广东人才培训网是广东省人力资源和社会保障厅粤人社办【2011】329号文件指定的继续教育培训基地之一。为专业技术人员提供相关专业科目培训班学习或远程教育学习服务，保障专业技术人员知识更新继续教育的权利。

广州润沁教育科技有限公司，是广东省人力资源和社会保障厅核准的广东省专业技术人员继续教育基地，同时也是广州市动漫、服务外包协会副会长单位、暨南大学校外教学基地、广东电视台嘉佳卡通频道制作与培训基地、广州市服务外包、动漫公共技术服务平台暨人才培训基地的运营公司等。

公司拥有价值一千多万元的高端教学电脑、设备、软件等，学员教学场地共两处近两千平方米，学员宿舍8000多平方米。公司为美国CAPCC职业资格认证体系的中国认证中心，编著过10多部动漫、工商管理认证辅导教材，公司参与多个动画片、动画栏目、动画广告的制作，承办过多个广州市、区政府人才培训、轮训项目的运营。自2004年以来，公司培养培训动漫、软件、财经等行业人才超过30000人，共举办MBA课程班5期;动漫人才培训班16期;财务管理、风险管理、人力资源管理认证(总监、总经理)班12期;税务系列讲座10多场。2012年就轮训广州市企事业单位动漫、软件人才1000多人，在校学员将近500人，并与省内多所高校开展合办专业及合作实训等项目。

在广东省人力资源和社会保障厅继续教育处的支持和监制下，广州润沁教育科技有限公司建设成立了广东人才培训网(广东省专业技术人员继续教育培训平台)，并负责该网站的运营。
