文县教育信息网-2010年文县共有各级各类学校 332所，其中：高中1所，完中3所，独立初中10所，九年制学校10所，小学298所，广播电视大学文县工作站，进修学校1所，职校1所，幼儿园8所(其中私立6所)。在校学生47503人，其中：高中5514人，初中13234人，小学22599人，中职2803人，幼儿园3353人。全县教职工共2454人，其中高中教师335人，初中教师696人，小学教师1247人，中职教师109人，幼儿园教师67人。教育局80人。

义务教育

2010年，小学适龄儿童入学率99.3%，初中入学率90.3%，小学辍学率控制在0%，初中辍学率控制在0.2%以下，15周岁人口中初等教育完成率达96.2%，17周岁人口中初级中等教育完成率达95%。在学生中开展了品德分考核和综合素质评价工作，学生品德优良率达95%以上。不断加强了对“两基”工作的管理，强化了义务教育检测工作，全县中小学实行了电子档案，对义务教育进行自动化管理，为贯彻落实《义务教育法》提供了保障，使学籍管理工作逐步走上了科学化、规范化、制度化。

2010年，中考六科合格率为6.4%，小学统考双科合格率为48.2%。

普通高中教育

全县共有普通高中四所，93个教学班，学生总数5514人，在校学生巩固率为90.99%，高中教师共335人，专任教师307人。2010年秋季，全县所有普通高中起始年级均进入新课程实验，教育局召开新课改启动动员大会，制定《普通高中新课改实验工作方案》选派全县各完中校长参加在张掖市召开的甘肃省高中新课改校长论坛培训，选派4名管理人员参加了世行组织的学校管理和灾后项目建设培训。组织四所完中56名学科骨干老师和12名班主任参加岗前培训。积极上报评审国家、省、市、县课题，批准立项省级规划3项，县级校本课程6项鉴定县级课题成果3项，推广省级鉴定课程2项，上报省级规划课题成果待鉴定2项。积极组织全县教师和中小学生积极参加全市中小学学科课堂教学竞赛、学科竞赛和优秀教育教学论文评选活动。有两名学生荣获“全国初中应用物理知识竞赛”国家级一等奖，7名学生获国家级三等奖;两名学生获“全国初中应用物理知识竞赛”省级一等奖，26名学生获省级二等奖，7名学生获省级三等奖，11名教师获“全国初中应用物理知识竞赛”省级优秀指导老师奖。

2010年，全县共有18000人次参加了春、夏、冬三季会考。全县高考专科以上上线率73.27%。

职成教育

2010年，文县职教中心灾后重建工程全面开工建设。文县职业中等专业技术学校全年招生1250人，完成了市上下达的任务。以职校为培训基地，举办短期培训班10期，共培训2000人次，完成劳动力转移1915人次。 2010年，文县中等职业专业技术学校共有计算机、电子技术、焊接技术、电工、汽车维修等五个专业的380名学生在深圳富士康、苏州金像公司、新亚集团、南通中集集团、杭州金泰汽车有限公司等国内著名企业就业。

全县共有青壮年文盲132061人，扫除文盲数128762人，并颁发了成人小学毕业证书，剩余文盲控制在2.5%之内。

电化教育

今年来，电化教育有了很大发展，通过2004年农村远程教育试点示范项目和2007年全国农村中小学现代远程教育工程项目，2009年全省农村中小学远程教育移民项目，国家共投入资金共计1500多万元，建起计算机教室32个，多媒体教室56个，其中白板教室28个，卫星接收室240个，光盘播放点360个，实现了全县各级各类学校的全覆盖。网络教育、建起了文县教育信息网站1个，三中和中寨初中建起了学校自己的网站，全县中心小学以上的学校接通了互联网，有效地促进了文县教育的跨越式发展。

教师队伍建设

2010年，新招录省招考农村中小学教师77人，补录代课教师17人和市招考教师22人。完成了对155名服务期满的特岗教师安置工作，扩大了教师队伍。先后选派252人中小学骨干教师参加省级和市级培训。举办1期教育技术能力短期培训项目共615人次。完成了陇南市“万名教师培训工程”第一期共141人。暑假内对全县1200多名中小学教师进行了继续教育培训，对90名校长进行了岗位培训。新接收企业学校移交人员118人，其中在职教职工78人，退休40人。同时组织开展了中小学教师进行远程教育培训、小学教师转岗体育教学培训和农村小学教学点教师县级培训。高中、初中、小学教师学历合格率分别为83.7%、95.7%、97.9%。

The completion rate of primary and secondary education in the 17-year-old population reached 95%. The management of the “two bases” work has been continuously strengthened, the testing work of compulsory education has been strengthened, and electronic archives have been implemented in primary and secondary schools throughout the county to carry out automatic management of compulsory education, providing a guarantee for the implementation of the compulsory Education Law. Vocational and adult education

In 2010, the post-disaster reconstruction project of Wenxian Vocational Education Center started in an all-round way. Wenxian Vocational Secondary Vocational and Technical School enrolled 1250 students in the whole year, accomplishing the tasks assigned by the city. With vocational schools as the training base, 10 short-term training courses were held, with a total of 2000 person-times trained and 1915 people completed labor transfer. In 2010, Wenxian Secondary Vocational and Technical School has a total of 380 students majoring in computer, electronic technology, welding technology, electrician and automobile maintenance in Shenzhen Foxconn, Suzhou Golden Elephant Company, New Asia Group, Nantong CIMC Group, Hangzhou Jintai Automobile Co., Ltd. audio-visual education programme

This year, audio-visual education has made great progress. Through the rural distance education pilot demonstration project in 2004, the modern distance education project in rural primary and secondary schools in 2007, and the rural primary and secondary school distance education immigration project in 2009, the state has invested a total of more than 15 million yuan, building 32 computer classrooms and 56 multimedia classrooms, including 28 whiteboard classrooms, 240 satellite receiving rooms and 360 CD stations. In 2010, 77 rural primary and secondary school teachers were recruited in the province, 17 substitute teachers and 22 municipal teachers were recruited.
