山东省社会主义学院简介

山东省社会主义学院(以下简称山东社院)是中共山东省委领导的统一战线性质的政治学院，是民主党派和无党派人士的联合党校，是党和国家干部教育培训体系的重要组成部分，是全省统一战线人才教育培养主阵地。

山东社院创建于1957年12月，原称为“山东省政治学校”，文革中(1969年1月)停办。党的十一届三中全会以后，根据中央和省委的指示，山东社院于1990年5月复办，为省属正厅级事业单位。1996年12月，成立中共山东省社会主义学院党组。2000年1月，为适应海外统战工作的需要，同时加挂“山东中华文化学院”的牌子。2015年4月，山东社院新校区(位于长清大学城)破土动工，新校区占地110亩，建筑面积6.03万平方米。预计2016年6月底投入使用，建成后年培训规模3650人，同期最大培训规模1300人，将有效满足新形势下统一战线教育培训工作需要。

近年来，在省委的正确领导下，山东社院始终坚持走“特色立院、质量强院、发展兴院”之路。坚持以增进政治共识和提升能力为目标，认真贯彻党中央“大规模培训干部、大幅度提高干部素质”的战略部署，紧紧围绕全省工作大局和全省统一战线工作，大力开展党外代表人士教育培训，教学质量不断提升，科研水平不断提高，较好地发挥了作为全省统一战线人才教育培养主阵地作用。

Shandong Institute of Socialism (hereinafter referred to as Shandong Academy of Social Sciences) is a United front political college led by the Shandong Provincial CPC Committee, a joint party school of democratic parties and personages without party affiliation, an important part of the party and state cadre education and training system, and the main position of personnel education and training for the United front of the whole province.

Shandong Academy of Social Sciences was founded in December 1957, formerly known as “Shandong political School”, but was suspended during the Cultural Revolution (January 1969). After the third Plenary session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, the Shandong Academy of Social Sciences was reopened in May 1990 in accordance with the instructions of the Central Committee and the Provincial CPC Committee. In December 1996, the Party Group of Shandong Institute of Socialism of the Communist Party of China was established. In January 2000, in order to meet the needs of overseas United front work, the sign of “Shandong Institute of Chinese Culture” was added. In April 2015, the new campus of Shandong Academy of Social Sciences (located in Changqing University City) broke ground, covering an area of 110mu and a construction area of 60300 square meters. It is expected to be put into use by the end of June 2016. after completion, the annual training scale will be 3650, with a maximum of 1300 in the same period, which will effectively meet the needs of United front education and training under the new situation.

In recent years, under the correct leadership of the provincial party committee, the Shandong Academy of Social Sciences has always adhered to the road of “characteristic legislation, strong quality, and development and prosperity”. Adhere to the goal of enhancing political consensus and ability, conscientiously implement the strategic plan of the CPC Central Committee to “train cadres on a large scale and greatly improve the quality of cadres,” closely focus on the overall situation of the work of the province and the work of the province’s United front, vigorously carry out education and training of non-party representatives, constantly improve the quality of teaching and the level of scientific research, and give full play to its role as the main position for the education and training of talents in the province’s United front.
