浙江建设职业技术学院介绍

浙江建设职业技术学院是浙江省唯一一所公办建设类全日制高等职业学院，前身浙江省建筑工业学校创办于1958年。2002年1月，经浙江省政府批准正式成立浙江建设职业技术学院。2006年以优秀的成绩通过国家教育部组织的高职高专院校人才培养工作水平评估，2010年被列为国家骨干高等职业院校立项建设单位，2012年正式确定为浙江省省级示范性高职院校。

建设成果

浙江建设职业技术学院完成国家自然科学基金项目2项、浙江省重大科技专项项目2项、省部级科研项目48项、厅级科研项目305项，获授权专利55 项，出版专著19部;校企共建众和技术研发中心编制的3项工法被评为2011年度省级工法。

院系专业

学院开设24个专业，其中建筑工程技术、建筑经济管理等2个专业为省级重点优势专业;工程监理、楼宇智能化工程技术、园林工程技术、建筑装饰工程技术、市政工程技术、建筑设计技术。

教学成果

获得“新世纪高等教育教学改革项目”等省级以上教研教改项目10项，编写出版国家级、省部级“十五”、“十一五”规划教材及浙江省高等教育重点教材等80余本，获得省级以上教学成果奖1项;

教学建设

学院下设建筑工程系、经济管理系、城市建设工程系、建筑与艺术系、人文与信息系5个系，社会科学部、军事体育部和实验实训部3个部，先后与浙江亚厦装饰股份有限公司、浙江绿城物业管理有限公司等共建”亚厦学院”、“绿城物管学院”等校企共同办学实体。

师资力量

学院截至2014年教职工441人，其中校内专任教师212人，高级职称教师84人，博士12人。1名教师入选浙江省高校优秀教师称号、2名教师获得浙江省省级教学名师称号、4名教师获得浙江省省级教坛新秀称号、1名教师入选浙江省“新世纪151人才工程”第二层次培养对象、15名教师入选浙江省“新世纪151人才工程”第三层次培养对象、3名教师成为浙江省高职高专专业带头人、18名教师列入浙江省高校青年教师资助计划;建成“园林工程技术专业教学团队”和“建筑工程技术专业核心课程教学团队”2个省级教学团队;73名教师取得了国家注册监理工程师、一级注册建筑师等国家级注册师执业资格。

Introduction of Zhejiang Construction Vocational and Technical College

Zhejiang Construction Vocational and Technical College is the only public construction full-time higher vocational college in Zhejiang Province, the predecessor of Zhejiang Construction Industry School was founded in 1958. In January 2002, Zhejiang Construction Vocational and Technical College was formally established with the approval of Zhejiang Provincial Government. In 2006, it passed the evaluation of talent training level of higher vocational colleges organized by the Ministry of Education. In 2010, it was listed as the national backbone higher vocational college project construction unit, and in 2012 it was officially identified as the provincial demonstration higher vocational college in Zhejiang Province.

Construction achievements

Zhejiang Construction Vocational and Technical College has completed 2 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 2 major science and technology special projects in Zhejiang Province, 48 provincial and ministerial-level scientific research projects, 305 department-level scientific research projects, 55 authorized patents, and published 19 monographs. Three work methods compiled by the University-Enterprise Co-Construction and Technology Research and Development Center were rated as provincial-level work laws in 2011.

College and department major

The college offers 24 majors, of which two majors, such as construction engineering technology and building economic management, are provincial key advantage majors; engineering supervision, building intelligent engineering technology, landscape engineering technology, architectural decoration engineering technology, municipal engineering technology, architectural design technology.

Teaching achievement

He has won 10 teaching research and teaching reform projects above the provincial level, such as the “higher Education Teaching Reform Project in the New Century”, and compiled and published more than 80 textbooks of the Tenth five-year Plan and the Eleventh five-year Plan at the national, provincial and ministerial levels, as well as the key teaching materials of Zhejiang Province, and won 1 teaching achievement award at or above the provincial level.

Teaching construction

The college consists of 5 departments: architectural Engineering Department, Economic Management Department, Urban Construction Engineering Department, Architecture and Art Department, Humanities and Information Department, Social Science Department, military Sports Department and Experimental training Department. Zhejiang Yaxia Decoration Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Greentown property Management Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Greentown property Management Co., Ltd. and other schools and enterprises to build “Yaxia College”, “Greentown property Management College” and other school-running entities.

Teachers’ strength

As of 2014, the college has 441 staff, including 212 full-time teachers, 84 senior teachers and 12 doctorates. One teacher was selected as an excellent teacher in colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province, two teachers were awarded the title of provincial famous teacher in Zhejiang Province, four teachers were awarded the title of provincial teaching rookie in Zhejiang Province, and one teacher was selected as the second-level training object of the “New Century 151 Talent Project” in Zhejiang Province. 15 teachers were selected as the third-level training objects of Zhejiang Province’s “New Century 151 Talent Project”, and 3 teachers became professional leaders in Zhejiang higher vocational colleges. 18 teachers are included in the financial aid scheme for young college teachers in Zhejiang Province. Two provincial teaching teams have been established, namely, “Teaching team of Landscape Engineering Technology” and “Teaching team of Core courses of Architectural Engineering Technology”. 73 teachers have obtained the professional qualifications of national registered supervising engineers and first-class registered architects.
