东北林业大学创建于1952年,是在浙江大学农学院森林系和东北农学院森林系基础上建立的,是中华人民共和国教育部直属、教育部与国家林业局共建、教育部与黑龙江省人民政府共建的国家“211工程”和“优势学科创新平台”项目重点建设高校。

学校地处我国最大国有林区的中心——哈尔滨市,校园占地136公顷,并拥有帽儿山实验林场(帽儿山国家森林公园)和凉水实验林场(凉水国家级自然保护区)等教学、科研、实习基地,总面积达3.3万公顷。

学校优势

学校是一所以林科为优势,以林业工程为特色,农、理、工、经、管、文、法、医、艺相结合的多科性大学。现设有研究生院、17个学院和1个教学部,有62个本科专业,9个博士后科研流动站,1个博士后科研工作站,8个一级学科博士点、38个二级学科博士点,19个一级学科硕士点、93个二级学科硕士点、10个种类33个领域的专业学位硕士点。拥有3个一级学科国家重点学科、11个二级学科国家重点学科、6个国家林业局重点二级学科、1个黑龙江省重点学科群、7个黑龙江省重点一级学科、2个黑龙江省领军人才梯队。有国家计委、财政部和教育部联合批准的国家生命科学与技术人才培养基地、教育部批准的国家理科基础科学研究和教学人才培养基地(生物学),是国家教育体制改革试点学校,国家级卓越工程师和卓越农林人才教育培养计划项目试点学校。

师资力量

学校现有研究生、全日制本科生2.3万余人。自1952年建校以来,已向国家输送各类毕业生13万余人。现有教职员工近2800人,其中专任教师近1500余人,中国工程院院士2名,双聘院士5名,“长江学者”特聘教授4名,国家杰出青年基金获得者1名,全国“百千万人才工程”人选4名,“新世纪百千万工程”人选6名,新世纪优秀人才支持计划入选者36名,享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家31名,国家有突出贡献中青年专家3名,省部级有突出贡献中青年专家16名,龙江学者特聘教授8名,全国优秀博士学位论文获得者5名,有教育部“长江学者和创新团队发展计划”创新团队2个。近年来,有国家教学名师奖获得者2人,全国优秀教师5人,全国模范教师1人,省级教学名师奖获得者7人,省级优秀教师8人,全国“五一”劳动奖章获得者2人,全国“五一”巾帼标兵1人。2007年学校本科教学工作水平评估获得优秀。

教学基地

学校拥有优良的教学科研基地和实践教学基地。有林木遗传育种国家重点实验室(东北林业大学)、黑龙江帽儿山森林生态系统国家野外科学观测研究站、生物资源生态利用国家地方联合工程实验室(黑龙江);有森林植物生态学、生物质材料科学与技术、东北油田盐碱植被恢复与重建3个教育部重点实验室,4个国家林业局重点实验室,5个黑龙江省重点实验室,7个省教育厅重点实验室;有1个教育部工程研究中心,1个国家林业局工程技术研究中心,1个高等学校学科创新引智基地,有林学、森林工程、野生动物3个国家级实验教学示范中心,森林工程、野生动物2个国家级虚拟仿真实验教学中心,6个省级实验教学示范中心和1个省级虚拟仿真实验教学中心;有2个国家林业局生态系统定位研究站,1个省生物质能技术中试基地,1个省哲学社会科学研究基地,3个省普通高校人文社会科学重点研究基地,2个省中小企业共性技术研发推广中心;有国家林业局猫科动物研究中心、东北林业大学大庆生物技术研究院、植物资源生态与分子工程研究院等54个研究机构;有帽儿山实验林场、凉水实验林场等8个校内实习基地和221个校外实习基地。

人才培养

学校高度重视人才培养,为社会输送了大批的高级专门人才,其中包括全国政协副主席、中国工程院院士、省部级领导、商界精英等为代表的一大批杰出的专业人才、管理人才和创业人才,为我国的林业建设事业、生态文明建设和经济社会发展做出了重大贡献。

合作交流

学校积极开展国际交流与合作,加强留学生教育。自改革开放以来,先后与20多个国家和地区的120余所高等院校和研究机构建立了校际合作关系。近年来,学校每年有近200位来自美国、加拿大、德国、瑞典、日本、韩国、俄罗斯等国家与港澳台地区的专家学者来校讲学、合作研究、访问和考察;每年有200多位教师赴国外攻读学位、进修、访问、科研合作、参加学术会议等。学校是承担中国政府奖学金来华留学生培养学校,每年与美国、法国、芬兰、俄罗斯、韩国、日本等国家和台湾地区的友好学校开展形式多样的学生交流项目,并积极选派学生公费赴国(境)外攻读学位。

自“十一五”以来,学校获得各级科研成果奖励640多项,其中国家技术发明二等奖1项、国家科技进步二等奖7项、何梁何利基金科学与技术进步奖1项、中国林学会梁希奖111项、省部级奖励179项(其中一等奖26项),获得国家专利1100多件。

文明称号

学校连续14年获得省级文明单位称号,1999年至今连续被黑龙江省委、省政府命名为省级文明单位标兵,2011年和2014年连续被中央文明委授予“全国文明单位”荣誉称号。近年来,学校还先后被评为国家生态文明教育基地、全国“三育人”先进集体、全国模范职工之家、全国师德建设先进集体、全国五四红旗团委、全国绿化模范单位、黑龙江省“十佳和谐校园”、黑龙江省爱国主义教育先进集体、军警民共建共育先进集体、黑龙江省学生工作先进集体,2011年获得首届林科大学生绿色创业大赛冠军,连续15次被评为全国大学生社会实践先进单位。

A brief introduction to the enrollment Information Network of Northeast Forestry University

Northeast Forestry University was founded in 1952 on the basis of the Forestry Department of Agricultural College of Zhejiang University and the Forestry Department of Northeast Agricultural University. it is a key university under the National “211 Project” and “advantageous discipline Innovation platform” project, which is directly under the Ministry of Education of the people’s Republic of China, the Ministry of Education and the State Forestry Administration, and the Ministry of Education and the people’s Government of Heilongjiang Province.

The school is located in Harbin, the center of the largest state-owned forest region in China, and the campus covers an area of 136ha. It also has teaching, scientific research and practice bases such as Maoershan Experimental Forest Farm (Maoershan National Forest Park) and Liangshui Experimental Forest Farm (Liangshui National Nature Reserve), with a total area of 33000 hectares.

School advantage

The school is a multidisciplinary university that takes forestry as its advantage, features forestry engineering, and combines agriculture, science, engineering, economics, management, literature, law, medicine and art. At present, there are graduate schools, 17 colleges and 1 teaching department, there are 62 undergraduate majors, 9 postdoctoral research stations, 1 postdoctoral research station, 8 first-tier discipline doctoral programs, 38 second-level discipline doctoral programs, 19 first-tier discipline master programs, 93 second-level discipline master programs, 10 categories and 33 professional master’s degree programs. It has 3 first-level disciplines, 11 second-level disciplines, 6 key second-level disciplines of State Forestry Administration, 1 key discipline group of Heilongjiang Province, 7 key first-level disciplines of Heilongjiang Province, and 2 leading talent echelons of Heilongjiang Province. There are the National Life Science and Technology personnel training Base jointly approved by the State Planning Commission, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education, and the National Science basic Science Research and Teaching personnel training Base (Biology) approved by the Ministry of Education. It is a pilot school for the reform of the national education system, national excellent engineers and excellent agricultural and forestry personnel education and training program pilot schools.

Teachers’ strength

The school has more than 23000 graduate students and full-time undergraduates. Since its establishment in 1952, it has sent more than 130000 graduates of all kinds to the country. At present, there are nearly 2800 faculty and staff, including nearly 1500 full-time teachers, 2 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, 5 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, 4 specially appointed professors of “Yangtze River Scholars” and 1 winner of the National Outstanding Youth Fund. There are 4 candidates for the National “10 million Talent Project”, 6 candidates for the “New Century million Project”, 36 candidates for the New Century Talent support Program, and 31 experts enjoying the special allowance of the State Council. The state has 3 young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions, 16 young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions at the provincial and ministerial level, 8 specially appointed professors of Longjiang scholars, and 5 winners of national excellent doctoral dissertations. there are 2 innovation teams in the Yangtze River Scholars and Innovation team Development Program of the Ministry of Education. In recent years, there have been two winners of the National Master of Teaching Award, five national excellent teachers, one national model teacher, seven provincial teachers, eight provincial excellent teachers, two national May Day labor medals and one national May Day female pacesetter. In 2007, the undergraduate teaching level evaluation of the school was excellent.

Teaching base

The school has excellent teaching and research base and practical teaching base. There are State key Laboratory of Forest Genetics and breeding (Northeast Forestry University), National Field Scientific observation and Research Station of Maoershan Forest ecosystem in Heilongjiang Province, and National Local Joint Engineering Laboratory for Ecological Utilization of Biological Resources (Heilongjiang). There are 3 key laboratories of the Ministry of Education, 4 key laboratories of the State Forestry Administration, 5 key laboratories of Heilongjiang Province and 7 key laboratories of the Provincial Department of Education. There are 1 Engineering Research Center of the Ministry of Education, 1 Engineering Technology Research Center of the State Forestry Administration, 1 discipline innovation and intelligence introduction base of colleges and universities, 3 national experimental teaching demonstration centers of forestry, forest engineering and wildlife, 2 national virtual simulation experimental teaching centers of forest engineering and wildlife, 6 provincial experimental teaching demonstration centers and 1 provincial virtual simulation experimental teaching center. There are two ecosystem positioning research stations of the State Forestry Administration, one provincial biomass energy technology pilot test base, one provincial philosophy and social science research base, three provincial humanities and social science key research bases, and two provincial common technology research and promotion centers for small and medium-sized enterprises. There are 54 research institutions, such as the Cat Research Center of the State Forestry Administration, Daqing Institute of Biotechnology of Northeast Forestry University, and the Research Institute of Plant Resources Ecology and Molecular Engineering. There are 8 on-campus practice bases and 221 off-campus practice bases, such as Maoershan Experimental Forest Farm and Liangshui Experimental Forest Farm.

Talent training

The school attaches great importance to personnel training and has provided a large number of senior professionals for the society, including a large number of outstanding professionals, management talents and entrepreneurial talents represented by the vice chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, provincial and ministerial leaders, and business elites, which have made great contributions to China’s forestry construction, ecological civilization construction and economic and social development.

Cooperation and communication

The school actively carries out international exchanges and cooperation to strengthen the education of foreign students. Since the reform and opening up, we have successively established inter-university cooperative relations with more than 120 universities and research institutions in more than 20 countries and regions. In recent years, nearly 200 experts and scholars from the United States, Canada, Germany, Sweden, Japan, South Korea, Russia and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan come to the school every year for lectures, cooperative research, visits and inspection; every year, more than 200 teachers go abroad to study degrees, further studies, visits, scientific research cooperation, attend academic conferences, and so on. The school undertakes the Chinese government scholarship to train foreign students in China, and carries out various student exchange programs with friendly schools in the United States, France, Finland, Russia, South Korea, Japan and Taiwan every year. And actively send students to study abroad at public expense.

Since the Eleventh five-year Plan, the school has received more than 640 awards for scientific research achievements at all levels, including 1 second prize for national technological invention, 7 second prize for national scientific and technological progress, 1 award for science and technology progress of he Liang he Li Foundation, 111Liang Xi Award for China Forestry Association, 179 provincial and ministerial awards (including 26 first prize), and won more than 1100 national patents.

Civilization title

The school has won the title of provincial civilization unit for 14 years in a row, has been named as a pacesetter of provincial civilization unit by Heilongjiang provincial party committee and provincial government since 1999, and has been awarded the honorary title of “National Civilization Unit” by the Central Commission of Civilization in 2011 and 2014. In recent years, the school has also been awarded as the national ecological civilization education base, the national advanced collective of “three educations”, the home of national model workers, the national advanced collective of teachers’ moral construction, the national May 4th Red Flag Youth League Committee, the national greening model unit, the “Top Ten harmonious Campus” of Heilongjiang Province, the advanced collective of patriotic education in Heilongjiang Province, the advanced collective of military, police and people, and the advanced collective of student work in Heilongjiang Province.
