浙江体育职业技术学院

浙江体育职业技术学院是一所由省体育局主管，接受省教育厅指导，以竞技体育专业为特色，以培养一流竞技体育人才为根本任务的省属全日制高职院校，具有典型的行业院校特征。

经省政府批准，学院于2004年 9月在合并浙江职工体育运动技术学院、省体育运动学校和省体育局萧山体育运动训练基地的基础上挂牌筹建。2006年1月(第十届全运会后)，负责全省优秀运动队训练竞赛管理的省体育训练一大队、二大队和省田径运动管理中心实质性并入筹建中的学院。同年7月，省政府批准学院建校。2014年，水上、射击、射箭、自行车及非奥项目等成立独立建制的运动管理中心。

学院自2004年筹建特别是2006年正式建校以来，始终坚持以科学发展观为指导，把“育人创佳绩”作为办学宗旨和根本任务，把“金牌文化”作为校园文化的核心内容，践行“明德、睿智、尚勇”校训，不断探索创新办学模式，积极探求竞技体育发展规律、青少年成长规律和教育教学规律及其有机融合，竞技体育、教育教学、科学研究、校园建设和党建思政等各项工作均取得了良好成效。

2006年至2013年，学院运动员在国内外体育赛事上屡创佳绩，共获得奥运会冠军6个、青奥会冠军4个、亚运会冠军41个、全运会冠军51个、世界大学生运动会冠军3个和世界冠军47个、亚洲冠军100个、各类全国冠军700余个，破世界纪录 10项、亚洲纪录 13项和全国纪录 11项。省政府先后给予学院记集体一等功两次和嘉奖一次。多支优秀运动队和一大批优秀运动员、教练员、工作人员，先后受到了中共中央、国务院和省委、省政府及相关部门的表彰。

学院积极探索“训学融合”的运动员文化教育管理新机制，加强专业建设、课程建设和教材建设，建立专题研究活动制度、领队进教室制度、任课教师(班主任)下队制度、到课情况与学习成绩定期统计反馈制度、教育教学工作例会制度和“三学期制”教学模式,强化教学常规管理和过程管理，全面实行小年龄运动员半天上课半天读书，并采用跟队教学、送教入队、网络课程远程教育相结合的方式，保证教学课时和教学质量，加强运动员文化教育工作，促进运动员全面素质发展。

学院现设8个党政管理部门、6个竞技体育系和体育系以及附属体校、培训中心、图书信息中心、附属体育医院等教学附属机构。学院实行党委领导下的院长负责制，实施院、系两级管理体制，建立训练、教学和科研“三位一体”的竞技体育人才院校化培养模式，按项目群分设6个竞技体育系，负责田径、游泳、跳水、羽毛球、网球、乒乓球、体操、艺术体操、蹦床技巧、篮球、排球、沙滩排球、足球、拳击、举重、跆拳道、柔道、武术(套路、散打)、摔跤等24支省级优秀运动队的训练、竞赛、教学管理工作。同时，设置体育系、附属体校和培训中心，实行包括小学、初中(九年义务教育层次)、中职(高中层次)、高职(大专层次)及继续教育、职业技能培训等的多层次办学，并与浙江大学等高校联合培养本科生。

学院现有在册教职员工526名，其中，院领导7名，中层领导干部60名，国家级教练和教授25名，研究员1名;在训运动员1091名，其中，优秀运动员473名，试训运动员173名，长期集训运动员445名;各类在读学生1567名，其中，普通全日制在校高职生720名(运动员生313名，社会生407名)，中职(高中)生400名，初中生113名，小学生157名。

学院总占地面积约585亩，总建筑面积约28.76万平方米，设有萧山、教工路等校区和千岛湖、长兴等多个教学点，拥有国内一流的体育训练场馆，以服务竞技体育为宗旨兼顾社会服务功能的体育医院，省内体育文献收藏最为丰富、系统和藏书富有体育学科特色的图书馆，同时还拥有与国家单项体育协会共建的训练基地(游泳、田径)2个和国家体育总局重点实验室(水上运动科学重点实验室)、体能康复训练中心、冷疗康复中心等竞技体育科技研究服务机构。其中，萧山校区占地465亩、总建筑面积24.78万平方米。

Zhejiang Sports Vocational and Technical College is a provincial full-time vocational college which is in charge of the Provincial Sports Bureau and under the guidance of the Provincial Department of Education, which is characterized by the competitive sports specialty and takes the training of first-class competitive sports talents as the fundamental task. it has the characteristics of typical industrial colleges.

With the approval of the provincial government, the college was established in September 2004 on the basis of merging Zhejiang Sports Technical College, Provincial Sports School and Xiaoshan Sports training Base of Provincial Sports Bureau. In January 2006 (after the 10th National Games), the first and second provincial sports training brigades and provincial track and field management centers responsible for the training and competition management of the province’s excellent sports teams were substantially merged into the college under preparation. In July of the same year, the provincial government approved the establishment of the college. In 2014, an independent sports management center was established for water, shooting, archery, cycling and non-Olympic sports.

Since its establishment in 2004, especially since its formal establishment in 2006, the college has always adhered to the guidance of the scientific concept of development, taking “educating people and creating good achievements” as the purpose and fundamental task of running a school, and “gold medal culture” as the core content of campus culture. we will practice the motto of “virtue, wisdom and courage”, constantly explore innovative school-running models, and actively explore the laws of competitive sports development, youth growth, education and teaching and their organic integration. Good results have been achieved in competitive sports, education and teaching, scientific research, campus construction, party building and ideological and political work.

From 2006 to 2013, college athletes made great achievements in domestic and foreign sports events. A total of 6 Olympic champions, 4 Youth Olympic Games champions, 41 Asian Games champions, 51 National Games champions, 3 Universiade champions and 47 world champions, 100 Asian champions and more than 700 national championships, 10 world records, 13 Asian records and 11 national records have been broken. The provincial government has successively awarded the college two collective first-class merit and one commendation. A number of excellent sports teams and a large number of excellent athletes, coaches and staff have been commended by the CPC Central Committee, the State Council, the provincial party committee, the provincial government and relevant departments.

The college actively explores the new mechanism of athletes’ cultural and educational management of “integration of training and learning”, and strengthens the construction of specialties, courses and teaching materials. establish the system of special research activities, the system of leading the team into the classroom, the system of teachers (head teachers) off the team, the regular statistical feedback system of class arrival and learning performance, the regular meeting system of education and teaching work and the “three-semester system” teaching mode, strengthen teaching routine management and process management Young athletes should fully implement half-day class and half-day study, and adopt the combination of teaching with the team, sending teaching to the team, and distance education of network courses to ensure teaching hours and teaching quality, strengthen the cultural education of athletes, and promote the development of athletes’ all-round quality.

The college now has 8 party and government management departments, 6 competitive sports departments and sports departments, as well as affiliated sports schools, training centers, library and information centers, affiliated sports hospitals and other teaching affiliated institutions. The college implements the dean responsibility system under the leadership of the party committee, implements the two-level management system of the college and department, establishes a “trinity” mode of training, teaching and scientific research for competitive sports talents, and sets up six competitive sports departments according to the project group. Responsible for track and field, swimming, diving, badminton, tennis, table tennis, gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, trampoline skills, basketball, volleyball, beach volleyball, football, boxing, weightlifting, taekwondo, judo, martial arts (routines, Sanda), wrestling and other 24 provincial excellent sports teams training, competition, teaching management. At the same time, physical education departments, affiliated sports schools and training centers will be set up to run multi-level schools, including primary schools, junior middle schools (nine-year compulsory education), secondary vocational schools (senior high school), higher vocational education (junior college level), continuing education and vocational skills training, etc., and jointly train undergraduates with Zhejiang University and other universities.

The college now has 526 registered teaching staff, including 7 college leaders, 60 middle-level leading cadres, 25 national coaches and professors, 1 researcher, and 1091 athletes in training, including 473 excellent athletes, 173 trial athletes and 445 long-term training athletes. There are 1567 students of all kinds, including 720 full-time senior vocational students (313 athletes and 407 social students), 400 secondary vocational (senior high school) students, 113junior high school students and 157primary school students.

The college covers a total area of about 585mu and a total construction area of about 287600 square meters. it has campuses such as Xiaoshan and Jiaogong Road, Qiandao Lake, Changxing and other teaching points, and has first-class sports training venues in China. the sports hospital with the purpose of serving competitive sports and giving consideration to the social service function is the library with the richest collection of sports literature and the characteristics of system and books in the province. At the same time, it also has two training bases (swimming and track and field) jointly built with the national individual sports association, and the key laboratories of the State Administration of Sports (key laboratory of aquatic sports science), physical fitness rehabilitation training center, cold therapy rehabilitation center and other competitive sports science and technology research and service institutions. Among them, Xiaoshan campus covers an area of 465 mu, with a total construction area of 247800 square meters.
