重庆大学期刊社简介

重庆大学期刊社是集期刊管理和期刊出版于一体的学校直属业务单位。

2001年1月17日，原重庆大学、重庆建筑大学、重庆建筑高等专科学校各期刊编辑部合并，正式组建重庆大学期刊社。期刊社目前由学校社会科学研究处代管，社科处处长蔡珍红兼任期刊社社长，主持全面工作。期刊社现有编辑人员21人，其中具有高级编辑职称的占52.4%，具有研究生以上学历人员占47.6%，是一个具有较高职称结构和高学历结构的学术团体。

期刊社现管理8种期刊，其中直接承办《重庆大学学报(自然科学版)》–EI核心期刊、《重庆大学学报(社会科学版)》–CSSCI来源期刊、《重庆大学学报(英文版)》、《土木建筑与环境工程》(原《重庆建筑大学学报》)–EI核心期刊，和《高等建筑教育》等5
种期刊;并对由二级学院承办的《地下空间与工程学报》、《室内设计》和《灯与照明》3种专业期刊进行业务指导、监督和检查。

人才培养

期刊社所属期刊是展示学校学术水平和科研实力的重要窗口，是培养教学科研人才的重要阵地，是促进学校科研发展的重要载体。所属刊物在国内外具有较大影响，被众多国内外权威检索机构和数据库，如：EI核心期刊，CSCD核心期刊，CSSCI来源期刊，中国中文核心期刊，《全国报刊索引》核心期刊，中国学术期刊综合评价数据库来源期刊，美国《化学文摘》(CA)、美国《生物学文摘》(BA)、俄罗斯《文摘杂志》、美国《剑桥科学文摘》、《中国物理文摘》、《中国数学文摘》、《中国化学文摘》、《中国力学文摘》、《中国生物学文摘》、《中国矿业文摘》、《中国机械工程文摘》、《中国无机分析化学文摘》、《中国科学引文索引》，中国期刊网，中国学术期刊(光盘版)，万方数据–数字化期刊群，龙源期刊网等收录。

高水平论文及信息化工作部

一、部门简介

高水平论文及信息化工作部是结合了高水平论文服务工作与信息化工作而成立的一个部门。高水平论文服务工作是为了贯彻学校关于“鼓励我校教师在SCIE、SSCI境外英文期刊上发表高水平学术论文，提高我校高水平论文发表的数量和质量”的精神而建立的服务团队，通过建立信息服务网站、举办高水平论文服务讲座、建立高水平论文数据库等模式，与学校多个部门形成互动，共同培育我校的英文论文写作环境，为科研人员进行英文学术论文写作及投稿等提供信息服务和指导。信息化工作是在期刊社信息门户建设维护及办公自动化的基础上建立的。随着办公自动化及期刊电子化对期刊社发展的促进作用日益显著，信息化部门应运而生。

Brief introduction of periodical Office of Chongqing University

The periodical office of Chongqing University is a business unit directly under the school, which integrates periodical management and periodical publishing.

On January 17, 2001, the periodical editorial departments of Chongqing University, Chongqing Construction University and Chongqing Architecture College were merged to formally establish the periodical office of Chongqing University. At present, the periodical office is administered by the school’s social science research office, and Cai Zhenhong, director of the social science department, is also the director of the periodical office, presiding over the overall work. The periodical agency now has 21 editors, of which 52.4% have senior editorial titles and 47.6% have postgraduate degrees or above. It is an academic group with a higher professional title structure and a higher academic structure.

The journal now manages eight journals, including directly hosting the Journal of Chongqing University (Natural Science Edition)-EI core journal, Chongqing University Journal (Social Science Edition)-CSSCI source journal, Chongqing University Journal (English version), Civil Architecture and Environmental Engineering (formerly Chongqing Architectural University Journal)-EI core journal, and higher Architectural Education.

The professional guidance, supervision and inspection of the three professional journals of “Journal of Underground Space and Engineering”, “Interior Design” and “Lighting and Lighting” sponsored by the second-level College.

Talent training

The periodicals affiliated to the periodical office are an important window to show the academic level and scientific research strength of the school, an important position to train teaching and scientific research talents, and an important carrier to promote the development of scientific research in the school. The affiliated journals have great influence at home and abroad, and have been searched by many domestic and foreign authoritative retrieval institutions and databases, such as: EI core journals, CSCD core journals, CSSCI source journals, Chinese core journals, “National Newspapers Index” core journals, Chinese academic journals comprehensive evaluation database source journals. American Chemical Abstracts (CA), American Biological Abstracts (BA), Russian Journal of Abstracts, Cambridge Scientific Abstracts, Chinese physical Abstracts, Chinese Mathematical Abstracts, Chinese Chemical Abstracts, Chinese Mechanical Abstracts, Chinese Biological Abstracts, China Mining Abstracts, China Mechanical Engineering Abstracts, China Inorganic Analytical Chemistry Abstracts, Chinese Science Citation Index China Journal Network, China academic Journal (CD Edition), Wanfang data-Digital Journal Group, Longyuan Journal Network, etc.

With the great attention of the school leaders and the joint efforts of all the staff of the periodical office, the influence factors of the periodicals affiliated to the periodical agency have been improved year by year, ranking in the forefront of similar colleges and universities in the country, and have won various awards and honors for many times. Such as: the top ten excellent sci-tech periodicals of Chongqing, the quality periodicals of Chongqing, the first high-quality sci-tech periodicals of the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Education, the excellent social science journals of national colleges and universities, the excellent journals of social sciences of the national science, industry and agriculture hospitals, the top 100 social science journals of Chinese universities, and the Excellence Award for the implementation of data norms for retrieval and evaluation of Chinese academic journals on CD-ROM.

The concept of running a journal

Facing the future, the periodical office of Chongqing University always adheres to the correct direction of running periodicals, takes “improving quality and highlighting characteristics” as the theme, sets up the concept of “survival with quality and development with characteristics”, further emancipates the mind, and implements the development strategy of “relying on famous universities, serving academia, keeping pace with the times and offering high-quality works”, and strives to create a number of “famous periodicals and columns”. To make due contribution to the realization of the goal of “domestic first-class, internationally well-known and distinctive research comprehensive university”.

High-level thesis and Information work Department

I. Department introduction

The high-level thesis and information work department is a department established by combining the high-level paper service work with the information work. High-level paper service is a service team established to implement the school’s spirit of “encouraging teachers to publish high-level academic papers in SCIE and SSCI overseas English journals, so as to improve the quantity and quality of high-level papers published in our school”. Through the establishment of information service websites, holding high-level paper service lectures, establishing high-level paper database and other models, form interaction with many departments of the school. Jointly cultivate the English paper writing environment of our university, and provide information service and guidance for researchers to write and submit English academic papers. The information work is established on the basis of the construction and maintenance of periodical information portal and office automation. As office automation and electronic journals play an increasingly significant role in promoting the development of periodical agencies, information departments emerge as the times require.
