北京航空航天大学电子信息工程学院的简介

  1958年10月29日,新中国第一个航空无线电系在北航率先建立,国内第一个航空电子类专业在北航诞生。1978年获硕士学位授予权;1986年8月获通信与电子系统博士学位授予权;1998年获信息与通信工程一级学科博士学位授予权;2000年联合获交通工程一级学科博士学位授予权; 2002年10月成立电子信息工程学院;2003年获电子科学与技术一级学科博士学位授予权;2005年获光学工程一级学科的博士学位授予权、生物医学工程一级学科的博士学位授予权。

  历经50多年,尤其是建院10年来,在学校的领导和支持下,学院几届党政领导班子和广大师生员工齐心协力、锐意进取,抓住211工程、985工程等建设契机。学院的综合实力发生了历史性的变化,实现了跨越式发展。目前学院拥有5个一级学科,通信与信息系统和电磁场与微波技术为国家重点二级学科,信息与通信工程、电子科学与技术、光学工程三个北京市一级重点学科,两个国防重点学科,两个教育部特色专业,9个本科专业,2个工程硕士领域,14个工学博士和硕士点,3个博士后流动站的学科群。下设信息与通信工程系、电子科学与技术系、光电与信息工程系和1个教学实验实践中心。现有学生2500余人,研究生与本科生比达到1:1。

  学院现有教授41名,副教授49人,讲师61人。拥有中国工程院院士2人,长江学者特聘教授2人,国家杰出青年基金获得者3人,领域专家8人,教育部新世纪人才10人,卓越百人4人;另有自然基金创新研究群体1个,教育部创新团队1个,科技部人才推进计划创新团队1个,国防创新团队1个,北京市优秀教学团队1个,校蓝天创新团队1个。

  学院以学生培养为第一要务,选拔优秀生组成创新实验班试验班,实行一制三化的教学模式。学院将科研成果转化为优质教学资源,开展研究型教学,提升教学质量。拥有国家级教学团队1个、国家教学名师1人、北京市教学团队1个、北京市教学名师32人、国家集成电路人才培养基地1个,国家级工程实践教学基地2个,建有国家精品课程2门,国家重点、十一五国家级规划、北京市精品教材多本。荣获国家级教学成果二等奖2项、省部级优秀教学成果奖3项。投资2690万元建立了本研一体的实验教学中心,承担电子信息类实验教学课程56门,为学生科技实践活动开放,是大学生电子创新基地。近年来本科生荣获全国大学生电子竞赛、信息安全大赛等国家级科技竞赛一等奖20项 ;北京市科技竞赛一等奖51项 ;北航冯如杯一等奖17项;并永久保留了冯如杯;挑战杯特等奖1项;国家大学生创新创业计划二十余项。学院对优秀学生实行本硕、本硕博连读,本科毕业生一次上研率超过60%,就业率99%以上。

  学院以学科建设为龙头,紧密结合社会发展、国家安全和航空航天信息领域高新科学技术创新研究的需要,参与筹建了航空科学与技术国家实验室,建有两个国家级工程研究中心、四个省部级重点实验室/中心、一个总装军用实验室、一个国防科技重点实验室分室,为总参陆航部电磁兼容技术支撑单位,成立了卫星导航重大项目办公室和卫星导航应用研究所、测控通信技术研究所,有效支撑了学院学科的发展,显著提高了学院科技创新能力。学院在空天通信、无人飞行器遥控遥测测控与通信、无线通信、数字电视与无线多媒体通信、二代卫星导航芯片组、卫星导航、现代空中交通管理、信息对抗、信息安全、飞行器电子综合、卫星综合电子测试、空天信息感知与处理、机载/星载合成孔径成像、微波光子学、全光信息处理与获取、电磁环境及电磁兼容、隐身及反隐身、专用集成电路与系统、情感信号处理等方面实力雄厚,上述研究方向属于国内领先或国际先进水平。学院承担了国家自然科学基金创新群体、杰出青年基金、国际合作重点项目、重点项目,国家973、863计划,国家科技支撑计划、国防重大预研和国防重大重点型号等项目百余项,近两年作为首席单位承担973项目两项,主持国家重大科学仪器设备开发专项一项;4年来科研经费到款总计超过6亿元。

  近20年来,在航空航天信息尖端技术领域取得多项标志性成果,获国家科技发明一等奖1项、国家科技进步一等奖3项、国家科技进步二等奖23项,教育部科技进步奖一等奖1项,民用航空局科技进步奖一等奖1项,国防科技进步奖二等奖1项,军队科技进步奖一等奖1项,军队科技进步奖二等奖2项等省部级二等奖以上30余项 近5年来,发表SCI收录高水平论文近二百篇。近三年共获授权发明专利160余项,其中66项已成功转化应用。

  学院积极推进国际化步伐,国际交流的规模不断扩大,国家交流与合作已经成为学院培养高素质、创造性人才的新途径。学院与英国爱丁堡、诺丁汉、澳大利亚悉尼大学等大学实行了联合办学,在欧盟Asia-Link项目资助下,学院与瑞典皇家工学院开展了教学与科研合作,建立了北航—瑞典皇家工学院无线通信研究中心;先后与美、英、法、德、加、澳、俄、及香港和台湾等二十余个国家和地区的三十余所国际知名大学在科研、教师互访、研究生培养等方面建立了合作关系,招收留学生。与欧空局、霍尼韦尔等著名科研机构和著名跨国公司进行科技合作,创建了联合研究基地。每年邀请数十位国际著名学者来学院进行科研合作与学术交流,承办了ISAPE2006、ISAPE2008、 APEMC2010、ChinaCom2010、2012国际电子工程教育论坛等国际学术大会。

  学院是教育部与中国工程院联合批准的高层次应用人才培养试点单位,与大唐电信联合培养高水平博士生,与中航集团、航天科工及科技集团所属单位建立了人才培养基地,与国家空管委创建了高级空管人才培训基地。是航空学会航电与空管分会、电子学会DSP专家委员会的挂靠单位。累计培养学生过万,其中本科生8000余名,硕士生 2062人,博士生 462人,留学生100余人。为国防事业和国民经济建设输送了大批优秀人才,学院瞄准国家国防战略需求,和国际学术前沿发展方向,通过学科交叉与融合,强化空天信息特色学科方向,按照学科方向建立科研基地和创新平台,汇聚创新团队,承担国家重大项目,产生重大研究成果。

On October 29, 1958, the first aeronautical radio department of New China was established in Beihang, and the first avionics major in China was born in Beihang. He was granted a master’s degree in 1978, a doctorate in communications and electronic systems in August 1986, a doctorate in first-tier discipline in information and communication engineering in 1998, a joint first-tier discipline in traffic engineering in 2000, the school of electronic information engineering in October 2002, and a doctorate in electronic science and technology in 2003. Two key disciplines of national defense, two characteristic majors of the Ministry of Education, 9 undergraduate majors, 2 master of engineering fields, 14 doctoral and master’s degree programs, and 3 postdoctoral mobile stations. It consists of the Department of Information and Communication Engineering, the Department of Electronic Science and Technology, the Department of Optoelectronic and Information Engineering and a teaching and experimental practice center. The college now has 41 professors, 49 associate professors and 61 lecturers. The college takes the cultivation of students as the first priority, selects excellent students to form an innovative experimental class, and implements the teaching mode of one system and three modernizations. In the past two years, as the chief unit, it has undertaken two 973 projects and presided over a special project for the development of national major scientific instruments and equipment. Over the past 20 years, many landmark achievements have been made in the field of aerospace information cutting-edge technology, including 1 first prize for national scientific and technological inventions, 3 first prizes for national scientific and technological progress, 23 second prizes for national scientific and technological progress, 1 first prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of the Ministry of Education, 1 first prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of the Civil Aviation Administration, 1 second prize of the National Defense Science and Technology Progress Award, and 1 first prize of the military Science and Technology Progress Award. Over the past five years, nearly 200 high-level papers have been published in SCI, including 2 second prizes at the provincial and ministerial level and more than 30 second prizes. The college is actively promoting the pace of internationalization, and the scale of international exchanges is constantly expanding. National exchanges and cooperation have become a new way for the college to train high-quality and creative talents. The college has jointly run schools with universities such as Edinburgh, Nottingham and the University of Sydney in Australia. With funding from the EU Asia-Link project, the college has carried out teaching and research cooperation with the Royal Swedish Institute of Technology, and established the Wireless Communications Research Center of the Royal Swedish Institute of Technology, Beihang & mdash;. The college is a pilot unit for the training of high-level applied talents jointly approved by the Ministry of Education and the Chinese Academy of Engineering. It has jointly trained high-level doctoral students with Datang Telecom, established a talent training base with Aviation Industry Corporation of China, aerospace science and technology group, and established a training base for senior air traffic control personnel with the State Air Traffic Control Commission. It is the affiliated unit of the avionics and air traffic control branch of the Aeronautical Institute and the DSP expert Committee of the Electronics Institute.
