安徽财经大学成人高等教育学院简介

安徽财经大学成人高等教育学院创办于1960年，“文革”中停办，1982年恢复招生。目前，学院设有综合管理科(招生办公室)、教学管理科、培训科(自学考试办公室)3个行政科室，和1个成人教育研究所，共有教职工25人。

办学层次

学院有成人函授、业余、脱产和自学考试等多种办学形式;有高中起点专科、高中起点本科、专科起点本科等多种办学层次，其中专科起点本科(非师范类)是原国家教委批准的首批试点之一;
专科开设了会计、财政、税务、金融管理与实务、计算机应用技术、计算机信息管理、经济管理、工商管理、
商务管理、人力资源管理、房地产经营与估价、市场营销、国际经济与贸易、法学、电子商务
、物流管理、旅游管理、等近二十个专业，本科开设了会计学、金融学、财政学、计算机科学与技术、信息管理与信息系统、工商管理、人力资源管理、市场营销、物流管理、旅游管理、国际经济与贸易、法学、艺术设计等十多个专业。迄今为止，学院已经形成了以函授教育为主体，业余、脱产
、自学考试等多种形式相结合，不同层次相衔接、多个专业相配合的完整的办学体系。

教学模式

学院的函授站和教学点分布全国十多个省、自治区。在成人教育的管理上，学院建立健全了各项规章制度，并与各函授站和教学点密切配合，实行规范化、制度化、科学化的管理，形成了一个严密的教学管理网络。

多年来，学院坚持“规模、质量、结构、效益”协调发展，不断深化教育改革，使管理水平、办学质量和科研水平稳步提高，科研成果日益显著，并编写出版了一批有影响有特色的专著
和教材，建立了适合成人教育特点的教材体系(包括教学大纲、自学指导书、习题集、作业册等)。尤其是近年来，学院不断加大对科研的重视与投入力度，以成人教育研究所为依托，在成人教育研究方面花大力气，先后承担了多项国家级和省部级科研课题，并陆续出版、发表了一批有较高价值的专著和学术论文。

近年来，学院更加重视教师教学水平的提高及教职员工素质能力的培养，并进一步加大投入和培训力度，采取“走出去、请进来”的方式，邀请国内知名的成人教育专家来学院讲学，选派有丰富的成人教育教学与管理经验的教师或管理人员外出进修学习，力求在学院内部形成较浓厚的学习氛围，促使教学与管理人员不断提高自己的理论修养和综合素质，提高自己的教学、管理与科研水平，以适应不断发展的我国成人教育的需要。

学校成人高等教育发展到今天，已累计为国家培养和输送了各类高素质的人才8万余人，并以科学严格的管理、不断提高的教育教学质量赢得了用人单位和社会的赞誉。先后荣获国家教委“全国普通高校成人高教先进单位”、教育部“全国成人高等学校招生工作先进集体”、“全国高等教育自学考试工作先进集体”、“中国成人高等学校招生专业委员会优秀科研成果一等奖”、安徽省教委“优秀教学成果二等奖”等荣誉称号。
