河南省学生资助中心简介

2002年，经省编办批准，省教育厅成立河南省高校后勤管理中心(同时挂河南省教育贷款管理中心牌子)。2007年，经省编办批准，将河南省教育贷款管理中心更名为河南省学生资助管理中心(同时挂河南省高校后勤管理中心牌子)。中心内设综合办公室、高校后勤管理科、高校资助管理科、中职中小学资助管理科、信息管理科等5个科(室)。

河南省学生资助中心的主要职责

承担全省高等学校、中等职业学校、普通中小学校、学前教育学生资助管理工作，负责落实资助政策和措施;负责管理外资贷款及国内外的赠、援款等;负责制定高校后勤改革措施和管理规范，优化后勤资源配置，协调教育系统、高校及各方面的供需关系;协调银行推进学校基础设施建设贷款工作。

A brief introduction to Henan Student Financial Assistance Center

In 2002, with the approval of the Provincial editorial Office, the Provincial Department of Education established Henan University Logistics Management Center (at the same time hanging the brand of Henan Education loan Management Center). In 2007, with the approval of the provincial editorial office, Henan Education loan Management Center was renamed Henan Student Financial Assistance Management Center (at the same time hanging the brand of Henan University Logistics Management Center). In the center, there are five sections (rooms), such as comprehensive office, university logistics management section, university financial aid management section, secondary vocational school financial support management section, information management section and so on.

The main responsibilities of Henan Student Financial Assistance Center

To undertake the financial aid management of colleges and universities, secondary vocational schools, ordinary primary and secondary schools and preschool education students in the province, and be responsible for the implementation of financial aid policies and measures; responsible for the management of foreign loans and gifts and assistance at home and abroad; responsible for formulating logistics reform measures and management standards in colleges and universities, optimizing the allocation of logistics resources, coordinating the supply and demand of education system, universities and other aspects, and coordinating banks to promote school infrastructure loans.
