山东新东方烹饪学校

山东新东方烹饪学院是经山东省人力资源和社会保障厅批准成立的烹饪专业院校，是以培养国家高级技师、技师、高级烹调师和烹饪管理人才为目的的国际餐饮教育基地(IFBA——EPNT
)，是山东省唯一一所学院级别的烹饪专业教育机构。

学院位于济南市腊山北路257号，环境优美，交通便利。学院校园功能齐全，基础设施完备，配有标准化宿舍、餐厅供学生住宿、用餐。为满足学生多样化的需求，保证学习效果，学院开设中式烹饪、中式面点、西点、西餐、雕刻、糖艺等专业，学院现代化示范教室、多功能实训大厅、星级模拟餐厅等均配有多媒体教学设备，辅以功能完善的实习操作设备，从根本上保障了教学质量。

学院教学成果显著，在集团和全国性的大赛上屡获佳绩，连续三届“新东方杯”烹饪技能大赛均获得“展台特金奖”，单项金奖、银奖等多个奖项。中国餐饮产业博览会、全国烹饪技能大赛、亚太饭店业养生美食大赛，学院荣获“中国名宴”、“十佳餐饮品牌培训单位”、“中华金厨奖”等殊荣。

Shandong New Oriental Culinary College is a culinary college established with the approval of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Shandong Province. it is an international catering education base (IFBA–EPNT) for the purpose of training national senior technicians, technicians, senior cooks and culinary management talents.

The college is located at 257 Lashan North Road, Jinan with beautiful environment and convenient transportation. The college campus has complete functions and infrastructure, equipped with standardized dormitories and restaurants for students to stay and eat. In order to meet the diversified needs of students and ensure the learning effect, the college offers majors such as Chinese cooking, Chinese noodle, western pastry, western food, sculpture, sugar art, etc., the college’s modern demonstration classroom, multi-functional training hall and star simulation restaurant are all equipped with multimedia teaching equipment, supplemented by fully functional practice operation equipment, which fundamentally ensures the teaching quality.

The college has made remarkable achievements in teaching, and has repeatedly won good results in group and national competitions. Three consecutive “New Oriental Cup” culinary skills competitions have won the “booth Special Gold Award”, individual Gold Award, Silver Award and other awards.
