贵州大学经济学院简介

贵州大学的经济学科在贵州省享有盛誉。经济学院是该省第一批政治经济学等硕士学位授予单位，贵州大学是贵州省理论经济学学科的重要代表之一，是贵州省经济学教学和研究的重要基地，拥有一批全省一流的老中青结合的师资队伍。

学院下设1室(党政办公室)三科(研究生科、教学科研科和学生科)，2系(经济与贸易系、财政与金融系)，2个教育培训中心(培训中心、对外合作教育中心)，1个省教育厅人文社科研究基地(马克思主义经济学发展与应用研究中心)和3个校级研究中心(区域经济发展研究中心、经济改革与发展研究中心、国防经济与战略研究中心)。

学院对外交流活跃。每年20余人次教师到国内外参加学术交流;邀请国内外知名专家、教授作学术报告10余人次，召开全国性学术会议1次以上。学院与瑞典、台湾等地有合作办学项目。

学院重视学生素质的培养。将科学精神与人文精神相结合，努力实施以“四子能力”为主体的素质教育工程——脑瓜子的思维能力、嘴巴子的表述沟通能力、笔杆子的写作能力和键盘子的操作能力。现有在读研究生165人，在校本科生998人，留学生21人，每年有30名左右研究生和本科生选派到国内外知名大学交流学习。

学院发展的基本思路是：加强师资队伍、科研队伍和管理队伍建设，认真履行人才培养、科学研究、服务社会和传承文化职能。建立一支高水平的师资队伍，培养高素质人才，将学院建设成为我国西部领先、有特色、高水平、“立足国内，面向世界”的高级经济人才培养和经济研究的重要基地。

学科介绍

学院学科体系完整。现有1个二级博士学位授权点(计量经济学)，3个一级学科硕士学位授权点(理论经济学、应用经济学、统计学)，12个二级学科硕士学位授权点(国民经济学、区域经济学、财政学、产业经济学、国际贸易学、劳动经济学、数量经济学、统计学、西方经济学、政治经济学、经济思想史、世界经济)。4个本科专业(经济学、金融学、财政学、国际经济贸易)。

师资队伍

学院师资队伍结构合理，教师素质高。，其中专职教师58人，教育部高等学校经济学类专业教学指导委员会委员1人，省管专家2人，省委“服务决策”智库专家2人，省人民代表大会常务委员会咨询专家1人，省级和校级学科学术带头人6人，校中青年学术骨干4人，教授15人、副教授28人;博士或在读博士21人，85%的教师有硕士学位，25%的教师有在国外学习或工作经历。学院还聘请了诺贝尔经济学奖获得者斯蒂格利茨、全国政协副主席厉无畏、原国家外经贸部副部长龙永图等国内外知名专家、学者20余人为名誉教授或兼职教授。

教学科研

学院科研学术氛围浓厚。科研成果突出，近五年，成功申报国家自然科学基金、国家社科基金和科技部重大招标课题等国家级课题18项，贵州省社科规划重大招标课题、省长基金课题等省级课题30余项，横向课题50余项;年均科研经费300万元以上。年均公开发表学术论文100余篇，出版专著10余部。

发展规划

总体目标是：在2010年，把学院建成“博硕学”齐全，学科专业协调发展，师资队伍结构合理，院风优良，特色突出，优势明显的教学与科研相结合的研究型学院。具体目标主要有：

1、力争建成1个国家级重点学科、 1个国家级人文社科基地和2个省级学科、2个省级人文社科基地。

2、力争建成博士点1个;硕士点增加到6个，本科专业达到9个。

3、在校生规模。博士生10名以上，统招硕士研究生240名，MBA学生600名，普通本科生3000人。

4、师资队伍。专业教师150名以上，力争具有博士学位教师45人，占教师的30%。40岁以下教师全部具有硕士学位;教师中高级职称人数达到90人以上，占60%。

5、教学工作。教学质量上新台阶，学生升学率：硕升博达到20%，本升硕达到30%以上;教风达到优良水平，建有校外长期稳定的实习基地。

6、科研工作。力争2010年在研国家级课题、省部级课题30项以上，横向课题20项以上。在研经费300万元以上。每年公开发表学术论文200余篇，出版学术专著达到10余部。

7、力争学生一次性就业达到80%以上;学生党员占学生总数的比例常年保持15% 。

8、每年有15名以上教师接受国内外培训、进修和挂职锻炼。

A brief introduction to the School of Economics of Guizhou University

The economics discipline of Guizhou University enjoys a high reputation in Guizhou Province. The College of Economics is the first batch of political economy and other master’s degree awarding units in the province. Guizhou University is one of the important representatives of theoretical economics in Guizhou Province and an important base for economics teaching and research in Guizhou Province. it has a group of first-class teachers of the old, middle-aged and young people in the province.

The college consists of 1 room (Party and Government Office), 3 subjects (postgraduate, teaching, research and student subjects), 2 departments (Department of Economics and Trade, Department of Finance and Finance), 2 education and training centers (training center, Foreign Cooperation Education Center). One humanities and social science research base of the provincial education department (Marxist economics development and application research center) and three school-level research centers (regional economic development research center, economic reform and development research center, national defense economy and strategy research center).

The college is active in foreign exchanges. Every year, more than 20 teachers go to home and abroad to participate in academic exchanges, invite well-known experts and professors at home and abroad to give academic reports more than 10 times, and hold more than one national academic conference. The college has cooperative programs with Sweden, Taiwan and other places.

The college attaches importance to the cultivation of students’ quality. Combine the scientific spirit with the humanistic spirit, and strive to implement the quality education project with the “four sub-abilities” as the main body– the thinking ability of the brain, the expression and communication ability of the mouth, the writing ability of the pen and the operation ability of the key plate. At present, there are 165 graduate students, 998 undergraduates and 21 foreign students. every year, about 30 graduate students and undergraduates are sent to well-known universities at home and abroad for exchange and study.

The basic idea of the development of the college is to strengthen the construction of teaching staff, scientific research team and management team, and conscientiously perform the functions of personnel training, scientific research, serving the society and inheriting culture. We should establish a team of high-level teachers, train high-quality talents, and build the college into an important base for the training of senior economic talents and economic research in the western part of China, which is leading, distinctive, high-level, “based at home and facing the world”.

Discipline introduction

The discipline system of the college is complete. There are one second-level doctorate authorization point (econometrics) and three first-tier discipline master’s degree authorization points (theoretical economics, applied economics, statistics). 12 master’s degrees in second-tier disciplines (national economics, regional economics, finance, industrial economics, international trade, labor economics, quantitative economics, statistics, western economics, political economics, history of economic thought, world economy). 4 undergraduate majors (Economics, Finance, Finance, International Economics and Trade).

Teaching staff

The structure of the faculty of the college is reasonable and the quality of teachers is high. Among them, there are 58 full-time teachers, 1 member of the economics teaching steering committee of the Ministry of Education, 2 provincial management experts, 2 provincial party committee “service decision-making” think tank experts, 1 consulting expert of the standing Committee of the Provincial people’s Congress, 6 provincial and school-level academic leaders, 4 young and middle-aged academic backbone, 15 professors and 28 associate professors. There are 21 doctorates or doctorates, 85% of the teachers have master’s degrees, and 25% of the teachers have studied or worked abroad. The college has also hired Stiglitz, a Nobel laureate in economics, Li Wuwei, vice chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, long Yongtu, former vice minister of foreign trade and economic cooperation, and other well-known experts and scholars at home and abroad as honorary or part-time professors.

Teaching and scientific research

The college has a strong academic atmosphere for scientific research. The achievements in scientific research are outstanding. In the past five years, 18 national-level projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Social Science Foundation and the Ministry of Science and Technology have been successfully declared, and more than 30 provincial-level projects such as major bidding projects for social science planning in Guizhou Province and provincial projects such as provincial governors’ fund projects have been successfully applied for. More than 50 horizontal projects have been completed, with an average annual research expenditure of more than 3 million yuan. More than 100 academic papers and more than 10 monographs are published every year.

Development planning

The overall goal is to build the college into a research college with complete “master’s degree”, coordinated development of disciplines and specialties, reasonable teaching structure, excellent style, outstanding characteristics and obvious advantages in teaching and scientific research in 2010. The specific objectives are as follows:

1. Strive to build one national key discipline, one national humanities and social science base, two provincial disciplines and two provincial humanities and social science bases.

2. Strive to build 1 doctoral program, increase the number of master’s degree programs to 6, and reach 9 undergraduate majors.

3. The scale of students in school. There are more than 10 doctoral students, 240,600 MBA students and 3000 ordinary undergraduates.

4. The teaching staff. There are more than 150 professional teachers and 45 teachers with doctoral degrees, accounting for 30% of all teachers. All teachers under the age of 40 have master’s degrees; the number of teachers with middle and senior professional titles has reached more than 90, accounting for 60%.

5. Teaching work. The teaching quality has reached a new level, and the enrollment rate of students: the master’s degree has reached 20%, and the undergraduate has reached more than 30%; the teaching style has reached an excellent level, and a long-term and stable practice base has been built outside the school.

6. Scientific research work. In 2010, we will strive to study more than 30 national, provincial and ministerial projects and more than 20 horizontal projects. The research expenditure is more than 3 million yuan. Every year, more than 200 academic papers are published publicly, and more than 10 academic monographs are published.

7. Strive to achieve more than 80% of students’ one-time employment, and student party members account for 15% of the total number of students all the year round.

Every year, more than 15 teachers receive training, further studies and on-the-job training at home and abroad.

贵州大学经济学院成立于2004年，由原贵州大学和贵州工业大学相关专业合并组建而成，其历史可追溯到1941年成立的国立贵州农工学院农业经济系。本学院是贵州省培养经济建设所需高层次专门人才的重要教学科研基地。
