绥德中学简介

绥德中学创建于1955年，是一所享誉市内外的省级标准化高中和市级示范高中。现有89个教学班，学生5780人，校园占地130亩，依山傍水，环境优美，是教书育人的理想场所。

教育管理一流
学校全面贯彻党的教育方针，积极推进素质教育，始终把德育工作放在首位，坚持做到德育工作的全员化、制度化、具体化、多样化、规范化、科学化。强化系列教育，突出主题教育，坚持创新实践，深入推进课程改革，全面提高学生综合素质。办学成绩显著，先后获全国精神文明建设工作先进集体，陕西省教育系统先进集体，省德育工作先进集体，市双常规管理先进集体等200多种荣誉称号，中央、省、市新闻媒体曾多次作过专题报道。

师资实力雄厚
在岗教职工365人，其中专任教师298人，中学特级教师3人，高级教师68人，一级教师99人。王鹏喜校长被评为全国研究型校长，全国优秀班主任，全国语文教改实践先进个人;马文福书记被评为陕西省优秀班主任，榆林市有突出贡献专家，榆林市一五二人才;刘永春老师获得苏步青数学教育奖，被评为陕西省特级教师，享受国务院特殊津贴;王炜老师被评为陕西省特级教师，榆林市有突出贡献专家，榆林市一五二人才。封树强、刘兴瑞、刘金泉、吴战平、李强、田峰等50多位老师受到中省市县有关部门的嘉奖。张亚飞、张霞、雷浪、高飞、封龙、崔世轮等6位老师被评为陕西省教学能手。薛飞雄、马克明、李瑞、党一博等40多位老师被评为市、县级教学能手、教坛新秀。

教学成绩显著
多年来，高考本科上线率稳步提高。高壮、雷鸣、杨波等100多名同学考入北大、清华、人大等全国名牌大学。近几年，高考本科上线率名列全市前茅。2009年高考一、二本上线969人，二本以上上线率全市第一，其中杨波同学以683分的优异成绩获榆林市理科状元，并被清华大学录取。2010年高考一本、二本上线人数904人，二本以上上线率54%。2011年高考一、二本上线866人。2012年高考一、二本上线1008人，首次突破千人大关，其中应届生一、二本上线754人，上线率58.42%，总评全市第一。2013年高考一、二本上线840人，应届生一、二本上线616人，上线率47.13%，远远超出县上下达的指标，其中，理工类考生王瑞琴以668分的优异成绩，荣获榆林市第二名。2010年以来我校飞行员考生刘红斌、汪旺、刘喆、刘博廷、张增增、薛艳增等六名同学被中国空军航空大学成功录取。在全国高中数学、物理、化学、生物竞赛中有500多人次分别获国家和省级奖。学校承担的15项国家、省级教研课题、5项市级教研课题已结题。广大教师撰写的700多篇教研论文在省级以上刊物发表，540多篇论文被评为省级以上优秀论文。张尚珍、刘晓宇、刘岗、马伟等老师的科技制作多次在全国和省、市比赛中获奖。

教学设备齐全
现有完整的教学楼、实验楼、科技楼、综合办公楼、学生公寓楼、餐饮楼;建有地面卫星接受发射站;开通了校园网，安装了多媒体教学设备和电视监控系统、校园广播系统，有管理规范的实验室、微机室、图书室、档案室、大礼堂、阶梯教室和塑胶操场等。

目前，在新一届领导班子的带领下，全校师生认真贯彻落实党的十八大及十八届三中全会精神，团结一致，强化管理，内涵发展，开拓创新，为把绥德中学早日办成省级示范高中而努力奋斗。

Brief introduction of Suide Middle School

Suide Middle School, founded in 1955, is a provincial standardized high school and municipal model high school both inside and outside the city. At present, there are 89 teaching classes with 5780 students. The campus covers an area of 130mu. Strengthen a series of education, highlight the theme education, adhere to innovative practice, further promote curriculum reform, and improve the comprehensive quality of students in an all-round way. It has made remarkable achievements in running a school, and has successively won more than 200 honorary titles, such as the national advanced collective in the construction of spiritual civilization, the advanced collective in the education system of Shaanxi Province, the advanced collective in provincial moral education, and the advanced collective in municipal double-routine management. The strength of teachers is strong

There are 365 teaching staff, including 298 full-time teachers, 3 senior teachers, 68 senior teachers and 99 first-class teachers. Principal Wang Pengxi was appraised as the national research principal, the national excellent head teacher, and the national advanced individual in the practice of Chinese teaching reform. Secretary Ma Wenfu was rated as the excellent head teacher in Shaanxi Province, the outstanding contribution expert in Yulin City and the 152 talents in Yulin City. Liu Yongchun won the Su Buqing Mathematics Education Award, was awarded as a special teacher in Shaanxi Province, and enjoyed the special allowance of the State Council. Mr. Wang Wei was rated as a special teacher in Shaanxi Province, an expert with outstanding contribution in Yulin City and 152 talents in Yulin City. More than 50 teachers, including Feng Shuqiang, Liu Xingrui, Liu Jinquan, Wu Zhanping, Li Qiang and Tian Feng, were commended by the relevant departments of the central provinces, cities and counties. Six teachers, including Zhang Yafei, Zhang Xia, Lei Lang, Gao Fei, Fenglong and Cui Shilun, were rated as teaching experts in Shaanxi Province. More than 40 teachers, including Xue Feixiong, Mark Ming, Li Rui and Dang Yibo, were rated as city and county-level teaching experts and rookie teachers.

Remarkable teaching achievements

Over the years, the enrollment rate of undergraduates in the college entrance examination has increased steadily. More than 100 students, including Gao Zhuang, Lei Ming and Yang Bo, were admitted to famous universities such as Peking University, Tsinghua University and the National people’s Congress. In recent years, the undergraduate admission rate of the college entrance examination ranks among the highest in the city. In the college entrance examination in 2009, 969 students were admitted to ordinary universities, with the highest admission rate in the city. Yang Bo won the top prize in science in Yulin with an excellent score of 683 and was admitted by Tsinghua University. In 2010, 904 students enrolled in the college entrance examination of ordinary universities and ordinary universities, and the admission rate of ordinary universities was 54%. A total of 866 students were enrolled in the college entrance examination in 2011. In 2012, 1008 college entrance examination students were admitted to ordinary universities, breaking through the thousand mark for the first time, of which 754 new graduates were admitted to ordinary universities, with an admission rate of 58.42%, ranking first in the city. The school has completed 15 national and provincial teaching and research projects and 5 municipal teaching and research projects. More than 700 teaching and research papers written by teachers have been published in journals above the provincial level, and more than 540 papers have been rated as excellent papers above the provincial level. The scientific and technological production of Zhang Shangzhen, Liu Xiaoyu, Liu Gang, Ma Wei and other teachers have won prizes in national and provincial and municipal competitions for many times.

Teaching equipment is complete

The existing complete teaching building, experimental building, science and technology building, comprehensive office building, student apartment building, catering building, ground satellite receiving and transmitting station, campus network, multimedia teaching equipment and television monitoring system, campus broadcasting system, there are standardized laboratories, computer rooms, libraries, archives, auditoriums, ladder classrooms and plastic playgrounds.

At present, under the leadership of the new leading group, all teachers and students of the school conscientiously implement the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress and the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, unite as one, strengthen management, develop connotation, and innovate.
