甘肃畜牧工程职业技术学院

甘肃畜牧工程职业技术学院是2004年6月经省政府批准，由原甘肃省畜牧学校和甘肃省农业机械化学校两所国家级重点中专合并组建而成的专科层次普通高等学校，并加挂“甘肃畜牧工程干部培训学院”和“甘肃威龙葡萄酒专修学院”的牌子。2010年7月，学院被省教育厅、省财政厅确定为“甘肃省省级示范性高等职业院校”。

办学规模8700余人。设畜牧类、兽医类、机械工程类、车辆工程类、电子信息工程类、食品科学类、葡萄与葡萄酒工程类、农业机械化类等八大专业群共39个高职专业。其中，数控技术、汽车检测与维修、机械设计与制造、机械加工技术等专业是教育部、劳动和社会保障部等国家七部委确定的国家技能型紧缺人才培养专业;畜牧兽医专业曾是教育部确定的国家级骨干专业;兽医专业曾是省教育厅确定的省级骨干专业，2011年又被评为“甘肃省特色专业建设点”。畜牧专业2013年被确定为“甘肃省高等学校特色专业建设点”。畜牧兽医、兽医、汽车检测与维修、机械设计与制造、电气自动化、农业机械等6个专业为院级重点建设专业。所设专业既有深厚的专业文化底蕴，又适应社会经济建设发展的需求。学院确定《汽车电子控制技术》等15门课程为院级精品课程。《猪生产学》《动物诊疗技术》《汽车故障诊断与排除》《KEILC单片机设计与项目实践》等9门课程被评为省级精品课程。

学院现有教职工360人，专职教师312人，其中教授27人(内聘9人)、副教授118人(内聘8人)、中级职称104人。博士2名、硕士生76名、“双师”型教师120名。先后有18名教师被教育部、农业部、省委、省政府分别授予“全国优秀教师”“农业部优秀教师”“甘肃省园丁奖”“甘肃省先进工作者”“全国农业职业教育名师”“全国农业职业技能开发先进工作者”“甘肃省职业教育先进个人”“甘肃省青年教师成才奖”等荣誉称号。有省级专业教学团队2个、省级教学名师1名。从兰州大学、西北师范大学、兰州理工大学、兰州交通大学、甘肃农业大学、中国农科院兰州兽医研究所、中国农机化研究院及推广、生产单位聘请客座教授42人，从企业、畜牧、农机站(所)聘请实训指导教师68人。形成了一支结构优化、梯队合理、专兼结合的师资队伍。良好的师资队伍保证了教学质量的稳步提高，使学院赢得了社会的信赖。

学院现有专业实训室84个;有畜禽养殖实训中心、机械加工实训中心、数控加工中心、电子实训基地、汽车电控检测与农机具维修实训中心、动物医院等校内实训基地12个;稳定的校外实训基地88个。建有语音室、微机室、多媒体教室和校园网等现代化教育教学设施，教学用计算机650台，图书馆藏书31万余册，电子图书50万册，中外文期刊300多种。

学院设有“国家农业行业特有工种职业技能鉴定站—013站”、 “全国计算机高新技术考试(OSTA)站”、“甘肃省第84国家职业技能鉴定所”、“甘肃省省级专业技术人员继续教育基地”、“全国高等学校英语应用能力考试(PETS)考点”、“全国大学英语四级考试(CET)考点”、“汽车驾驶员培训学校”等考培鉴定机构，并与西北师范大学、兰州理工大学、兰州交通大学、甘肃农业大学等联合开办了自考本科班。基本形成了“以高职教育为主体，成人教育、短期培训及职业技能鉴定为两翼”的多层次办学格局。

学院坚持走教学、生产、科研相结合之路，立足地方，依托行业，服务区域经济，围绕教学搞科研，搞好科研促教学。主持完成了68项科研项目;近40项科研成果分别获全国农牧渔业丰收奖、甘肃省农牧渔业丰收奖和甘肃省、武威市科技进步奖，其中获甘肃省科技进步二等奖一项;主编、参编教材306部;在省级以上刊物发表论文1151篇，其中被EI收录2篇。学院主办院刊《畜牧工程职业教育》。

学院坚持“以服务为宗旨、以就业为导向”，积极探索工学结合、校企合作的培养模式，实施“订单”教育，加大毕业生就业指导与服务，积极推荐学生就业。近年来，各专业毕业生就业率一直保持在98%以上，毕业生遍布20余个省市(区)，形成了“出口畅，招生旺”的可喜局面。

在60多年的办学历程中，学院秉承“自强、明德、尚能、笃行”的校训，开拓创新，不断进取，为社会培养畜牧兽医、机电工程类职业技术人才近7万名，为地方经济和社会发展做出了重要贡献。学院先后被国家有关部委、省委、省政府分别授予“全国职业技术教育先进集体”、“全国教育系统先进单位”、“加强实践教学为农村经济建设服务先进单位”、“甘肃省职业教育先进集体”、“科研推广先进集体”、“全省思想政治工作先进集体”等。2010年7月，学院被省教育厅、省财政厅批准为“甘肃省省级示范性高等职业院校”。2012年6月，学院党委被中共中央组织部授予 “全国创先争优先进基层党组织”。

Gansu Vocational and Technical College of Animal Husbandry Engineering is a junior college formed by the merger of two national key technical secondary schools, the former Gansu Animal Husbandry School and Gansu Agricultural Mechanization School, approved by the provincial government in June 2004. and add the signs of “Gansu Animal Husbandry Engineering cadre training College” and “Gansu Weilong Wine College”. The scale of the school is more than 8700 people. There are 39 higher vocational majors in eight major groups, such as animal husbandry, veterinary, mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, electronic information engineering, food science, grape and wine engineering and agricultural mechanization. Among them, numerical control technology, automobile testing and maintenance, mechanical design and manufacturing, mechanical processing technology and other majors are the national skill shortage talents training majors determined by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and other seven ministries; the animal husbandry and veterinary major was once the national backbone major determined by the Ministry of Education; the veterinary major was once the provincial backbone major determined by the Provincial Department of Education, and in 2011 it was named “Gansu Province characteristic Specialty Construction site”. The animal husbandry major was identified as the “characteristic specialty construction point of colleges and universities in Gansu Province” in 2013. Animal husbandry and veterinarian, automobile inspection and maintenance, mechanical design and manufacturing, electrical automation, agricultural machinery and other six majors are key construction majors at the hospital level. The specialties not only have profound professional culture, but also meet the needs of social and economic construction and development. The college has identified 15 courses such as “Automotive Electronic Control Technology” as college-level high-quality courses. Nine courses, such as “Pig production”, “Animal diagnosis and treatment Technology”, “Automobile Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting”, “KEILC single Chip Microcomputer Design and Project practice”, were awarded as provincial high-quality courses.

The college now has 360 staff and 312 full-time teachers, including 27 professors (9), 118 associate professors (8) and 104 intermediate titles. There are 2 doctorates, 76 master’s degree students and 120 “double-division” teachers. Eighteen teachers have been awarded honorary titles such as “National excellent Teachers”, “excellent Teachers of the Ministry of Agriculture”, “Gansu Provincial Gardener Award”, “Gansu Province Advanced Workers”, “National Agricultural Vocational Education famous Teachers”, “National Agricultural Vocational skills Development Advanced Workers”, “Advanced individuals of Gansu Province Vocational Education” and “Gansu Province Young Teachers Achievement Award” by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Provincial CPC Committee and the provincial government. There are 2 provincial professional teaching teams and 1 provincial famous teacher. 42 visiting professors were hired from Lanzhou University, Northwest normal University, Lanzhou University of Technology, Lanzhou Jiaotong University, Gansu Agricultural University, Lanzhou Veterinary Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, China Agricultural Mechanization Research Institute and extension and production units, and 68 training instructors were hired from enterprises, animal husbandry and agricultural machinery stations (institutes). Formed a structure optimization, echelon reasonable, full-time and part-time combination of teachers. A good team of teachers ensures the steady improvement of teaching quality and enables the college to win the trust of the society.

The college has 84 professional training rooms, including livestock and poultry breeding training center, mechanical processing training center, numerical control machining center, electronic training base, automobile electronic control testing and agricultural machinery maintenance training center, animal hospital, and so on. 88 stable off-campus training bases. There are modern education and teaching facilities such as language lab, computer room, multimedia classroom and campus network. There are 650 computers for teaching, more than 310000 books in the library, 500000 e-books and more than 300 kinds of Chinese and foreign periodicals.

The college has “National Agricultural Industry specific Vocational skills Identification Station-013Station”, “National computer High and New Technology examination (OSTA) Station”, “Gansu Province 84th National Vocational skills Appraisal Institute”, “Gansu Provincial continuing Education Base for Professional and Technical personnel”, “National College English proficiency Test (PETS) Test site”, “National College English Test Band 4 (CET) Test site”, Examination and appraisal institutions such as “Automobile driver training School” And jointly set up self-examination undergraduate courses with Northwest normal University, Lanzhou University of Technology, Lanzhou Jiaotong University, Gansu Agricultural University and so on. Basically formed a “higher vocational education as the main body, adult education, short-term training and vocational skills appraisal as the two wings” multi-level school pattern.

The college adheres to the road of combining teaching, production and scientific research, bases itself on localities, relies on industries, serves the regional economy, conducts scientific research around teaching, and does a good job in scientific research to promote teaching. He has presided over and completed 68 scientific research projects, and nearly 40 scientific research achievements have won the National Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries bumper Harvest Award, Gansu Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries bumper Harvest Award and Gansu and Wuwei Science and Technology Progress Award respectively, including a second prize for scientific and technological progress in Gansu Province. 306 teaching materials have been edited and edited, and 1151 papers have been published in journals above the provincial level, of which 2 have been included by EI. The college hosts the journal “Animal Husbandry Engineering Vocational Education”.

In recent years, the employment rate of graduates of various majors has been maintained at more than 98%, with graduates in more than 20 provinces and cities (autonomous regions), forming a gratifying situation of “smooth exports and prosperous enrollment.”

In the course of more than 60 years of running a school, the college has adhered to the motto of “self-improvement, virtue, ability and conduct”, pioneered and innovated, made continuous progress, and trained nearly 70,000 professional and technical talents in animal husbandry, veterinary medicine and mechanical and electrical engineering for the society. it has made important contributions to the local economic and social development. The college has been awarded “National Advanced Collective of Vocational and Technical Education”, “Advanced Unit of National Education system”, “Advanced Unit of strengthening practical Teaching to serve Rural Economic Construction”, “Advanced Collective of Vocational Education in Gansu Province”, “Advanced Collective of Scientific Research and Popularization”, “Advanced Collective of ideological and political work of the whole Province” and so on. In July 2010, the college was approved as a “provincial demonstration higher vocational college in Gansu Province” by the Provincial Department of Education and the Provincial Department of Finance. In June 2012, the Party Committee of the College was awarded “National Advanced Grass-roots Party Organization for Excellence” by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee.
