工程、经济管理和公共基础类等9个实验中心建设。建成了国内一流的五轴联动加工中心实验室、国内先进的建筑仿真软件和建筑沙盘实验室、船舶仿真实验室、多功能财经实验室、国际物流实验室、开放式的电子创新和工业自动化实验室等119个;建有建筑面积3.4万平方米的实训中心，包括数控技术、机械加工、汽车维修、电子电工、焊接技术、钳工技术6个实训基地，是青岛高技能人才培养基地，教育部2006年全国职业教育工作会议观摩现场之一。完备的办学条件为培养学生实践能力和创新能力奠定了坚实基础。

学校高度重视师资队伍建设，充分发挥青岛区位优势、人才优势，制定特殊政策引进高素质人才，聘请了青岛科技大学、山东大学、中国海洋大学、中国石油大学等著名高校的一批知名专家、教授、学者担任教学和管理工作。建立了一支专兼结合、知识渊博、教学经验丰富的高水平师资队伍。

学校现有教职工1200余人，自有专任教师700余人，外聘教师260余人，其中具有高级专业技术职务教师比例占专任教师30.02%，博士、硕士学位的教师占专任教师的比例为50.42%。其中在2011年青岛市首选青岛高校教学名师中，我校赵庆祯教授和杜昌民教授入选，这是青岛市民办高校中唯一入选的2位教学名师。
