贵州师范大学图书馆简介

贵州师范大学图书馆创建于1941年10月，系贵州省最早创建的高校图书馆之一。1954年图书馆随校由贵阳市雪涯路搬迁至风景优美的照壁山麓，馆舍4000平方米，座落在绿树丛中，为当时的师生提供了一个良好的学习环境。目前宝山、白云、花溪三校区馆舍面积共22656平方米。经过长期的建设和积淀，馆藏文献已形成了具有一定规模、满足学校教学科研需要、具有师范院校特色的文献保障体系。馆藏纸质文献245万册，2009年6月，经国务院批准为“全国古籍重点保护单位”，7部古籍入选《国家珍贵古籍名录》。2010年9月，成为“CALIS贵州省文献信息服务中心”。馆内设办公室、采编部、流通部、阅览部、信息技术部、电子资源服务部、白云读者服务部、花溪校区临时图书馆读者服务部共7部1室。

数字化校园建设发展迅速，网络环境构建和基础设施先进，三校区电子阅览室有520余座机位，存储设备96TB;全馆实现了业务管理自动化、信息服务网络化、图书借还自动化。有中外文电子图书155万余种，中文电子期刊、外文电子期刊等多种数字资源达66TB，数字化信息资料整合系统有序，自建数据库11个，且特色突出。

“内强素质，创新管理，育人为本，辐射社会”是我们的办馆理念，以规范管理为手段，不断改善基础设施和网络环境，加强馆藏文献资源建设，注重特色，为教学、科研提供强有力的文献支撑和保障;坚持“以读者为中心，以服务为宗旨”，不断拓展和优化服务，提升服务水平和质量;面向教学、科研开展信息咨询、课题查新、文献传递等服务;开展读者宣传培训，开设文献检索培训课程、中学图书馆建设与管理课程，引导学生学会利用图书馆;组织各种学术专题报告会，丰富校园文化生活;重视文献资源共享，开展科技文献共享平台建设，辐射社会提供服务。

Brief introduction to the Library of Guizhou normal University

The library of Guizhou normal University, founded in October 1941, is one of the earliest university libraries in Guizhou Province. In 1954, the library was relocated from Xueya Road in Guiyang to the scenic foothills of Zhaobi, with a building of 4000 square meters, located in the green trees, providing a good learning environment for teachers and students at that time. At present, Baoshan, Baiyun and Huaxi campus have a total area of 22656 square meters. After long-term construction and accumulation, the collection of documents has formed a document guarantee system with a certain scale, meets the needs of teaching and scientific research, and has the characteristics of normal universities. The collection of 2.45 million paper documents was approved by the State Council as the “National key Protection Unit of Ancient Books” in June 2009, and 7 ancient books were selected into the “National list of Precious Ancient Books”. In September 2010, it became the “CALIS Guizhou Provincial document and Information Service Center”. There are 7 departments and 1 rooms in the library, including office, editing department, circulation department, reading department, information technology department, electronic resources service department, Baiyun reader service department, Huaxi campus temporary library reader service department.

The construction of digital campus is developing rapidly, the construction of network environment and infrastructure are advanced, the electronic reading room of the three campuses has more than 520 seats and 96TB storage equipment, and the whole library has realized automation of business management, networking of information service and automation of borrowing and returning books. There are more than 1.55 million kinds of Chinese and foreign e-books, Chinese electronic periodicals, foreign electronic periodicals and other digital resources reach 66TB, digital information integration system is orderly, 11 self-built databases, and outstanding features.

“strong internal quality, innovative management, people-oriented and radiating society” is our concept of running the library. By means of standardized management, we should constantly improve the infrastructure and network environment, strengthen the construction of collection literature resources, and pay attention to the characteristics. Provide strong literature support and guarantee for teaching and scientific research; adhere to “reader-centered, service-oriented”, constantly expand and optimize services, and improve service level and quality. Carry out information consultation, subject novelty search, document transmission and other services for teaching and scientific research; carry out publicity and training for readers, set up literature retrieval training courses, middle school library construction and management courses, and guide students to learn to make use of the library; organize various academic special reports to enrich campus cultural life; attach importance to the sharing of literature resources, carry out the construction of scientific and technological literature sharing platform, and provide services to the society.
