华中师范大学就业网简介

华中师范大学学生就业工作处(简称“就业处”)成立于2006年9月(原名“就业指导中心”，2012年5月改为现名)，是贯彻落实国家大学生就业工作方针政策，负责全校全日制普通学生(本科生、研究生)就业工作的正处级建制机关单位。就业处下设“综合运行与信息部”、“招聘服务与管理部”、“职业指导与发展部”等三个部，下辖“处办”、“信息办”、“市场办”、“管理办”、“指导办”等五个办公室，兼管校职业发展研究中心(挂靠经济与工商管理学院)。

就业处在学校党政领导下，围绕学校建设研究型高水平大学的总体目标，秉持“需求为纲，发展是本，服务至上”的工作理念;实行“学校主管、学院主抓、部门协同、全员参与”的工作机制;承担三项重点任务：即不断拓展“共建共享共赢”的就业市场资源体系，精心打造“线上线下联动”的校招综合服务平台，大力实施全程、系统、精准的学生生涯发展工程。

其主要职能是：

(一)贯彻落实党和国家关于高校毕业生就业的有关方针、政策，引导毕业生树立为国家、社会和人民服务的价值观并到国家最需要的地方建功立业。

(二)制定全校学生就业指导服务的有关政策、规划并组织实施，指导、协调、考核各培养单位就业工作。

(三)编制毕业生生源计划、派遣方案，统计、上报和公布就业状况，做好毕业生推荐和派遣工作。

(四)收集、发布就业信息和建立就业基地，积极拓展市场并开展就业合作，为用人单位选聘毕业生提供服务。

(五)开展就业指导、生涯教育和咨询服务，做好特殊群体就业帮扶，提升学生就业竞争力。

(六)开展毕业生跟踪调查和就业研究，编制毕业生就业质量年度报告，为学校人才培养和改革发展提供信息反馈和决策参考。

作为学校连接社会的窗口和桥梁，就业处践行服务创优、改革创新的精神，发起创建了中南高师院校就业联盟，在全国高校中率先推出实施“周五双选会”、“自我营销式”生涯辅导、研究生职业规划课程等就业服务品牌。学校成为《中国大学生就业》杂志社理事会副理事长单位、全国大学生就业媒体联席会议首批成员单位、中南高师院校就业联盟秘书长单位、部属师范大学就业协作体和在汉部属高校就业协作组成员单位，并先后荣获“2010-2011年度全国毕业生就业典型经验高校”(第二批全国高校就业50强)、“就业湖北先进高校”等殊荣。

就业处按全国高校示范性就业指导中心标准建设，以优良的环境、完善的设施、高效的服务，满足各级各类用人单位和毕业生多样化、个性化的需求。除配备有400多平米的专用招聘厅以及信息查询、职业咨询、宣讲、笔试、面试(测试)、试讲、签约等一体化场地设施外，还建有远程视频面试室和网上签约系统，为供需双方提供低成本、高质量、信息化的“绿色”双选服务。

The Student Employment Office of Central China normal University (abbreviated as “Employment Office”) was established in September 2006 (formerly known as “Employment guidance Center”, changed to its current name in May 2012). The Employment Office consists of three departments, namely, the Ministry of Comprehensive Operations and Information, the Department of recruitment Services and Management, and the Ministry of career guidance and Development. It has jurisdiction over five offices, namely, the Office, the Information Office, the Market Office, the Management Office and the guidance Office, and is in charge of the career Development Research Center of the school (affiliated to the School of Economics and Business Administration).

Under the leadership of the party and government of the school, the Employment Department, centering on the overall goal of building a research-oriented high-level university, adheres to the working concept of “demand as the key link, development as the foundation, and service first”. Its main functions are:

(1) to implement the relevant principles and policies of the Party and the state on the employment of college graduates, guide graduates to establish the values of serving the country, society and the people, and make contributions to the places where the country needs it most.

(2) to formulate relevant policies and plans for the employment guidance service for students in the whole school, organize and implement them, and guide, coordinate and assess the employment work of each training unit.

(3) to work out the source plan and dispatch plan for graduates, count, report and publish the employment situation, and do a good job in recommending and dispatching graduates.

(4) to collect and publish employment information and establish employment bases, actively expand the market and carry out employment cooperation, so as to provide services for employers to select graduates.

(5) to carry out employment guidance, career education and consultation services, do a good job in employment assistance for special groups, and enhance students’ employment competitiveness.

(6) to carry out follow-up investigation and employment research on graduates, and compile an annual report on the employment quality of graduates, so as to provide information feedback and decision-making reference for talent training, reform and development in schools.

As a window and bridge for schools to connect with society, the Employment Office practices the spirit of service excellence, reform and innovation, and initiated the establishment of the Employment Alliance of normal Universities in Central and South China. in colleges and universities across the country, it is the first to launch and implement employment service brands such as “Friday double election”, “self-marketing” career counseling, graduate career planning courses and so on. The school has become the vice chairman of the council of the magazine “Chinese College students’ Employment”, the first member units of the National Joint Conference of College students’ Employment Media, the Secretary-General of the Employment Union of Central and South normal Universities, and the Employment Cooperation of the Ministry normal University. member units of the employment cooperation group of colleges and universities in the Han Dynasty And has won the “2010-11 National Graduate Employment typical experience University” (the second batch of National Top 50 University Employment), “Employment Hubei Advanced University” and other honors.
