山西经贸职业学院

山西经济管理干部学院是1984年经山西省人民政府批准成立的本科建制干部教育培训院校，2008年1月经省政府批准，学院整合山西电子高级技工学校资源，在山西经济管理干部学院基础上增设山西经贸职业学院。现在是一套班子、两块牌子、三地办学，形成以高级经济管理人才培养为重点、以高职教育为主体、成人教育为补充的多层次人才培养格局。学院由山西省人民政府领导，山西省经济和信息化委员会主管，山西省教育厅业务指导，是省委组织部确定的全省干部教育培训基地，是省级示范高职校建设院校。

学院分南北东三个校区，占地总面积530亩，总建筑面积19.27万平方米。现有1院8系2部共11个教学单位，28个高职专业，其中：有中央财政支持重点建设专业2个，省级特色专业3个，省级职业教育重点专业3个，省级精品课程7门;在校生近7000人。有教职工442人，专职教师289人，师资队伍中高级职称教师96人，硕士学位以上教师169人，“双师型”教师163人，其中：“省级双师型教学名师”5名，“省级双师型优秀教师”14名;聘请来自行业、企业一线，实践经验丰富的校外兼职教师139人。

学院办学条件优良。现有馆藏纸质图书43.97万册;有中央财政支持的职业教育实训基地1个，省级高职教育示范性实训基地1个，省级职业教育实训基地3个，校内实践教学基地56个，校外实习实训基地123个;有获得国家专利、具有2项自主知识产权的人才评荐中心，省人社厅注册备案的国家职业技能鉴定所;是重庆大学、南京大学、东北财大在太原的网络学习中心;是华北地区经济管理干部教育研究会、山西省领导科学研究会会长单位。此外，多功能学术报告厅、学院门户网站、体育场等各类公共服务设施齐全，为师生员工的学习、生活、开展文化活动提供了良好条件。

学院重视科学研究工作。近年来，先后承担了联合国计划开发署、省委、省政府以及省委组织部、省经信委、省人社厅、省科技厅等部门的重要科研项目研究工作，完成国际合作、国家和省部级以上科研课题106项，出版专著、论著、教材263部，发表省级以上科研论文1320篇，获得国家专利1项，《学报》被省新闻出版局期刊质量评估委员会评为一级优秀期刊。

建院30年来，学院坚持“质量立校，特色发展”的办学方针，秉承
“真诚、严谨、善学、笃行”的院训和“追求卓越”的院风，累计为全省各级经济管理部门和企事业单位培养高级经济管理人才8000余人(含硕士研究生)，培训各类管理人员85000余人，培养高素质技能型人才12000余人，其中不少校友已在政府部门、大型企业担任要职或成为业界精英，为山西的经济社会发展作出了积极的贡献，被原任省领导誉为“企业家的摇篮”。

学院先后荣获山西省职业教育先进单位、山西省就业工作先进集体、全国普通高等学校毕业生预征工作先进集体、省直文明和谐单位、省直机关“先进基层党组织”、“党风廉政建设先进集体”、省城‘创安’活动平安单位。学院改革发展取得的成绩被人民网、新华网、省政府《国务院专报》、《晋政信息》、山西电视台、山西日报等媒体进行了多次宣传报道。

展望未来，学院将以中央《2010—2020年干部教育培训改革纲要》和国家《中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》为指导，以立德树人为根本，以服务发展为宗旨，以促进就业为导向，深化教育教学改革，大力加强内涵建设，全面推进依法治校，力争把学院建设成为省内高质量的干部教育培训基地，在全国有一定影响的经济管理干部学院和省级示范高职院校，为山西转型综改和“六大发展”提供有力的智力支持和人才保障。

Shanxi Economic Management cadre College is an undergraduate education and training college for formed cadres established with the approval of the people’s Government of Shanxi Province in 1984. approved by the provincial government in January 2008, the college integrates the resources of Shanxi Electronic Advanced Technical School. Shanxi Economic and Trade Vocational College is established on the basis of Shanxi Economic Management cadre College. At present, there is a set of leading groups, two brands and three places to run schools, forming a multi-level talent training pattern with senior economic and management personnel training as the focus, higher vocational education as the main body and adult education as the supplement. The college is led by the Shanxi Provincial people’s Government, headed by the Shanxi Provincial Economic and Informatization Commission, and guided by the Shanxi Provincial Department of Education. It is a provincial cadre education and training base determined by the Organization Department of the Provincial CPC Committee and a provincial model higher vocational school.

The college is divided into three campuses, north, south and east, covering a total area of 530mu and a total construction area of 192700 square meters. At present, there are 11 teaching units and 28 higher vocational majors in the 8 departments and 2 departments of the first college, including 2 key construction majors supported by central finance, 3 provincial characteristic majors, 3 provincial vocational education key majors and 7 provincial high-quality courses. there are nearly 7000 students. There are 442 teaching staff, 289 full-time teachers, 96 teachers with middle and senior professional titles, 169 teachers with master’s degree or above, and 163 “double-qualified” teachers. among them: “provincial double-qualified teachers” 5, “provincial double-qualified excellent teachers” 14; employ 139 part-time teachers from the industry and enterprises with rich practical experience.

The conditions for running the college are excellent. There are 439700 paper books in the library, 1 vocational education training base supported by the central government, 1 provincial vocational education demonstration training base, 3 provincial vocational education training bases, 56 on-campus practical teaching bases, 123 off-campus practical training bases, there are talent evaluation and recommendation centers with national patents and 2 independent intellectual property rights, and the national vocational skills appraisal institute registered by the Provincial people’s and Social Affairs Department. It is the network learning center of Chongqing University, Nanjing University and Northeast Finance University in Taiyuan; it is the education and research association of economic management cadres in North China and the chairman of leadership science research of Shanxi Province. In addition, multi-functional academic lecture halls, college portals, stadiums and other public service facilities are complete, providing good conditions for teachers, students and staff to study, live and carry out cultural activities.

The college attaches great importance to scientific research. In recent years, it has successively undertaken the research work of important scientific research projects of the United Nations Planning and Development Program, the provincial party committee, the provincial government, the organization department of the provincial party committee, the provincial economic and information committee, the provincial department of people and society, and the provincial department of science and technology. it has completed international cooperation, completed 106 scientific research projects at or above the national and ministerial level, published 263 monographs, monographs and teaching materials, published 1320 scientific research papers at or above the provincial level, and obtained 1 national patent.
