内蒙古警察职业学院

内蒙古警察职业学院(内蒙古警察训练总队)
是内蒙古自治区唯一的公安类高等院校,列入公安系列,系自治区公安厅直属参公管理单位，面向全区公安机关培养公安专门人才，同时承担全区公安民警在职培训、公安理论和实战研究及应急处突等职能。

学院前身是1948年成立的内蒙古公安部直属训练科。1980年改建为内蒙古自治区人民警察学校。2001年经自治区人民政府批准组建为内蒙古警察职业学院。

学院为副厅级建制，内设正处级机构17个，其中行政管理机构6个，教学和教学辅助机构11个。

学院开设侦查、治安管理、交通管理、法律事务、公安文秘、计算机犯罪侦查、社区管理与服务等7个专业。目前，侦查、治安管理、交通管理三个专业招生，侦查、治安管理两个专业设蒙语授课班。

建校67年来，学院先后培养培训各类学员5万余人，毕业生遍布全区各级公安政法机关，绝大多数毕业生成为所在单位的骨干，许多毕业生已经走上了领导岗位。学院曾为辽宁、吉林、新疆、青海、甘肃等省区培养蒙、汉兼通的公安专门人才。

根据中央政法委、公安部等11部委关于政法院校招录培养体制改革的精神，学院被列为第一批招录培养体制改革试点院校，自2008年开始招生。

学院承担着全区新录用人民警察培训、中级警官职务和警衔晋升培训、警种专业培训、专项警务技能训练等任务，每年培训民警约5000人次。

学院师生积极参加重大突发性事件处置、抢险救灾及重大活动的安全保卫任务，成为公安厅机关应急处置的一支重要维稳力量，为确保首府安全稳定、震慑和打击违法犯罪活动发挥了积极作用。

学院与蒙古国警察大学为友好交流院校。2000年，受公安部委托，曾为蒙古国举办刑侦业务培训班。2008年，按照公安部与俄罗斯联邦内务部有关加强两国警方合作交流的精神，学院与俄罗斯联邦内务部东西伯利亚学院和鄂木斯克学院确立为对口交流院校，每年定期进行交流互访活动，并互派教师学习交流。

Inner Mongolia Police Vocational College (Inner Mongolia Police training Corps)

It is the only public security institution of higher learning in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, which is included in the public security series and is a public security management unit directly under the Public Security Bureau of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, training public security professionals for the public security organs of the whole region. at the same time, it undertakes the functions of on-the-job training of the public security police, public security theory and actual combat research and emergency response.

The predecessor of the college is the training Department directly under the Ministry of Public Security of Inner Mongolia, which was established in 1948. It was rebuilt into Inner Mongolia Autonomous region people’s Police Academy in 1980. It was established as Inner Mongolia Police Vocational College with the approval of the people’s Government of the Autonomous region in 2001.

The college is established at the deputy department level, with 17 department-level institutions, including 6 administrative institutions and 11 teaching and teaching assistance institutions.

The college offers seven majors: investigation, public security management, traffic management, legal affairs, public security secretary, computer crime investigation, community management and service. At present, the three majors of investigation, public security management and traffic management recruit students, and the two majors of investigation and public security management set up Mongolian classes.

Over the past 67 years since its establishment, the college has successively trained and trained more than 50,000 students of all kinds, and graduates have spread all over the public security, political and legal organs at all levels in the region. The vast majority of graduates have become the backbone of their units, and many graduates have taken up leading posts. The college has trained Mongolian and Chinese public security professionals for Liaoning, Jilin, Xinjiang, Qinghai, Gansu and other provinces and regions.

According to the spirit of 11 ministries and commissions such as the Central Commission of political Science and Law and the Ministry of Public Security on the reform of the enrollment and training system of political and law colleges, the college has been listed as the first batch of pilot colleges to reform the enrollment and training system, and has been recruiting students since 2008.

The college undertakes the tasks of newly recruited people’s police training, intermediate police officers’ post and rank promotion training, police professional training, and special police skills training, and trains about 5000 people’s police every year.

Teachers and students of the college actively participate in the security tasks of dealing with major emergencies, rescue and disaster relief, and major activities, and become an important force for maintaining stability in emergency response of the public security departments. it has played a positive role in ensuring the security and stability of the capital, deterrence and cracking down on illegal and criminal activities.

The college is a friendly exchange college with Mongolia Police University. In 2000, entrusted by the Ministry of Public Security, a training course on criminal investigation was held for Mongolia. In 2008, in accordance with the spirit of strengthening cooperation and exchanges between the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation on strengthening cooperation and exchanges between the police of the two countries, the College, together with the Eastern Siberian College and Omsk College of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, established as counterpart exchange colleges, conducting regular exchanges and visits every year, and sending teachers to study and exchange.
