苏州大学东吴商学院简介

苏州大学东吴商学院(财经学院)其前身为1982年苏州财校并入苏州大学时成立的财经系。1985年6月经江苏省人民政府批准，由省财政厅参与投资建设更名为苏州大学财经学院，也是苏州大学建立最早的二级学院。2002年更名为苏州大学商学院。2010年4月苏州大学与东吴证券股份有限公司签订协议共建苏州大学商学院，更名为苏州大学东吴商学院。

专业设置

学院下设经济系、财政系、金融系、经贸系、工商管理系、会计系、电子商务系7个系科;乡镇经济研究所、世界经济研究所、财务与会计研究所3个研究所和企业创新和发展研究中心、MBA中心。学院现有博士后流动站2个(应用经济学、工商管理)，一级博士授权点1个(应用经济学)，二级博士授权点4个(金融学、财政学、区域经济学、企业管理学)，硕士点15个(金融学、财政学、企业管理、世界经济、区域经济、政治经济学、产业经济学、国际贸易、会计学、农业经济管理、工商管理硕士(MBA)、会计专业硕士、金融专业硕士、税务专业硕士、国际商务专业硕士)，学院拥有金融学、财政学、会计学、经济学、工商管理、财务管理、电子商务、国际经济与贸易、市场营销9个本科专业和国际会计(CGA)专业方向;2011年经
国家教育部批准开设“金融学(中外合作)”本科专业。金融学为省级重点学科、省级品牌专业，会计学专业为省级特色专业。

师资力量

学院现有教职工169人，其中教师138人，博士生导师14人，教授28人，副教授75人，讲师35人，取得博士学位和正在攻读博士学位的教师61人，享受国务院特殊津贴的专家2人，入选教育部新世纪优秀人才计划1人，省333工程培养对象6人，东吴学者高层次人才计划1人，省“青蓝工程”培养对象4人。并聘请国内外30多名专家、学者为兼职教授。目前在读全日制本科生近2500人，二学位学生400多人，在籍博士、硕士研究生1000多人。学院曾先后获’江苏省文明单位’及’苏州市文明单位’等光荣称号。学院教学设备齐全，已建成一流的财经教学与办公大楼—财经科学馆，馆内设有经济管理实验中心(金融模拟实验室、电子商务模拟实验室、企业运营管理模拟实验室、外贸单证模拟实验室和会计模拟实验室)、资料室及学术报告厅等现代教学设施和设备。财经教学大楼内还有设施完善的多媒体教学系统。

交流发展

学院十分注重学术研究以及对外交流与发展。与加拿大维多利亚大学、加拿大劳伦森大学、德国富特旺根大学、法国商科联盟、澳大利亚堪培拉大学、澳大利亚迪肯大学以及台湾东吴大学等高校合作培养人才。学院先后多次举办国际性与全国性学术会议，近年来共承担国家、省、市各级科研课题200多项，撰写出版专著235本，发表学术论文1000多篇，获得170多项科研成果奖。

发挥学院的学科优势、人才优势和科研优势，积极为地方政府和企业服务。为省内外各级政府部门开展培训工作，为各类企业培训中高级管理人员。已建立十多个干部培训基地、科学研究基地和研究生工作站。

Brief introduction of Soochow Business School of Suzhou University

Soochow Business School of Suzhou University (School of Finance and Economics) was formerly known as the Department of Finance and Economics established when Suzhou Finance School was merged into Suzhou University in 1982. In June 1985, with the approval of the people’s Government of Jiangsu Province, the Provincial Department of Finance took part in the investment and changed its name to the School of Finance and Economics of Suzhou University, which was also the earliest secondary college established by Suzhou University. In 2002, it changed its name to Suzhou University Business School. In April 2010, Suzhou University and Soochow Securities Co., Ltd. signed an agreement to jointly establish Suzhou University Business School, which was renamed Soochow Business School of Suzhou University.

Professional setting
