bobo简介

bobo，中文名称：乐儿宝。是香港SOLARIS产业集团的下属婴儿用品品牌。是一家集设计、研发、生产、销售为一体的婴儿用品企业。母公司香港新兴实业集团(SOLARIS)成立于1982年,具有世界顶尖级的设备及生产能力，创造出适合中国人的婴儿用品，以质优、舒适、安全等特点赢得中国消费者的满意与认可。

凭借29年为世界名牌代工的经验，bobo的工厂建立了一套完整的品质管理体系。从原料进口到成品出厂，都有严格的管理程序。

第一，我们所有的塑胶原料，一律进口自美国、欧洲和日本。

每批入口原料，均附有原厂的无毒保证，并经抽检化验，确保符合美国的FDA及欧洲的EN-71无毒标准。

第二，印刷用的油墨，全部采购自德国。

除厂商确保无毒外，我们还必须将每批油墨的样本送至香港的国际品质控制中心SGS作无毒化验，做好记录，实行严格的批次管理。

第三， bobo不仅累积了丰富的生产经验，配备了一流的德国设备和自动化生产线，更加撑握了全球婴童用品的最高安全标准，并以这些最高的安全标准，用于与初生婴儿健康密切相关的三大品类的生产与品质控制。

对于所有成品，除了正常的品质控制程序外，bobo的母公司香港新兴实业集团，每年必须将每一款的成品随机抽样12套送交瑞士驻香港的国际品质控制中心-SGS作无毒化验，确保产品安全。

Introduction to bobo

Bobo, Chinese name: Leerbao. Is a subsidiary of Hong Kong SOLARIS Industry Group baby products brand. Is a design, research and development, production, sales as one of the baby products enterprises. The parent company Hong Kong Xinxing Industrial Group (SOLARIS), founded in 1982, has the world’s top equipment and production capacity, creates baby products suitable for Chinese people, and wins the satisfaction and recognition of Chinese consumers with the characteristics of high quality, comfort and safety.

With 29 years of experience as a world famous brand OEM, bobo’s factory has established a complete quality management system. There are strict management procedures from the import of raw materials to the departure of finished products.

First, all our plastic materials are imported from the United States, Europe and Japan.

Each batch of imported raw materials is accompanied by the original factory’s non-toxic guarantee and has been sampled and tested to ensure that it conforms to the American FDA and European EN-71 non-toxic standards.

Second, printing inks are all purchased from Germany.

In addition to ensuring that the manufacturers are non-toxic, we must also send samples of each batch of inks to the SGS of the International quality Control Center in Hong Kong for non-toxic testing, keep records and implement strict batch management.

Third, bobo not only has accumulated rich production experience, equipped with first-class German equipment and automated production lines, but also holds the world’s highest safety standards for baby products, and these highest safety standards are used for the production and quality control of three categories closely related to the health of newborn babies.

For all finished products, in addition to the normal quality control procedures, Hong Kong Xinxing Industrial Group, the parent company of bobo, must send 12 sets of random samples of each finished product each year to the international quality control center in Hong Kong-SGS in Switzerland for non-toxic testing to ensure product safety.

The group also employs well-known international certification companies to audit the quality management system of the factories owned by the bobo brand every year to find out the gap and keep up with the pace of the international industry.
