东南大学土木工程学院

　　东南大学土木工程学院是在茅以升先生创立于1923年的国立东南大学土木工程系的基础上建立起来的。学院现设建筑工程、建设与房地产、工程力学、桥隧与地下工程、市政工程等五个系和一个实验中心,现有教职工180余人。

　　学院拥有一级学科博士后流动站3个、一级学科博士点3个、二级学科博士点12个、硕士专业12个、本科专业4个。2017年9月21日，教育部、财政部、国家发展改革委联合公布世界一流大学和一流学科(简称“双一流”)建设高校及建设学科名单，学院土木工程学科入选“世界一流学科建设”名单。2017年12月28日，教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心公布全国第四轮学科评估结果，土木工程学科获评A+，并列全国第一;力学学科评估结果为B-，并列全国第25位。结构工程学科为国家重点学科，防灾减灾工程及防护工程学科为江苏省国家重点学科培育点;学院拥有国家“985工程”和“211工程”重点建设学科和长江学者特聘教授岗位。土木工程专业和工程管理专业分别于1995年和1999年首批通过了全国土木工程及工程管理专业评估委员会的评估，迄今已连续4次通过了国家的专业评估。

　　近年来土木工程学院在科学研究、教学改革和教材建设方面取得了显著成绩，学院获得国家科技进步一等奖、国家技术发明二等奖、国家科技进步二等奖等国家级奖励10项(牵头6项)、国家教学成果奖3项、省部级奖34项;构建了以2个国家级特色专业建设点、6门国家级精品资源共享课和视频公开课、6门国家级精品课程、13本“十二五”国家级规划教材、6个国家级教改和实践教学平台、首批教育部外国教材中心(土建类唯一)、21门外籍教授全英文课程等为支撑的立体化优质教学资源库。

　　学院拥有国家预应力工程技术研究中心、玄武岩纤维生产及应用技术国家地方联合工程研究中心、国家实验教学示范中心、国家级土木工程虚拟仿真实验教学中心建设点、国家工程实践教育中心、混凝土及预应力混凝土教育部重点实验室、城市工程科学技术研究院、未来地下空间研究院，设有为教学、科研服务的大型结构试验室、预应力实验室、力学实验室、水力学实验室、工程管理实验室。拥有国内历史悠久、专业藏书丰富的图书室。学院已为国家培养各类毕业生16000余人，其中硕士毕业生近2200人，博士毕业生近600人。

　　学院重视学生综合素质的培养，近年来有多名学生分别获得过“全国优秀共青团员”、“中国大学生自强之星标兵”、“全国三好学生”国家级荣誉称号，3个班级分别获得“全国五四团支部”、“全国先进班集体”称号，7个班级获得“江苏省先进班集体”称号。学院组织本科生团队在美国ASCE土木工程大学生钢桥竞赛(中南赛区)获单项第一、单项第二、单项第三各1项;在第十届亚洲学生钢桥竞赛获现场陈述第四名、项目总成本和结构位移预测第五名;蝉联第九届全国土木工程专业本科生优秀创新实践成果奖特等奖1项、二等奖2项。近年来在全国大学生结构设计竞赛、全国周培源力学竞赛、全国大学生基础力学实验竞赛、全国高校学生钢结构创新竞赛、全国大学生混凝土材料设计大赛中获团体或个人的特等奖3个、一等奖19个。

The School of Civil Engineering of Southeast University was established on the basis of the Department of Civil Engineering of National Southeast University founded by Mr. Mao Yisheng in 1923. The college now has five departments and an experimental center, including construction engineering, construction and real estate, engineering mechanics, bridge and tunnel and underground engineering, and municipal engineering, with more than 180 faculty members.

The college has 3 postdoctoral stations in first-tier disciplines, 3 doctoral programs in first-tier disciplines, 12 doctoral programs in second-tier disciplines, 12 master’s majors and 4 undergraduate majors. On September 21, 2017, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission jointly published the list of world-class universities and first-class disciplines (& ldquo; double first-class & rdquo;). The civil engineering discipline of the college was selected & ldquo; world-class discipline construction & rdquo; list. On December 28, 2017, the academic degree and Graduate Education Development Center of the Ministry of Education announced the results of the fourth round of national discipline evaluation, civil engineering discipline was awarded the first place in the country, while the mechanics discipline evaluation result was Bmure, ranking 25th in the country. Structural engineering discipline is a national key discipline, disaster prevention and mitigation engineering and protection engineering discipline are the national key disciplines in Jiangsu Province; the college has national & ldquo;985 engineering & rdquo; and & ldquo;211 engineering & rdquo; key construction disciplines and specially appointed professors of Yangtze River scholars. Civil engineering and engineering management majors first passed the evaluation of the national civil engineering and engineering management professional evaluation committee in 1995 and 1999 respectively, and so far they have passed the national professional evaluation for four times in a row.

In recent years, the College of Civil Engineering has made remarkable achievements in scientific research, teaching reform and teaching material construction. the college has won 10 national awards (leading 6), 3 national teaching achievement awards and 34 provincial and ministerial awards, such as the first prize for national scientific and technological progress, the second prize for national technological invention and the second prize for national technological progress. It has constructed a three-dimensional high-quality teaching resource database supported by 2 national characteristic professional construction sites, 6 national high-quality resource sharing courses and video open courses, 6 national quality courses, 13 & ldquo; 12th five-year Plan & rdquo; national planning textbooks, 6 national teaching reform and practical teaching platforms, the first foreign teaching material center of the Ministry of Education (civil construction only), and 21 all-English courses for foreign professors.

The college has National Prestressed Engineering Technology Research Center, National Local Joint Engineering Research Center for basalt Fiber production and Application Technology, National Experimental Teaching demonstration Center, National Civil Engineering Virtual Simulation experiment Teaching Center, National Engineering practice Education Center, key Laboratory of concrete and Prestressed concrete Ministry of Education, Urban Engineering Science and Technology Research Institute, Future Underground Space Research Institute. There are large-scale structural laboratory, prestress laboratory, mechanics laboratory, hydraulics laboratory and engineering management laboratory for teaching and scientific research. It has a long history and rich professional collection of books in the library. The college has trained more than 16000 graduates of all kinds for the country, including nearly 2200 master’s degree graduates and nearly 600 doctor’s degree graduates.

The college attaches importance to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality. in recent years, a number of students have won & ldquo; National Outstanding Communist Youth League member & rdquo;, & ldquo; Chinese College students’ self-improvement Star & rdquo;, & ldquo; National three good students & rdquo; National Honorary title, 3 classes respectively won & ldquo; National May 4th League Branch & rdquo;, & ldquo; National Advanced Class & rdquo; title, 7 classes won & ldquo The title of rdquo;, the advanced class collective of Jiangsu Province. The college organized the undergraduate team to win the first, second and third events in the ASCE civil engineering college student steel bridge competition in the United States, and won the fourth on-site presentation, the fifth place in the total project cost and structural displacement prediction in the 10th Asian student steel bridge competition, and won one special prize and two second prizes in the 9th National Civil Engineering undergraduate Outstanding Innovation practice Achievement Award. In recent years, in the national college student structure design competition, the national Zhou Peiyuan mechanics competition, the national college student basic mechanics experiment competition, the national college student steel structure innovation competition, the national college student concrete material design competition won 3 special prizes and 19 first prizes.
